Pat at Mattress Warehouse did an excellent job of helping me find the right mattress for me and my hubby. He was educated in all of the mattresses in the store as well other brand name mattresses to help us determine which mattress would fit all our needs. His customer service was top notch!

Have been searching for a new mattress for awhile now I have lots of aches and pains and was time . Dealt with John - very knowledgeable and helpful. First dealt with him on March 23 - asked me how much I wanted to spend and directed me to items in my price range - which as a single mom I very much appreciated not being bullied into spending more than I could afford. ON March 23 - . I put money down - and returned to the store on March 27 to finish paying for the bed - I was met by John and again he was very helpful. Told me that I should buy a good mattress cover (which I did in store)... Thankful for his help and his professionalism...

The staff was great. We just let them know what we were looking for and how much we could spend. They showed us some suggestions and picked a bed, box spring, and a frame within $16 of the original price we asked. Thanks guys!

My husband and I had a great experience at Mattress Warehouse, specifically with Jay. We had bought an expensive mattress about four years ago from a very well known store. That mattress did not hold up and when we returned to the same store this year, it was a bad experience. From the time we walked into Mattress Warehouse until we made our purchase and left, Jay was great! He did not try to pressure us or sell anything that was unnecessary. It was like he was an old friend who was doing us a favor. He was very patient with us, as we needed time to decide and had a lot of questions after having a bad experience elsewhere in the past. He was Hevery knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were looking for. He went above and beyond to make sure we left feeling comfortable with our decision. We highly recommend him and this store!

Salesman was nice, found a bed I thought I loved. I need something VERY firm for my back and had my sister with me helping me. The mattress I picked seem to be exactly what I was looking for. After continuous delays in delivery when it arrived it didnt seem like what I had ordered. I expressed my concern that it seemed too plush and I was advised to wait 3 hours. I waited 4 and called to the store and expressed my concerns as well. I was advised to wait more time for it to finish rising. I will be going back to the store to test out the mattress again to compare as requested, but theres no way this is the same. I talked with my sister to double check in case, and from her account it was like a rock (as she hates firm so she remembers the ones I was considering) this mattress is so plush and uncomfortable, theres nothing firm about it. Hopefully the issue can be resolved. Posting now as I received an email to review my experience. If the photo slot allowed video, I would post that as well to show how plush the mattress is.

Not sure how they deleted my original review but this was the worst experience that I have ever had in buying a mattress. Their exchange policy is absolutely criminal. They have the worst exchange policy of all of their local competitors. Long story short, I bought a mattress and hated it from day one as it didnt feel like the one in the store at all. They told me that I could exchange it for another one (only after a week went by and I had to get the regional manager to make an exception for me). The new mattress I wanted in place of it was over $1,000 cheaper than the original one I purchased. They told me that I had to eat the $1,000+ because they lost on the return. This may be true but their competitors DO NOT do this. Make sure you factor this in when buying from here, do your homework and shop around. I guarantee that you wont buy from Mattress Warehouse!
