Great place to relax in downtown Williamsport and have a good cup of coffee. We went early in the morning and there plenty of tables and seating to enjoy our coffee.

Came here for the first time while waiting for the laundry and dude this place is legit!! I had the lavender honey latte and yo that’s heavenly!! A little on the sweet side but hey if it has “honey” in the name I suppose it’s meant to be sweet.It’s also extremely spacious, coming from NY this place is 10X the normal coffee house size from what I am used to.The 2 girls behind the counter is also very friendly!Oh and the WiFi is pretty fast too!

An amazing cafe in downtown Williamsport! The drinks are truly fantastic and the staff is super at brewing up a perfect drink for you! They also have coffee for sale and the rotation of the different roasts available for purchase means you can find an old favorite or be surprised and pick up a newer roast to try. The best spot for coffee around!

This was my first trip to Alabaster. Since I live out of town, I didnt know about the adorable shop until I walked by it. The service was amazing! I even got to see their assistant coffee roasters for the day (which happened to be a beautiful husky). My coffee tasted and smelled so good. My husband also enjoyed his latte.

Cool joint near my hotel. Couple easy blocks to walk. Great coffee, fast WiFi and nice people. What more do you need!

Stop here if you even remotely like coffee. Great environment to knock out some work, have a conversation or just enjoy the great single sourced beans. Enjoyed an espresso and a Peruvian pour-over. Espresso is served classic with a sparkling water and spoon. Always make a habit of stopping here when in Williamsport.

I ordered the regular coffee asked for some sugar in yuck asked for more sugar dont know how little more they added but it still sucked.

Excellent coffee and very personable staff. Cant comment on other hours but when I went around 2:00 it was quiet and not very busy (exactly what I was looking for!). Very good cortado for a reasonable price!

Tanzania Pour-over — excellent.Great NE and NW decorum.Pickup some of the weekend’s happenings at the cafe bar or one of the two community tables. If flying solo and feeling introspective, try the small two top with a window view of the W Fourth St sidewalk and passerby.

Was passing through a little over two years ago now and met a girl. We decided to meet up here the next morning before I had to leave and later went on to be very close friends. Every time Im in the area visiting, we make it a point to swing through Alabasters. The staff are pleasant, the coffee is good, the location is adorable & its a place with sentimental value to me.I was just recently visiting again and despite COVID-19, they were still making business and selling coffee - which was genuinely good to see.

I love the cafe and snacks. The blueberry bagel there is the best bagel I have ever eaten, may be it is a taste of happiness?

My wife and I was walking around Williamsport and felt an urge to get some coffee. So this place just happened to be right beside us. Beautiful decor, but it is a tab bit large for a coffee shop. So they definitely have room to make it a bit more cozy.Coffee was priced well and competitively lower than the main stream shops like Starbucks. The lady taking orders seemed a little out of it. She didnt seem to have a good sense of humor either.We bought one of their bags of coffee from Papua NG and wanted the beans grounded up so we didnt need to do it at the house. She asked how I wanted them to be ground up and I said with a mortal and pestle.... I at least thought it was funny.. the look on her face didnt though.Anyway the casual looking gentleman working the machines was a bit more of an extravert. He made our coffees and we were totally blown away by how great they tasted. They tasted as if they were well crafted and the subtle notes that were supposed to be tasted were in fact tasted.They have gained a repeat customer, the coffee beans I brought home to brew tasted delicious and I cant wait to try a different blend.

Ordered two bags online and left a note that I had missed out on a special offering they had. When my two bags arrived, prior to their expected delivery date, I had a small sample bag included of the sold out offerings as well, and a note from the company.In addition to the fantastic customer service, the coffees I order are fresh and delicious. Totally would order again.

Beautiful and quite mood

Since moving back to the area I found myself venturing to this aesthetically pleasing cafe. The coffee is the best in town an the proprietors have created a really perfect atmosphere to work on your lap top or hang out with friends. This open air cafe isprobably one of the best downtown destinations there is.

I dont drink coffee, so my options are limited in a coffee house, however the hot chocolate was delicious. My girlfriend loved her drink (sorry, I dont remember what it was) and they had a nice variety.The price is great for how much you get in your drink. It wasnt necessarily the fastest from order to receiving your drink compared to chain coffee shops, but it definitely wasnt slow. Considering each cup is handmade, it seemed quite fast. It was also cool to watch how they did everything.Ambience was quite nice and unique.I would highly recommend supporting this local business.

I’m not crazy about having to come to Williamsport, PA periodically to see family, but when I do, this coffee place is by far my highlight. The espresso drinks are amazing. The quality of their stuff in general is in the same league as Manhattan and Brooklyn, very well done. Now if they just ditched their “no work on Sundays” policy, they’d get even more free of my money on the way out of town also.

The coffee is the best! Personally I think it is too dark in there; the lighting is a little too low. Really cool wood tables and counter area. Pastries arent always the freshest. I find it somewhat pricey, but cheaper than the famous name coffee shop.

I dont know much about coffee houses... But this one is pretty good for what i was expecting... Everything the baristas (if thats what theyre called) have recommended a drink it has been delicious! Go check them out!

The atmosphere around alabaster is very cozy; it gives you that big city Brooklyn feel and small town comfort. The coffee is always brewed perfectly and they will gladly make you a new cup if anything at all is messed up. The staff is very friendly and sociable and its a great place to meet great locals. The best coffee shop Ive been to hands down.

I was in Williamsport for a meeting and I used Yelp to find me a coffee shop. I read the reviews and had to try this place out. I always try to go local if possible over Starbucks. It this time it paid off. I was very impressed by both the coffee and atmosphere here.The placeIf you like the ambiance of a coffee shop you will love this place. The walls are vintage brick and a great bar to walk up and sit at. They have have ample room so you shouldnt have too much problem getting a table most anytime. One note on parking, make sure you bring change to feed the parking meters, parking was sparse when I went.The coffeeI had an Caramel latte and it was excellent. One thing I look for in a latte is can is balance of the flavor of the Espresso and the syrup. I could taste the great flavor of the coffee without the Caramel over powering it. I saw you can order their beans online which I am excited to give them a try. They also had pastries available that looked good but I didnt have any so I cant comment on them. So if you are in the area this place is worth the stop. Even if you are just driving through the area it is only a few minutes off the highway!

If this place ever closes Ill cry. Im not usually a coffee person but Alabaster has some kind of magic that they infuse their drinks with and it is SO good. I really like that they tend to serve their drinks at a drinkable temperature - not that it comes out cold (unless you order a cold drink), but I dont have to wait for it to stop being mouth-meltingly hot: I can start sipping the moment they hand it to me.Every time Ive been to Alabaster the service has been fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is spacious and pleasant. It can get a little wild in the mornings. It IS a coffee shop, after all.If I could make cappuccinos and lattes like theirs, I would definitely be a coffee person.

Best place in town. I absolutely love it. In there almost every day and everyone who works there are great. The drinks are wonderful too. Caramel affogato latte is so amazing. Try it. You wont be disappointed.

Just stopped by for a cappuccino and it was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Great place to sit down and read a few chapters in a good book or do some work.

This is my favorite coffee shop in town. Is it expensive? Yes. Do I feel like a coffee snob when I drink it? Probably. Will I continue to partake? Oh yes. The old shop was definitely too small, but since their renovation and expansion Ive never found a time where I couldnt get a seat. The coffee is great and the staff rock. Alabaster definitely brings some much needed class back to downtown Williamsport, so if you havent checked it out yet, its a must!

Alabaster has all the ingredients necessary for your typical coffee shop: Free WiFi, soulful music playing in the background, minimalistic decór, flyers on the walls of the restroom, and tasty (if not a bit pricey) baked goods and coffees on the menu. If anything sets it apart, it would be the tables, made of natural wood - they retain the original shape of the trees they came from. Each one is unique from the others. There are a couple of cashiers who seem as if they dont care to be there. As for the standouts, including the barista (a very upbeat fella), Ill have to get their names and come back to edit this; they deserve some credit. All in all, not a very ORIGINAL place, but a wholly ADEQUATE and satisfying one if you have the money to go there.
