I had a wonderful experience at Cellular Solutions today. I walked in and was greeted by Steve. He immediately determined what was wrong with my iPhone, fixed it within minutes, and sent me on my way. On my way out of the store, I remembered that my charger case was no longer working, so I asked him if they had a case for my (rather outdated) phone. He walked right to an OtterBox, gave me a great price on it, and put it on my phone. While we were chatting, he made me aware that I could buy my next phone through Cellular Solutions, thus avoiding losing my account benefits through AT&T that I would lose if I bought an AT&T phone. I will definitely return to Cellular Solutions, and I recommend you give them a try. The store is conveniently located in the Woodsdale Plaza.

Needed a new battery for my iPad Mini 2 (the old one lasted less than 1 hour if unplugged). Steve was able to get it done to be picked up the next morning. I got there late afternoon but wasn’t in a hurry. I also got a really nice Otter Box case to protect it and the hard cover can be used as a stand in 2 angles for both horizon and landscape orientation. I was using a “Snug” case for several years but the faux leather was peeling all over the place and falling apart.Service was great. Fast, friendly and professional. Prices were very good (I did my homework price wise in the tri-state area). I even learned a couple items/shortcuts about my device I didn’t know existed which was very helpful. In the end, all was perfect for my grandchild to watch stuff and play while she visited. I would ONLY recommend “Cellular Solutions in Wheeling” if anyone asks me where they can get their electronic devices fixed.

Ive been a customer here for years (back when Corey sold cell phones). This time, however, I was basically was told too bad after the new screen I got started glitching not 2 months after I got it replaced. Was never told about their warrenty policy and one of the guys who works there seemed like he didnt give a damn whether or not He gave good service. Would not go back and, thanks to this, they just lost a loyal customer.

I have a son with autism, he is obsessed with iPads!!!!! We go through screens frequently.... thy always replace them and get the iPads back to us quickly!!! I also bought a preowned iPad mini for work and its just like new!!!! Great company and I recommend them to anyone!!!!!
