Floor Coverings International Winter Garden installed our wood floors. We are very happy with the result. They look beautiful. The installer was very professional and did a wonderful job. We highly recommend them.

We had a vision and FCI helped with that. We removed the carpet from all of our upstairs and stairs and couldnt of been happier with the product and experience. After notmal use, after 8 months everything is as expected. The stairs was the hard part in matching the color to our downstairs tile and they did a great job.

We are very happy that we found this place! We are in the process of various home repairs and wanted to start with the floors. Ashton came to our home on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. We also received a detailed proposal of the home visit the same day as promised. Everyone that we worked with was professional and on top of each step of the project. Communication was prompt and complete. They tiled our bedroom with tile and grout that matched the living area. It looks perfect! Will be calling them back to replace the carpet in our guest rooms. Highly recommended them.

The amount of work was completed by only one installer, at least a two man job and was completed in only 8 days incl. a weekend, The guy came early every day and worked late, Kent was excellent, his installer was a “machine “ I would recommend them without hesitation.

I had fast responses from start to finish from their Sales Rep. Ashton, to the Installer. Due to an unforeseen issue the day of installation, they had to jump through some hoops to get our job completed as scheduled, and they did just that. The finished product looks amazing! I highly recommend this company and their team.

Wonderful experience installing new wood floors

Beautiful floor! Floor Coverings International replaced my (really, really ugly) old carpeting with a beautiful, wood-look porcelain tile floor. The workmanship was excellent, the workers were polite and on time, and they cleaned up everything afterward. Id definitely use them again.

From beginning to end, the experience with Floor Coverings International was superior. I enjoyed meeting with Ashton and discussing my needs and concerns. He followed through completely and when a tile I wanted was not available he chose alternate tiles that were perfect. The Hardwood installer, Wilson was above and beyond one of the most thorough and conscientious people I have met. My floors are simply gorgeous. Carlos and his team installed the tile with such precision and attention to detail. Carlos even had them redo a small part in the kitchen to make it more uniform for when the Hardwood floors would be placed. The carpet installers were fantastic and quick. The rooms with the carpet look beautiful. The whole house feels brand new. One other thing, Kent, the owner, came by 3 three times to check on the progress and work being done. I am very impressed with Floor Coverings International and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called and Ashton came over promptly to give us an estimate on carpeting most of our house upstairs and downstairs. Price was fair and the installation went smoothly. We are happy with the results and I would definitely recommend this company for carpet installation.

I recently purchased a house in Wintergarden, Florida and had a great desire to replace the existing 200 Sq. Ft. of wooden flooring with porcelain tile. During our initial meeting, I expressed my vision to Ashton and explained to him that I was working with a very tight timeframe. We communicated, back and forth, via text, during that same evening until Ashton found the tile I wanted. The next day he brought a sample to show me and I was ecstatic. Our home feels like a brand new house after all the work they did with our wooden floors in the largest portions of our house, stairs and new carpet in the kids bedroom. From the owners, Kent and Penny to the installers all made us feel very comfortable. These guys installed hardwood floors in a large portion of my home. In the process, they also removed the old carpet and tile. The Crew that re-tiled our Master Bath were very professional and helpful in offering suggestion to the project. The work that they did was very detailed and precise. Very poor customer service. The owner said he would email me a quote. The email never came. After two days I called them and left a message. I still didnt get the email. The next morning I called again and was finally sent the quote. But by that time (3 days later) they were booked up and too busy to do any work for 13 days. Not impressed. Took my business elsewhere where the matched the quote and did the job in 3 days.
