For the people who dont want to read everything... This particular Metro By T-Mobile store is FABULOUS! The manager Alan couldnt be more helpful! He never tried to get me to buy the best most expensive things, he even told me if what he did didnt end up working Id have to switch carriers 🤯! If you need to go into a Metro store for anything GO TO THIS ONE, and make sure Alan is there beforehand!I went into my cellphone carriers store w/a gynormous amount of questions and problems I couldnt get at myself or anyone I knew so I had to go into the store.I have had HORRIBLE experiences at other Metro By T-Mobile stores. I bet everyone has had THIS one happen to them... You go into the store and the only person there is a younger (most of the time a woman) person behind the counter w/their heads buried into their phones and paying absolutely NO attention to whats going on around them! You feel like you could walk around the store putting everything thats not locked down into your bag and walk out w/o any problem. Well one of the previous Metro stores that I went to had just that (the woman w/a cellphone in the place where her head should have been, but it never makes THEM SMART... usually quite the opposite) when I told her what was wrong w/my phone she literally took a paperclip and started jamming it into my speaker to try to get the dust out! After I left I couldnt ever hear anything from that speaker again. I had to put my phone on speaker, or put in headphones to hear someone talking to me!So this visit to the Metro store I ended up having to buy a new phone bcuz Alan said that Id have to get my phone fixed (worked on) if I ever wanted to hear something out of that speaker ever again. I said and let me guess, getting it worked on would probably cost around the same amount of money as buying a new one!, He agreed.BUT he made sure I left there w/the phone I liked, and through in every single promotion or Sales/coupons, or any other thing he could possibly find just so that I didnt have to pay the phones actual amount since I couldnt afford it! 😊 Hes seriously the best Sales person Ive ever had!!! (Just a little FYI there was another person working there and she had her head buried into her phone. LoL!Thanks again for all you did for my Mom and I!!

Alan at this store is an outstanding individual who helps and cares about his Owners Clients !!! Thats why they will keep coming back and Ive also had met the Owner and he also helps his Clients very well too !Highly recommend this store for all your future phone needs ! You wont be disappointed, mARK

Online it says the store closes at 8pm. I got there at 7:01 and it was Closed. Apparently google has not Updated the store hours. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! So just so you guys know they close at 7pm.

They lack the proper training a d their emplyees are very disrepectful they didnt want to deal with my problem so tgey left me on hold for more than 30 minutes and when i call them back tbey didnt answer their phone

A few months ago, Id say probably in March, my wife and I went into this store to inquire about a few things and new phones as well.. Person at that time in that store was extremely unhelpful and looked like he had a miserable life for all I know! Very bad experience and did not buy anything!On Wednesday I went in to check if they had in stock the new phone ZTE ZMAX PRO for my wife and a very helpful lady told me they did (Even though the lady at the new store in Lynn Plaza told me NO STORE around the area had it in stock!) but that is a different story, I guess she didnt want other dealers to get the sale. SELFISH!Kenia at 10 W Dundee was amazing in getting my wife the new device, gave us a nice deal with a case and was very professional through-out the entire experience. She was personable, engaged in what we wanted, needed and took care of us in no comparable way.Metro PCS needs to pay close attention to hiring actual customer service skilled people and not just someone who knows how to apply settings on a phone. I was a customer service supervisor for years and I can definitely tell the difference in customer service experiences.Thank you Kenia!
