Was deciding between 2 companies for porcelain tile planks in my master bedroom and bath. I am so so happy I chose Superior Floors! Install was done more quickly than expected and that included removal of old carpet and old tile in the bathroom, all of which was taken away by them. Extremely professional group of men, friendly and efficient. The cleaning done afterwards was exceptional as well! They were also respectful of my home and keeping doors closed so my cats didnt get outside. I am a bit of a picky person and I cant recommend Superior enough!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! Thank you Superior Floors I love my new floor!!!!!

This was the second job for Superior floors and was an excellent, the crew are great, always on time and get the job done in a very professional manner!

I had superior flooring replace all the flooring in over 1100 square feet in my house which included kitchen, great room, laundry room and entry. They removed the tile and carpeting in these spaces and replaced it with tile. They delivered on every promise and expectation. They sent someone over each day of the job to check on the progress, see if their team needed anything and check with me to see if I had any concerns. The job was completed on time and looks great. They were a real pleasure to deal with. I definitely would use them again.

They just did my upstairs and stairway replacing the carpet with beautiful looks like wood vinyl flooring. They were efficient, caring, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Superior Floors!

Overall extremely pleased with the work by Superior Floors. Local company in the Winter Garden area and were always extremely friendly in answering questions and during installation. My husband made the best choice for our new home, he choose Superior floor. We now have the nicest patio and our kitchen is just as gorgeous. Superior floor helped my husband surprise me and I was speechless. One day my patio was a dull concrete slab, and the next day I had a beautiful spacious patio. It seemed like with the tile the area was bigger. And wow my kitchen was pleasantly combined with the patio. The back splash is just like a photo of a sample I had taken 2 years ago. We were quoted a price, and carefully shopped around thinking we would find a better price. We failed it was the best price also from here to South Carolina. Great customer service. Great installers. Great result. Joel was extremely patient with us as we took our time discussing our project, our options, what material we wanted to use, and going back and forth about the details.Installers showed up on time and worked hard every day. They were very careful with some of the heavier and more expensive pieces of furniture (china cabinet and baby grand piano, for example). When they finished up, everything was cleaned up and looked exactly like it was before they started (and thats after removing a lot of tile).In the end, the result looked amazing and was totally worth the normal stress that comes with remodeling something as foundational as the flooring.I would highly recommend using Superior Floors in the future.
