A few days ago, I gave this place a one star review, and was extremely unhappy with the merchandise and employee response I had received when calling the store. However, a customer service manager reached out to me from the Manhattan store, and allowed me to return the item at no cost for return shipping, and helped me find the item I had originally wanted, and gave me a discount on that item, and is not charging me for shipping costs for the new item. Thank you for your excellent customer service, Michael Benyo! You have restored my faith in your company!

Lots of merchandise packed in a small space. Looks like all the local teams are represented. Would like to see a bit more Youth sizes for KSU. Go CATS!

I was very happy with all of the selections in kids and baby KC Chiefs clothing. Such a big selection! All sizes available too.

The associates are very nice. The store is clean. They have a huge selection of sports wear.

Shopped at the Rally House on Maize road and wasn’t finding what I needed. Adrian helped me before I even asked and was so kind! I can’t thank her enough! Great place to shop for KU/KSTATE merchandise!

Customer service was horrible. When I walked in there was a girl bending over the counter and glared at us and 3 other workers just laughing, playing on their phones and talking about child support and other inappropriate topics. They just stood around and I wanted to check out the Chiefs section but they didnt move even when I walked through to see what the selection was. To say the least, I didnt purchase anything because I didnt get the opportunity to look at what I intended to come in for and the workers refused to move or provide customer service. In addition, the girl bent over the counter from the beginning continued to glare at us as we left the store and no response to us leaving.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful! They have a huge selection of local team merchandise. If you can imagine it, they probably have it themed in your favorite local team. Will definitely be a return customer!

Won’t be back. The associates are all rude and dresses very sloppy and I placed an order for curbside and when I called the number both given to me via email and on the front door the guy I talked to acted completely clueless and told me I had to come in to get any orders. Why offer curbside if you have to come in?

While shopping there this last weekend. We asked a worker if we could have some help with a sale item. We we wondering if they could tell us how much a sale item was, there was no ticket on it. She rolled her eyes and said no. Wait till u ring up your items. She was extremely rude!! We always go here to get all of our stuff before a big game, but because she was so rude. We wont be going back.

Big selection of of unique products. Had a lot of Chiefs Super Bowl products.

I went to west location got complete run around with store manager out there, she was awful!! She has no idea how to manage, she lacks in customer service department. I decided to call east store Jessica was amazing she totally took care of me I would never shop out west even being a west sided I’ll drive to other side of town to shop!!!

Staff member rude, dismissive, poor communication skills. There are plenty of stores in town with equal (& better) merchandise with courteous staff. Go elsewhere.
