Great cars. Prices are way above reasonable left and went someplace else

I went there to buy a battery. As I entered the store Alan Alvarez who I believe to be the store manager approached me greeted me and ask how may he assist with my situation. He then offered tl test my battery and alternator. He explained to me that I needed a new battery. Then he personally installed it. It only took him like 2 minutes or less he was amazing. I will be going back

I placed an online order i received and email it was ready for pick up 8 minutes later. I tried using Bergenfield for online orders it took over a day and I was given wrong parts and never received the gift card AutoZone said they would send. This store is far superior to any other locations in the area. Only go here, dont bother using any other location.

Again Alan Alvarez went above and beyond for me I bought a cell phone holder for my car and I couldn’t figure it out lol but he went above and beyond to put it together for me thank you so much as it made my morning a little less stressfulAlso every time I go in there you have 4 employees there but instead of just looking at me he acknowledges that I am there and tells me he will be with me ASAP the other people just keep doing what they are doing they look at me but don’t say anything he is truly a blessing to your store

I came to Autozone Westwood after having issues with my car battery. One of the managers Alan Alvarez took the time to diagnose what was wrong with the battery and completed an install of a new battery. He was professional, friendly and provided excellent customer service.

Went to buy oil on sale said sale on longer valid I got new advertisement brochure ges wat plenty other oils on sale dhey never bothered to say nothing just sorry they lost over $150.00 from me.

Store Manager Alan Alvarez is very knowledgeable. I told him about a vision I had for my car and he help it become a reality. He was able to explain how I can accomplish my DIY project. He made something so dificult seem so simple. Autozone needs to get more people like him. I have gone to other locations and the experience is not even close. Autozone in Westwood is the location to visit. I will be back for all my cars needs. Thanks Again ALAN

The store has potential. It offers friendly staff, reasonable prices, and a somewhat plentiful inventory but what It lacks is staff. A great place for a weekend project and a quick tune up.

Staff was great helped me get my car through inspection for emissions i didnt know they make a catylic converter cleaner which caused bad emissions

Walked in for a battery. Asked a simple question and the guy started yelling at me. Good job. Ill take my somewhere else.

Great selection and good location (who needs to deal with 17 & 4 when you dont have to). Staff is very helpful but you kind of need to engage them first. If you need new wipers or simple things for your car and arent comfortable navigating the mechanics of it, I highly recommend AutoZone. Theyll even install your wipers for you! And theyve got plenty of other stuff for the gear heads.

A week ago I was headed to the beach; and discovered my car wouldnt start. I needed to get on the road to avoid the typical traffic on the GSP. I got a jump start from a tow truck and headed to AutoZone in Westwood. I was really stressed because I didnt have time for a delay. I pulled into AutoZone, and the very nice young man said, I can help you. He came out to the parking lot, checked my battery, removed and installed the new one. This was the fastest service ever and I was on the road headed to the shore. THANK YOU AUTOZONE OF WESTWOOD, YOU GUYS ROCK!

I called to check and see if they had parts in stick and prices and Jessica actually didnt place me on hold!!! Great people skills and highly recommend this autozone compared to any other. Ty Jessica!!

Great customer service by Josh. Helped me get what I needed very quickly. Then I asked him if they had any regular windshield washer fluid. He went to the back to check and came back with a gallon. Will go there from now on for any car needs. The manager was cool too. Sorry I forgot his name.

I am truly grateful for the advice Paul gave me on repairing my vehicle. He definitely did not have time but he saved me some money, by stopping everything he had to help me check my battery. I would say he is a valued member of your team. I also thank Beverley who work to help the other customers, she did a great job, so Paul could help me. 6 stars for them!!!

Leaving me without a doubt that my “neighbor is always available with his cup of sugar.” I went into the store for a pair of windshield wipers and walked out in a matter of minutes, my windshield wipers were replaced by Paul leaving me fully satisfied. At the end I offered him money that he wouldn’t accept stating “no thank, it’s my job.” It is men like this and women like Beverly that make this town better!! Thank you for your help!!

They closed early at 8:55 on Thursday 6/24/21 while the person counting the drawer didnt even acknowledge me as he shook his head. So much for helping customers get back on the road and to work... Ill def be going to pep boys tomorrow.

Went for a windshield wiper, was greeted immediately by a friendly guy named Kevin. He helped me out by looking up my car, advising brand, then even put the wiper on for me cause he had a free moment. He put it on in 30 secs and I was on my way, Kevins the man.

Paul has been a great help whenever I come in especially this time because I was in a rush, him and Josh rushed us out. Paul and Josh were managing the customers very effectively and answering all my questions this time and all the other times Paul and Shermen have helped me in the past. There were about 4 people in line, Josh was helping out a client in the beginning, as I was the third person in line. As soon as Paul finished with the multiple calls he stepped away to help the line of people and divide the customers up and did multiple transactions at the same time. What turned into a long wait at about 12:15pm in this covid disaster was very smooth, Josh answered my questions very effectively and in the most polite manner. I am a businesswomen, there have been times I have been in the store and Sherman has also been a great help, always providing his excellent service. I only offer this information in good faith that as long as they are around I will always ensure I come back, and time is no matter as long as they are able to help me. The only recommendation i will provide is more staff.

I am standing in this auto zone now and In all honesty this is the worst service I have received from an auto zone establishment. The person who “helped me” seemed out of it and kind of high and spoke to me as if he were a sloth. Wouldn’t help me find the air filter and moved onto the next customer instead of following his customer through to his purchase. He abandoned me and a nicer gentleman helped me. Sherman Q is very nice and respectful and helped me through. This is the 23rd of June at 4:53pm and this is the second I come here and have a bad experience.

I was in the store today returning a tool rental. After processing the refund, a store manager forcibly attempted to keep my original cash register receipt, which receipt is LITERALLY my personal property as it documents the details of the original sale and is thus used to reconcile ones credit card statement (i.e., to make sure the amounts appearing on the credit card statement are correct; I actually read my statement unlike most in the public who apparently believe that money grows on trees.). In the midst of the store managers ILLEGAL refusal to return my property, I had to literally grab MY receipt from his hand. Apparently, the store is concerned about alleged re-use of receipts but that circumstance, if it even exists to any material degree, is absolutely irrelevant as store receipts, once given to a customer, are PERSONAL PROPERTY and AutoZone has no business attempting to quite literally steal such property from customers and steal it under an irrelevant pretext to boot. To ALL AUTOZONE CUSTOMERS NATIONWIDE: if the store attempts to FORCIBLY retain any sales receipt whatsoever, representing merchandise you purchased, that act represents THEFT and you should contact the local police department immediately, file a report, and force the return of YOUR PROPERTY. Furthermore, I suspect this practice of confiscating what is, again, personal property of customers, has been cooked up and promoted by AutoZone MANAGEMENT. Store receipts given to customers, pertaining to transactions, are PRIVATE PERSONAL PROPERTY; if AutoZone is incurring losses involving receipts generally, confiscating, that is STEALING, receipts from customers as a general practice is NOT the solution as such conduct is FLAT OUT ILLEGAL. Stop this practice IMMEDIATELY. If I get so much as a hint of ANY additional violations, I will enlist the aid of interested law firms immediately.ADDITIONAL NOTE: If this practice of confiscating cash register receipts from consumers is occurring in Ohio, I can tell you most assuredly such a practice IS a provable violation of the Consumer Sales Practices Act of Ohio. Other states have similar laws and so the practice of confiscation, if it is occurring, is illegal in many, if not all, jurisdictions. Just stop the practice IMMEDIATELY; I was absolutely appalled at the degree of both arrogance and ignorance revealed in this incident; corporations in this country are frankly OUT OF CONTROL. The public is not your PRIVATE slave force and corporations have to stop stealing from the public in frankly UNCOUNTED ways. Just unbelievable. I thought I had seen it all; now businesses are ACTUALLY STEALING YOUR RECEIPTS!

My battery needed to be replaced Oscar the Manager helped me out and changed out the old battery. He spent so much time with me to explain eveything, he is AMAZING & VERY knowledgeable! If it was not for him I would not have been able to drive me car to work the following day.

While driving from Baltimore Maryland to Salem Massachusetts I experienced my alternator failing on me and made it to this location with the help of our great American law enforcement officers. Once I arrived everyone was very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to assist me. Oscar even went as far to call a local repair shop and help me get my vehicle there since I have having such a difficult time trying to install the part myself. Needless to say these guys are life savers today! If it wasn’t for them I’d be working on my car throughout the night to get back on the road. Thank you Oscar and your amazing team there!

I searched online for the nearest auto parts store while stuck in traffic. When this location and phone number came up, I called. They had what I needed in stock and offered to pull it, and hold it at the counter for me. Once in the store, I was done in less than ten minutes with the filter I needed at a good price. Their quick, professional service helped keep me on my timeframe despite the after work rush hour traffic.

Akash is the man! I just needed the smallest bolt to secure my car battery and not only did he hook me up with that but he also came out to the car to screw everything in for me. Great experience. 10/10 would recommend

A huge waste of time. Store is a mess, disorganized, one guy working the phones helping customers and checking out customers. 10 mins online behind just one customer. Other employee outside smoking and just hanging out. Go to a local auto part store if you value your time and better quality parts..

Literally just walked into this store, was being helped by an employee when the manager came up and said “can you hurry up and ring this guy up”. Instead of helping me, they proceeded to help a man with NO mask on.

Autozone overall is great. Go there all the time for my project car, and they always have a good selection. Removing one star because they say theyre open on Sundays, sometimes they are sometimes they arent.

Had intended to get wiper blades at the VW service center and asked Auto Zone rep for suggestions. My recent experience with HID light bulb replacement at VW had demonstrated well the very high price at official car service. The Auto Zone rep talked realistically (no heavy sales pitch bordering on idiocy) and said VW would likely install similar made in Germany wiper blades. What further impressed me (a very big icing) was that he himself installed the blades without any extra cost. Never new AZ stores do that. Really nice and professional rep. Thats model service.
