Pretty standard Foot Locker experience. The folks were helpful, did not find what wed been looking for but not the fault of anyone there, just didnt have them.

Most horrible customer service ever at Towne East. I tried to return merchandise purchase 4 days earlier with my receipt and the tags on it and they told me they could only do cash and they didnt have enough cash so they would give me a gift card. I told the store manager who was waiting on new that I didnt want a gift card as I didnt intend to shop there again and I made a special trip from out of town to return the items. He said to bad he didnt have cash and hed give me a gift card. I told him that was not ok and Id call the corporate store and he said they will tell you the same thing Im giving you a gift card. I said no, give me my items and Ill just return them some other time. He said no you wont. I just looked at him and he said you arent welcome back here. I couldnt believe what he said. Then an employee in the back of the store shouted, you arent welcome here maam, dont come back. Have a nice day. I called their customer service line and filed a complaint and they were supposed to call me back and did not. There is no other store in town so no idea what Ill do now. Towne West is hats only. Unreal.
