This place!!!!!!!!!! OMG it is my home away from home I cant leave without spending whatever I have to spend and coming back for more I love this place more than any place in the world except for home.. I love the people that work there they are so awesome and friendly and willing to help me find whatever I might be looking for that day love love love this place!!!

The employees are helpful. They got a lot of neat things.

This store has a large variety of items. There is a very large selection of swords, knives and daggers. In the center of the store is a good selection of oils and other fragrances. Near the back is a pretty impressive selection of stones and crystals and I decent selection for smoking accessories as well. The staff is generally nice but a little stand offish but I usually have good service here.

Its hard to describe my experience this place has so much nice jewelry and the largest mineral collection in all of Wichita combined. I found all of their mineral prices to be pretty accurate some things may have been should have been negotiable. Every other kind of alternative healing sources, shirts, tapestries this place is complete sensory overload. You could easily spend 3 or 4 hours and not see everything in here. They have a small but very adequate tobacco section also which I would highly recommend. I havent been to Town West mall for a while and that I had no idea how much merchandise was located in this store I am completely floored and I would highly highly recommend. Wow

Very horrible customer service the manager is very rude and sells fake jewelry that is claimed sterling silver and has 925 but turned my finger green. I would not recommend shoppping here .

Do not buy from here they lie and say their jewelry is 925 (sterling silver) however its not!! 2 hours after I bought a ring it turned my finger green!! Customer service is bad would not return or exchange even considering they false advertise! Horrible place

Bad costumer service . Boght a pair of earings try to exchange the lady didnt want to deal with that . Not gonna go the again for warings gonna go somehere where i can exchange my mercha dise .

I do not have the words to possibly describe how much joy this store brings me. Without this store, I would not be the person I was today. Everything about this store is great.

They have very good quality products here. I just got more oils and stocked up on incense. A lot of people settle for bad quality incense, but they really do their research here. HEM incense is actually one of the highest quality incense ¿josh? sticks you can get out on the market from India. Wild Rose oil brand fragrance oils are one of the higher quality brands out there. If youre serious about your spirituality, you know these are great brands already. I was out looking around and found out they even had tarot cards. I was head over heels in love with this store. Im from St. John, KS and cant visit often but it is well worth the trip. I just am very taken with this store. The crystals they offer are beautiful. I really need to go back and get some tarot decks. By the way, Im the shopper with the pink purse. I was there Saturday February 27th 2021. I wore a blue t shirt and blue jeans. My purse has crystals dangling from the keychain. Thats me!

This place is so horrible never go there it will turn your hand dark green and they are very mean people and will not give you the help that you need

60% of the items I bought I never received. I went back in the store 2 more times within 20 minutes. They finally called the police on me. I have 30 days. I still might sue them in small claims court. I am contacting the BBB today.

Great store to visit. I could get lost and broke in this store happily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My son and his friend, Mike, had so much fun geeking out over all the swords and hatchets in stock. Will be back again to buy some more products.!!!

Walked in and immediately was informed that they wont serve people without a mask. I have a health issue that do not allow me to wear a mask. The person was rude and wasnt even wearing his own mask correctly. I will never buy anything from this company.

Neat place with lots of cool stuff but the crystals are priced really high as well as the divination cards. Most of the cards I can get directly from Llewelyn or US Games which are publishers of the cards online for about 30 to 40% cheaper...I’m a crystal collector and I just feel they were marked up 1 and 1/2 times what I can get them for in a metaphysical store in say Kansas City or Dallas, (which I travel to a couple of times a year), or even online from reputable dealers that mine their own crystals... It is nice to have crystals and cards here in Wichita but not for such a high mark up. The statues and boxes were nice too but again, priced a little high. But if you need a nice metaphysical gift last minute there’s lots to choose from here.

Rude about masks even after Wichita,Ks mask mandate lifted. Store has gone down hill with same selection for the past 2 years. Used to go there 7 or 8 times a year and spent tons of money over the years. I will never go back.

This store is filled with all kinds of cool hippy type stuff. Tie-dyed t-shirts. Incense and holders. All sorts of rocks and stones. Cool lady clothes.

This place had so many little items I found for my daughters spooky basket she asked for, for Halloween. Lots of great stuff. The staff were nice and helpful

Excellent service from very friendly and informative staff. They have a large variety of all sorts of items for just about anyone passing by. I highly recommend anyone passing by the store to step on in and check it out!!

Very wonderful experience every time, just not a fan of the employees having to calculate the total on a calculator up front on a thirty year old register. It slows down the entire process! Plus, You people charge a lot for your merchandise so I don’t know how you can’t afford a register that isn’t out dated.

This store is always stocked up and full of all kinds of different people.I feel like the employees can ask for ID’s a little more friendly when it comes to their pipe and glass selections though.The store is maintained nicely however and I hardly ever have any problems besides a couple of eggs having a bad day. I would check out this store for sure!!!

Bought a set of earrings (hinged hoops) and got home and went to put them in and found one was defective and wouldnt lock in. Went back and was told all they could do was offer 15% off a new one. They should do a better job making sure they arent selling defective merchandise if they cant replace it

This place has gone down hill. Everything is priced way too high. They are pushing the CBD/kratom craze pretty hard all the employees looked high. The owner was loud and obnoxious when he was talking to his employees. It used to be pretty cool but now its dead.
