Had an online issue with an order I placed in store and was very frustrated but Sarah (manager) completely took care of it and got it worked out. If not for her Id be giving less stars but her efforts to help and fix the situation really stood out

My mom gave me a $200 dollar gift card here for my birthday. Walked in with my family and the employee was on a ladder and didn’t notice we were there. She walked by us and rolled her eyes and sighed madly looking at us annoyed we were there. We then asked her for help getting something and she ignored us. When we asked her if she was the only one working she said yep! And then proceeded to ignore us. We left and went to the other mall. I won’t spend my money at a place with employees likeThis.

The lady that is working right now at the west mall hot topic is A++++ (she openned the store today) cant remember her name cause I suck, but she was very very helpful and even called a manager for a answer for us! And in doing so, i spent over $130 there cause she went above and beyond! Thank u!!!

The employees are really nice and I just love how the place feels. I have to restrain myself whenever I pass Hot Topic because I always come out with at least 2 new shirts and, like, 5 new lanyard pins. Theyre so freaking amazing. I love their merchandise and I cant wait to pass by there again. (Im hoping they have Maleficent merchandise.)

I had not been to Hot Topics for a couple of years and was surprised by how much it had changed with regard to stock. I did not find anything, at the time, representing one of my favorite bands, Tool. Perhaps I am Going out of their demographic as I did not find anything on some newer bands I enjoy, ie Mumford & Sons, Cage the elephant, Judah and the lion, etc. A lot of there stock now appears to be cheap looking jewelery. I probably wont be back for awhile.

I love hot topic so much its one of my favorite clothing stores! Its not a girly store its gothic and cartoonish as well.

The store has a wide selction of different clothes and items. They sell all different tv show clothing or video game clothing

Rewards program is cool and sales are good, mdse is unique.

It was like any other hot topic had a lot of selection of merchandise and products and the staff was very helpful plus had sales of 50% off on some of their product.

Interesting trendy shop with a lot of off color humor items and hash gifts.

Its a good place to find both trendy and edgy clothes.

Is it a requirement to completely stereotype others? Because that’s definitely what the employees did. Girlfriend told me where the post Malone shirts were in such a condescending tone. I told her I wasn’t looking for those and she just walked away. Literally no one asked if I needed help. Yet they were very courteous to other customers. They treated me as if I was one of those “lol wut’s Black Sabbath tehe!” Not coming back. Not supporting that toxic environment. Get over yourselves.

Its a store found in most malls Ive been to. Has plenty of expensive mall junk, t-shirts, trinkets, and other over-priced merch.
