THANK YOU for all your help Les Schawab!!! A screw went into my Tesla’s passenger’s side front tire and the car started telling me to pull over and call the Tesla roadside assistance number. I didn’t, I called another tire shop and they told me they had to replace the tire... $300 was the estimate😳 so I drove to Les Schwab to get a second opinion, I was waiting for them to maybe give me a slightly cheaper estimate but then the awesome employee came out to tell me it was done... I was a little puzzled and he started to explain he had removed a screw and patched the tire and that the balance was ZERO! I was so happy! Thank you so much I’m definitely buying my tires from Les Schwab when it’s time to replace them. Very clean location and super nice employees.

Picked up a screw in a tire on my Mini Cooper awhile ago I think. Today, TPMS alerts activated. We called and were able to get in for a repair. Have used this place in the past with great results. Today, the tire was repaired, the tech also checked all the other tires, set proper tire pressure on all tires, and reset the TPMS computer (which likely would take me 30 minutes to figure out). Really great shop, excellent team that work quickly, efficiently, and get the job done. Well done Team Les Schwab Wilsonville! Oh….. on top of that, no charge for the repair. Now that’s customer service 😊

I have been waiting an hour and 55 minutes and they told me it was only going to be an hour. Im pretty sure that the woman at the counter put me behind a number of other people who came in after me since theyre all gone and Im still here waiting. Every time I asked her about it she was quite rude. I simply needed to have my tire replaced

I came in here a week ago to get my tires/wheels swapped, but they forgot to swap my sensors and check my brakes. So I made another appointment to get that done. They wanted to charge me $191 for only 6 tires instead of the 8. It was ridiculous how they think they can charge me again when I already paid $67 the first time. On top of that they broke my wheel sensor and didnt want to pay for it. I had to pay the $62, but I was not going to pay the$191. Oh they also clearly forgot to check my brakes again. Im never coming back here again.

3 guys working in the shop.... 2 cars on the board... me being one of them. 1 hour later my flat is done. Guys are in the shop laughing and throwing things at eachother... Did Les schwab turn into a union shop... Kevin the old manager would have dealt with this! This behavior wasnt acceptable when I worked there 13 years ago!

Best experience ever. Came in this morning to have a lawn mower tire repaired. Not only did they fix it right on the spot the nice gentleman did not charge me. We are new to this area. I was stranded just the other side of oregon boarder. When my uncle called for me, These guys were great, very friendly and concerned about the person who rides in your car. They stayed late to help me out ....and they were fast. I would return.

If I could give more stars, I would! Randy was an amazing help to me today. Above and beyond! My kids got Segway scooters and we had a flat due to a missing valve. There were no new wheels in stock at Segway so we just purchased a tube. It was very challenging to replace so we took it in to Les Schwab. Randy took the time to examine the tire and spent quite some time trying to fix it while I waited. He fixed it perfectly and when I asked how much I owed, he said NO Charge. I tried to tip him but he wouldnt accept. You have a customer for life. Thank you Randy!!!

Was happy when first 2 times I went here but after that has been horrible no long a les swab customer after being one since I started driving and need tires and that was about 20 years

Our battery died for the second time in a week, so we called Roadside Assistance. While waiting for them, we called Les Schwab to see if they had a battery that we could buy once our van was jumped. They said yes, they had a battery, AND they were going to send a tech to jump us so we could get to the store quickly. We were not expecting that and we were amazed at the service. From the phone call to leaving the store, it was about 45 minutes....outstanding!

Very nice guys all work rapidly and if a question arises they will ask you instead of guessing. Im quite satisfied whenever I have anything done.

Got tire socks for less than a 100. For my trip over the pass this week, hope I dont have to use them.The young man who help me was very knowledgeable and helped me make the choice between chains or these socks.

These guys helped us out immediately with our travel trailer while driving thru. We had to wait for parts in the morning and they offered to let us stay in our camper in their lot and even offered to run an electric cord for us. We appreciate the offer but chose a nearby hotel.

Im sooooo done with Les Schwab Tires. I bought six new trailer tires two months ago and Ive had 4 flats already. They claim these 10 ply trailer tires are the best out there. Reality is they are just the best Les Schwab has, made in China, horrific mark up. They refused to warranty the tires or refund my money. The first flat came just 18 hours and 35 miles after the new tires were installed. The last flat was a total blow-out last night on the interstate highway in downtown Seattle. It was a wonderful miracle that a Washington State Highway emergency response truck saw it blow and came to our immediate aid. Seriously great timing and a true blessing!

Been going to Les Schwab for 35+ years. Why? Courteous, professional and fair. This visit was to Canby and as expected, great service.

When our RV blew a tire at 5pm on a Friday evening, they still told us to come on in and they would help us out! The staff were exceptional, even to our four legged family member and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours (they found a second tire needed replacing as well as it was about to blow out as well!). Cant recommend Les Schwab highly enough!

The guys at Les Schwab are always fantastic. I was driving a Penske truck from Oregon to Utah and for free they checked the pressure on a dually tires and make sure it was safe. They also told me about the front end suspension was shot, and to notify Penske so that they didnt think that I had hit something.

Super helpful, went in for some chains, got in and in a few minutes, they checked our tires real quick, and sent us on our way.

Not much of a review guy, however I took my 2014 lifted Tundra here to get a alignment done. Mind you my truck is extremely large and in major need of a alignment, they call and say that my tie rods and bushings need replacement yet they wont service that, understand. Then I take my truck to a specialty off road shop and then Wilsonville Toyota and they both say those parts did not need replacing and instead the vehicle was in major need of a alignment! DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR VEHICHLE HERE if you are looking for people are trained and well informed about vehicle maintenance!!!!! They just did not want to service it because the size

I am blown away by the entire experience at Les Schwab in Wilsonville. Jeff took fantastic care of me and quite frankly everyone I came in contact with at this store was pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. I will only do business with them from now on. The quality of work was top notch as well but we all know it’s the people that breathe life into an organization and Les Schwab’s employees do just that. Thank you for the great experience.

Extraordinary service! I had a fast leak in my tire after business hours. Resolved to park my car at Schwab and find public transit home (20 miles away). Jeff hadn’t left the store yet, and he insisted on turning the lights back on and fixing my tire. As always, the service was free, and he wouldn’t even take a gratuity. Les Schwab is everything that’s right in a service business.

I’ve been buying Les Schwann tires for 25 years and only 1 time did I ever get a bad response. Oh! And I’ve been in 2 states and many different stores. Usually they are on their toes from the time you enter their store.They quickly service you when you go in for air in your tires, which means a lot these days since finding working air tanks at gas stations is a rarity, even with cost (use to be free).Anyway, if you get a flat they quickly get you taken care of and without charge.You can’t go wrong with this company.

Ive been coming to this Les Schwab for years and they have always done a great job with fantastic customer service.

They were already busy, but were able to fix our flat and send us on our way. Gratis! Pretty sure they saved us a roadside repair in our way to the beach.

Tried to sell me new tires by telling me that the tires I had were not the right tires for my fifth wheel trailer. Tell me my spare was useless. Went to two other tire stores in the last 6 months they told me my tires were just fine the spare was good not to worry. I came over to discount tire and they gave me what I need verified that all my tires except the blown out one was good and my spare is also good. I do not recommend this store, other Les Schwab stores are much nicer and easier to work with.

Reliable and quick service. Not to mention free tire pressure check and tire repair on their own tires. Wouldnt buy tires anywhere else!!!

Jeremy S.W. provided us with the best customer service me and my wife have ever received. Les Schwab is known for its customer service, but not necessarily for how it is carried out with sincerity. Jeremy truly understood the value of customer service and that it would result in customer retention for life. To make a long story short, my wife and I are trying to purchase a house. In order to be disciplined with our finances, we put all of our electronic fund methods into a safety deposit box and we were not carrying cash with us at the time.We got a screw in our tire and went into Les Schwab because we knew we had a credit line with you guys. We had just been told by the dealership (who we went to for routine maintenance included in the cost of our vehicle) that we would need a whole new set of tires and that they could not patch the tire.We came to Les Schwab and explained the situation. The front desk lady checked our account as Jeremy looked at us and said simply I can fix that. We told him that we are grateful and he said: No problem, that is how we earn customers for life. You can bet that I am having every tire replaced on my car at this brand this coming May and every time it is needed because of Jeremy and how he maintained the brand of Les Schwab.

Came in 20 mins before close and they still took my car in for an inspection. Just bought a used car and wanted to make sure I was safe, Joe confirmed I am. I always appreciate their customer service. Two cars serviced by them, and Ill keep coming!

This used to be a model of quality service. No longer. Don’t expect guys to run out and greet you. Don’t expect quick service. And mostly don’t trust the time frame they give you . Not the Les Schwabb I used to love . Also they seem to have found a way to make their waiting area worse then ever . Not comfortable or well done.

I dont know what happened to this location but they used to care about having good customer service. Went in today for my appointment for a free alignment check and they told me I would have to pay for my realignment if they see something wrong. I told them just to do the service I paid for (the check) and they immediately started questioning my decision. Do you not care about your tires? Why wouldnt you fix your alignment if its off? I told them I would come back in a week to get it done and they wouldnt take no for an answer. I felt coerced to pay for a realignment right then and there.

Walked in to get a wheel changed out and they quoted me $50 for a single mount and balance. There are better option just a mile up the road with faster service and better pricing.

Dakota is such a wonderful human. The best customer service. Hes the kinda dude that would give you the shirt off his back if it would help you. I was in a panick, I had to be somewhere by 9am, so I was walking as fast as I could to the store to get help, my wife called and explained the situation and my injury, he was so nice, he actually told her to tell me to stop and he would pick me up on the way to my place. When we got there, even though he was on light duty due to an injury sustained at work, he worked as fast as possible to get us up and running so I could make my appointment. He even turned down a tip I tried to give him because it wasnt allowed. Ive never seen someone whos integrity is so high they turn down cash knowing that no one would know and they wouldnt get in trouble. He was absolutely great. He got us up and running and I made my appointment. I couldnt be happier, and would absolutely recommend using these guys for anything you may need. Honest, integrity, and customer service you cant beat. Thank you

Friday of a holiday weekend trip from Reno to Canada we had a flat tire on the freeway and limped on our emergency spare to the Toyota dealer for service as we had purchased our tire at a Toyota dealership. They said it would be at least 4 or 5 hours before they could even look at it. We went to Les Schwab in Wilsonville, Oregon and they took good care of us. We had our grandchildren with us and the waiting area with popcorn was much appreciated. They even had a charging station for our electronics!! Thank you Les Schwab. You lived up to your reputation for caring customer service.

Had a flat tire coming home from work. Tire was punctured evidently in the sidewall from hitting a chuck hole. Got to LSchwabb 6 minutes before closing. It was a relatively new tire of theirs put on as a set of 4 a couple months ago. Nice tires, about $200 ea. They replaced and balanced it free of charge, staying late in the process. Im now a fan for life. Nuff said!

I was in meetings all day for work down in Wilsonville, after being in meetings from about 8am-530pm I noticed I had a flat tire. I spoke with Mariah on the phone asking if they could help me out as I have an hour drive home. She said sure come on over. Kyle and Tristan were helpful and took care of me and I was out and on my way home. Really appreciate that they went above and beyond for my situation, and not turning me away because they close at 6pm on Friday

Not just slow, they said to change two wheel bearings it would be $900 and probably more because the 2012 focus had so much rust theyd break parts getting it off?So we did it our selves for $150 and there is almost no rust! This location is a joke.

Customer service was good. They are always friendly. They give competitive pricing. Usually quick at service. Kid friendly and a close location to Frys and the Family Fun Center to kill some time while you wait.

They went out of their way to promptly come and jump start my car when it wouldnt start because of a failed battery! I did not expect that. Great service! Plus yummy popcorn and coffee while I was waiting :) Thank you, guys!

These guys are great! I called with a question regarding my tires and tire pressure light, and they answered it with no problem, over the phone, at no charge. Its so nice to be able to ask a mechanic a question and not get bring it in and for $100 min well answer.

Good service! Friendly faces, but slight bias between native license plates and out of state plates. Elaboration: I only needed a tire rotation. Many people in the shop were a little short on staff and they were definitely working really hard and I understand I was behind in line. I was waiting for about 1 hour and 45 min before my car was brought in, then 10min later a man walks in for the same service and his truck was brought in within minutes and was taken out before my services was finished. I believe the only reason was because I am carrying a South Carolina tags

Update: In response to the feedback I submitted on the Les Schwab website, Duane, the manager, contacted me and apologized for the experience. He said that he plans to use my experience to help his employees handle these situations better in the future. I dont live near this Les Schwab location so it doesnt make sense for me to make a special trip back to Wilsonville but if I have tire problems while in the area, I wont actively avoid this store.Original Review:Unless you are buying a full set of tires, don’t bother going here. They don’t want your business.I took my car in for a tire rotation and balance at 1pm today. They guy at the front desk said it would take 1 to 2 hours and asked me if I was going to wait. I told him I was going to go see a movie and walked across the street to the theater. It was a pretty long movie and I got back to Les Schwab a little before 4 pm. I waited while the lady at the desk took several long phone calls. They all seemed to be about tire sales and she promised one of them that she could definitely fit them in before they closed at 5pm.When she was finally got off the phone she told me to I needed to wait for her to help another customer who was sitting at the tables in the lobby with two large, wet, smelly dogs. By this point there were myself and two other people waiting in addition to the person with the dogs. This lady didn’t seem to care and didn’t bother calling for additional help. She proceeded to have a long conversation with the customer with the dogs about additional services and was trying to get her to schedule those. I know there were other employees around because several others had come up to take phone calls but all left before helping any of the people waiting in the lobby.By the time I got a chance to talk to the lady at the counter, it is after 4pm. For those keeping track, that means they have had my car for 3 hours. The estimated time was 1 to 2 hours so I’m a bit surprised when she says she doesn’t see my key or paperwork. She asks me if I got a call that my car was ready. I tell her I didn’t but that I was told it would be ready in 1 to 2 hours and that it has been longer than that. This is also the first time anyone mentioned that they would call me when my car was ready.She went into the back and when she returned she told me that my car was next. I clarified that she meant they hadn’t even started and she confirmed that they hadn’t even moved my car to a bay. I asked how long a rotation and balance takes and she said something between 20 and 30 minutes. I pointed out that I had been given a maximum estimate of 2 hours and it had been 3. She told me they were busy. Her tone was not friendly. She wasn’t apologetic. It was quite obvious that she didn’t care if she lost my business since I wasn’t spending a few hundred dollars on tires. I told her that she had just lost my business, got my key back, and left.My guess is that my car could have been finished in an hour but they kept bumping it for customers getting new tires. Since I wasn’t there staring at them and checking on the progress every 20 minutes, they didn’t feel inclined to honor their estimate.

9/16/2019. The absolutely slowest service and worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited 2 1/2 hours to get a nail removed from tire. They didnt seem to care, and after telling me it was an hour wait, it took 2 1/2 hours. It it was a low money job, they kept taking better jobs ahead of me. Guy needed a battery and he was in and out in 30 minutes. Another guy needin tire sensors, in and out ahead of me! I was strandedicated and just needed a tire fixed. Never recommend this location to anyone!

My most recent interaction with the Wilsonville store sent me up the road to Discount Tire where I chose to spend my money. As a decades long customer I was more than disappointed at their lack luster attempt to help with my issue. AWD car had excessive wear on the front. They offered absolutely nothing in compensation for the unrepairable tire, inability to get the tires quickly or fact that I was open about possibly choosing to utilize the competition. I was more than open about our fault in the tires wearing issues, and the man acted like he could care less if we went elsewhere, so we did! And I must thank him as it saved me $500, I had an amazing experience with the competition (Discount Tire) and look forward to spending my money else where in the future!

I needed to replace a Les Schwab battery that didnt live up to the warranty. I was told it would take 45 min. to an hour. It took over TWO hours. Customers that came in after me, left before me. This is a response from the manager two months ago, from a customer with a similar complaint.We are sorry for the wait today, Claire. It is never our intention to have customers waiting on their vehicle. We hope to get an opportunity in the future to offer you more prompt service. -JoeIt may not be their intention, but its definitely the way they do business.

Against my better judgment I let my girlfriend take her car in to get the tires rotated. No other request was made. But for some reason they thought it was necessary to check out the brakes, calipers and rotors. Mind you, EVERYTHING was working fine before she brought it in. Didnt even NEED to get tires rotated but it had been a while so I thought it would be a good preventative measure. She took the car in and they came back to her saying the front calipers are all screwed up and they need to be replaced immediately. Her knowing everything was fine (no squealing, drifting, pulling, vibrations) she declined the service. Then A DAY LATER the brakes start making a horrible noise and there is a bad vibration coming from the front end. Coincidence??? I think not. I went to school to be a mechanic and didnt finish because I realized it wasnt something I wanted to make a career out of. However I still retain the knowledge from the trade. Nothing was wrong with any component before she brought it in and now the entire brake system needs to be replaced???? I wont be bringing it back and will most likely do the work myself from now on. If you want something done right you got to do it your self.

I have been to this location on many occasions. They do a great job - rotate my tires and check my brakes for free and only recommend services that I really need. You dont know how rare that is these days. I would never buy tires anywhere else !!

I replaced two tires and got the excellent service I always get from them. They gave me multiple options and explained each of them very wellI did however call ahead of time and have my name put on a list, but I still sat on their waiting room for almost two hours before my car was done.Next time I will either try to find a less busy day and time, or use a different location that is not as busy.
