The employees are great and have really made this location nice to shop at. You can get down every isle

Disregard the one star. I would make a minus 3 if i could . Purchased a kid toy get home parts are missing call store repeatedly for 20 min before someone responds .Explain on the phone what happens get back to the store only to find out they wont even exchange it for the same toy because its has a reduce pricing. Im not asking for money back or different item.Just a far exchange of product i paid for.Its not that complicate

Ive been shopping at this store on Dillard for over 6 yrs, you cant never find anything because stock is sitting in the middle of the isle... boxes of stock just put on shelves, instead of being open and put on there like its supposed to be! Today I go in there and the clerk is standing at the register (no customers), playing on her phone... while theres TONS of stock to be put out... managment is horrible here and its getting old... if you have no customers, then they should be putting stuff out on shelves, not playing on their phones!!! I wish I could show you the pictures I snapped today while in there!!! You would be appalled as well!! Absolutely no excuse for this.. yes they are always under staffed, but that doesnt give them the right to just stand around doing NOTHING!!!!!!! This store will go under if cooperate doesnt step up and do something about this!!!!!!!!!

Never any big baskets...None in the store, most customers have to carry their items to the cash register. Most of the time clerks are very nice! Store clerk told me to get Big Lot basket next door! What kind of bull is that? Poor management...Not going to be open long!!!

What a bad service and rude people work here.. they make the signs and they don’t want honor the price that they displayed!! Few cents make ppl go away just for the horrible attitude of the “supervisor “

The 2 cashiers at this location today 4/1/20 at 4:57pm are very unprofessional, rude... I don’t recommend this location. The way they talk to customers is scary how they get away with it. You feel threatened by them. Don’t go.

Just checked out, 6-8 people in each lane, 2:30 sat afternoon, total came to $18.00. Clerk said he would do me a favor but in the future he wont take my $50.00 bill if all I am spending is $18.00. Really is that the store policy or his. Sorry the comment was meant for Dollar General not Family Dollar. Sorry

I actually like the prices, and you could pick up a quick cute outfit in a rush, pick up just about anything else you need! Employees there though, are loud mouthed ppl... I guess there was a customer complaint earlier prior to my getting there around 6:30pm, and employees were being very loud about being corrected (by their boss I am guessing), and caused customers to feel uncomfortable... I just finished my shopping and wanted to get away from thereHopefully all employees are not like that.

They need more help always seem short handed. But overall i enjoy shopping there

The A.C. unit was damaged by a storm on Sunday, Wednesday night it was still not fixed. It was 99 degrees in that store at 2045 and the associate working was.dripping in sweat. All the chocolate bars were melted and they were what I went after. This is the store located 1011 S Dillard St winter Garden.

This Family Dollar is the dirtiest store Ive ever been.

Its always dirty and not organized in other words its not unstoppable. Aisle are blocked off, You have to go all they way around to get your items. Thats right their in front of you. Im done!!!
