I love bed bath & beyond, everything I need for my kitchen, bathroom and more...

Bed Bath and Beyond Winchester, VA was great. Unlike other retailers, BBB managed to keep all categories of its inventory. Sure the choice was not as it used to be. Still, I bought everything I needed, and even more than I could afford.In these gloomy days when one buys over the Internet without even touching a thing, the BBB stands out.

Very helpful staff and many useful items that are quality products and not cheaply made.

If the management of this company would like to make a political statement and all I want to do is buy a pan, I will go somewhere else. I have been a customer in this store since it was first here. My wife and I would buy things for the house on a regular basis. No more. This companies management canceled their My Pillow account purely for political reasons. I can and will, take my business somewhere else that supports American made products and not try to stifle the constitutional right of free speech in the process.Too bad, one of the few stores I would enjoy going in. Never again. How do you like that political statement BB&B?

In the back area of the store there is a wonderful employee whom helped my wife and myself with drapes and sheers.so helpful.

I was asked by numerous employees while shopping did I need assistance. When I did need assistance two employees jumped to my assistance. Definitely recommend this store.

Busy place during g the holidays. Found what I was looking for quickly. No fuss... No muss. Helpful people and the line moved quickly.

Sadly, the corporate people have ruined this company, due to the change in return policy and coupon limitations. Used to shop here, but now dont care for it. The store and employees are nice, though.

Always has in stock drapery hardware

Bought an Inflatable bed from this store a few months ago, the bed is very expensive $320, luckily I found one online for around $180 which a little bit better but still expensive for an air bed. They price matched, and I purchased it, The bed did fine for like a month, but after that the bed started popping from the inside, and it became misshaped. The bed would no longer hold air and it finally gave out and I had to sleep on a hardwood floor on a work night. So, I called to get a replacement, which the store did because I had my receipt, but was told that the price match was bogus because they would never sell one of these beds so cheap, but whatever. I got the replacement... it lasted 2 weeks before it began to pop internally like the first. I ended up buying a REAL bed yesterday because I didn’t want to end up sleeping on the floor like before. My issue with the bed is for the amount of money this bed sells for, it should last longer than two weeks or so, I honestly think the beds I got from the Winchester store were defective, reason being is my roommate bought the same bed from another Bed Bath and Beyond in Richmond, and he has had no issues whatsoever. Please get rid of the Queen size air beds you sell in that store before someone else an experience like mine.

A little like a household products version of an As Seen On TV store. The moment you walk in youre confronted by the spectacular claims hook ads. Everything is better and less expensive than all the leading brands. My very skeptical defenses kick in and I just see products that will break, fail or simply not live up to the claims shortly after I get them home. Plus, theres all the things I never knew I needed and after I buy, I realize I didnt. Nice linens when on sale. That cover bed and beyond but the bath stuff is pretty sparse.

Always someone around to assist you find items. Lots of choices and clean store. Highly recommend

Staff was super friendly!

Needed a freestanding toilet paper holder and toilet brush for my newly renovated bathroom. I found a nice metal toilet brush that had been reduced to $12.99. They had several in silver colored and brown. I also found a tp holder and took both to the register. The toilet brush rang up $20 and change. I said there was a sign that showed them reduced to $12.99. Another sales person went to look. She was gone several minutes, long enough for the cashier to apologize for it taking so long. Finally, the person came back, didnt say anything, just picked up the tb brush and took off with it. I just said, Sorry but I dont have time for this. Then left. Not upset but not particularly happy either. Had groceries in the car. My intention was to run in, get what I needed, and run out. Didnt expect all this nonsense.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I couldnt return a $30 item because I had lost the credit card since the purchase. They would not accept the credit card statement that I had printed especially for this return. So I hope they enjoy using my thirty bucks. I couldnt use product because it did not fit where I wanted to put it. So now Im out 30 bucks and I hope they enjoy it. Ill never shop here again.

I dont usually give reviews but after shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond in Winchester, Va I wanted to let others know about their unfriendly customer service that I received. Ive shopped there many times in the past & I have always received good service. Today when purchasing a cart for over a $100.00 I asked if they had any coupons because they sometimes will have one but the girls working at the register didnt even look & said no. So I replied that I had one that I had mistakenly left home so I would come back later. Upon leaving the store I was checking the website on the way to my car & noticed that there was a 20% coupon. I went back into the store & questioned the girl about why she didnt mention it & her reply was that they are not supposed to tell customers! I told her then you should tell customers to check the website for coupons instead of losing a sale because of a customer possibly not coming back. Also while I was in line there was a couple in front of me & the gentleman forgot to tell the sales clerk that he had a coupon. She had already rung his purchase up when his wife reminded him. You could tell that the sales clerk did not like it but she did end up modifying the purchase. (She never smiled or said thats ok). I think its very how you dont receive good customer service anymore! Its no wonder that we have so many box stores closing up! You can shop online people & dont have to receive service from employees who dont want to be there anyway. A gentleman ended up waiting on me but again no smile or a simple how are you today or thank you.

Found what we needed and more. Lots to pick from. Helpful personal. Helped us find a coupon also.

Order a patio heater. Called 3 times to confirm it was coming, on last call they told be the order was canceled and had been canceled for a while. Terrible service. Called the manufacturer of the item and they informed me they told to BBB to remove it from their sites back in Sept. waste my time and now the item wont be here when needed.

Carry products that are useful for the home. Sometimes interesting things not readily found elsewhere. Great coupon savings frequently. They honor even outdated coupons - amazing. Over the years, Ive found numerous household items at BB&B.

Ordered online with helpful associate and received some very helpful information from her on another question I had not related to my order. Love BB&B!

Nice selection of goods for your home, very well arranged and some very nice products. I think they are a bit overpriced but I keep on eye on their sales and coupons for items I want to purchase. If your item isnt in the store they will happily order it for you online. Great clearance sales after the holidays!!!

Very clean store with a lot of inventory. Ive never went in for something and it was out of stock. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Online and mobile coupons worked fine and without issue.

Nice and clean, nice staff members, they took the time to help answer any questions you had. They had to order a curtain for me. The staff member looked it up and then ordered the curtain that I needed.

A lot of items very crowded, One of the employees/ mger? A gray haired, older woman was very rude, and a young man, a employee was on his cell phone. Had no help in finding what we went for.

I am sadly disappointed that Bed, Bath and Beyond are no longer carrying the fine sheets I always purchased from them. I purchased sheets because I had recieved a gift certificate for Christmas, returned them, the quality was just not there. I sed ttled for another set, but after the Pima Cotton Sateen sheets I am used to, these are a sad disappointnent, as well.

As soon as i walked into the store i waz greeted and asked if i was looking for anything special. Sunday afternoon around 4pm-ish. Nice folks there
