Sam gave me the best customer service experience I have had in YEARS! I tried so hard to talk to a manger, but they told me to call back tomorrow. I might not remember, but this guy was patient, knowledgeable, and all the reasons I come to Staples. Give him a raise.

The staff is friendly, but theyre obviously being pressured by the store to hard sell protection plans - not only for big 100$+ items but also for small 30$+ items. This is so irritating when you just want to buy things and be left alone that I try to avoid this store, when I otherwise would not.

I had purchased some phone accessories in preparation to work from home. Staples had had a great selection. However, everything I bought was not compatible with anything I had! I had spent quite a few dollars and was panicking at the financial loss. I called the store and explained. Tim Anderson listened and asked questions. He was so patient and went above and beyond. With, of course, the assistance of store manager, Tim Bradley. I was pleased with the outcome. I was more impressed with their kind nature. I will forever go to THIS store for any future needs!

I don’t recommend the Staples located at 5150 W 120th Ave Suite 100 Suite 100, Westminster, CO 80020.Today I went to this store to return an office supply item-magazine file, which is in brand new condition. I had the receipt and presented it to the cashier. The cashier and the manager (I suppose, because he was called up by the cashier), Tim, rejected my request by saying it’s too old. They claimed that they only accepted returns made within 30 days. I pointed out that Staples Easy Return Policy states that office supplies may be returned at any time. The manager said “that’s not true.” He continued with his nonsense, at that point, it’s clearly a waste of time to continue arguing, so I just said “you should honor Staples policy but you failed.”

The store does nothing in terms of COVID precautions. It would be nice if the copy and print center cared enough to put out a “clean” vs “dirty” pen cups. When I saw the manager on the way out, I wasn’t surprised. Skip this staples, go somewhere else.

As an oncology nurse I’m disgusted by their lack of COVID precautions. I was not surprised to see the lack of sanitization/lack of care. The manager was outside smoking he should have been designating disinfecting or doing something literally everything was gross.

After going to Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and Office Depot, and after wasting 2 hours of my Saturday, when I called up this Staples, Tim saved my day entirely. I never thought it would be that hard finding a chair, but I really should have just called Staples first! Tim was extremely understanding of my situation, knew that I had a rough day running around looking for a chair, so he was able to take my order over the phone and I just went and picked it up! Extremely easy and simple, the way it should be, all thanks to Tim and Staples!!

Two out of two great customer service experiences at this Staples. The first I was looking for bankers boxes. I only needed 2 but they all come in multiples of 10 and up at multiple price points. I was trying to find the smallest number and pricing. While searching, a staff member asked what I was looking for, when I told him he said they had the last of stock of boxes in the back. A 13 pack for $4!The next day we needed to buy 16 1096 forms. Because it is late in tax season they only had a 50 pack for $31. When my employee told the sales person she only needed 16 and did they have any smaller numbers he sold them for $15.Two examples of putting the customers needs first. Thank you!

Annie in the tech dept was awesome. She took care of my recycling and then I was asking her some questions about the Surface Pro 6. She let me know what would be good for my use and we talked about transfering files. Very nice and friendly store associate. Thanks Annie!!!

I used to LOVE Staples, then I went to exchange something and it to over 45 minutes. The person who was helping me was nice but he had to call the manager over 3 times. Im very disappointed. I only had to do an exchange because the employee who was helping me on the original purchase gave me the wrong item.

I used the self-service copier. Paying was a cinch and I did what I needed to do. No problems. I am surprised that there isnt another big office supply place that is in the area but I am glad that Staples is there

I used to easily print short documents here. Now theyre forcing the self serve print on us which places a hold on my card of $5 for a print that costs $0.34. And the guy in the print center is deaf so he doesnt even look up to acknowledge customers, ever. Will not be returning. I think the UPS store does prints across the street.

My husband and I went to the Staples store to purchase a desk chair. We had been at another Staples store who didnt have it in stock. The sales associate there had told my husband they would price match a chair from Amazon but wed have to get it from this location because they were out of stock. However, when we went to this Staples store, the general manager Anna said she couldnt match it. She explained (in a rude way) that it wasnt the same chair and she could get fired if she did it. I then asked her if we could use a 20% coupon. I knew by the look on her face that the answer would be no before she even looked at the coupon. I was right. She said we couldnt use it for this purchase. We asked her if there was anything she could do for us since we drove all the way to that location. In her condescending voice she said no, I cant do anything. I understand that there are times when a store cannot accommodate a customer but her rudeness and condescending manner is unacceptable. I called Headquarters and told them of our unpleasant experience with this manager. I told them Amazon is putting businesses like this out of business because of this level of customer service. They are going to send us a coupon to use on our next purchase.

Wed been printing some marketing materials at Staples for quite a while. I sent a print job to Staples yesterday and got a call about 5 hours later (I needed these materials the next day) saying they couldnt print our 40 page job because wed put logos on there that they believed were copyrighted. Keep in mind, these logos are all memberships and certifications that our business holds. Wed printed these kinds of things before there without an issue and frankly, if anyone is going to get in trouble with copyright violations, it would be our business and not Staples. I can go to a FedEx Kinkos location and print the material out myself without issue, I can get marketing materials from Vista Print like this without issue, but Id been using Staples because they were cheaper. Apparently, this is a case where cheaper isnt always better. Ill be utilizing other avenues for our marketing materials from here on out. Staples just lost my business completely.

I completely slacked on making cards for an event the next morning, and i ordered them at approx 4pm. Normally id wait til the next day, but i called the store and asked for them to be done sooner, even though they were closing at 7pm. They called and had them ready within an hour and a half! Amazing!!!

I went there to have my daughters architecture student portfolio printed and bound. Aaron Schan assisted us in the printing center and he was extremely helpful. He directed us to different printing options and helped us make a good decision because of the information he provided for us. It came out excellent and he turned it around in just a couple of hours. Called to get an email address I can send my files to in order to be printed. The ‘manager’ was completely unknowledgable on Discounts. I finally got an email address from him and when I asked him to repeat email address he put me on hold for over five mins. I called back and when he answered he was very rude, spoke over me, and wanted to vent to me about how he had another customer yelling at another associate at your company. When I told him I didn’t want to listen to his problems and just get an email address, he asked me to not be rude but I felt like it was rude of him to project his problems on to me. Completely unprofessional

Ordered prints online for the same day pick-up and was estimated pick up two days later, not a big deal. However, when I went to the store to pick up my prints at the Ready by Time, the prints were not ready and no one was in the store the previous two days to get the prints. The supervisor on duty said he could cancel the order or I could wait and hope theyre ready the following day.The prints were completed the following day and when I inquired about making things right for the delay, the employee on duty said I had already paid and that other people had to wait Way Longer... Not great customer service. Very disappointed. Will not be returning for any more prints.

I was very disappointed. I normally get $2 charger cords at the grocery store. I was tired of them only lasting 6 months, so I went to Staples to get a better quality one. I paid over SEVEN TIMES what I normally pay & it didnt last for even THREE MONTHS! However they were unable to refund it for my cash (had the receipt) or store credit. Apparently I only had 2 weeks. I spent all that money for a piece of trash. Extremely disappointing that they wont stand behind their own products.

Never ever ask the people in the copying to do anything. They are the rudest people. The only time I had a decent experience there was when the manager was working. I had a worker snap back at me and practically blame me for their mistake. The costumer service there is horrible.

Went in today to return a broken keyboard. Apparently you are supposed to contact warranty company and wait for a refund. Manager Timothy replaced in store and took great care of me. Eliminated a frustrating situation for me. Solidified why I shop at Staples.

I shipped a motorcycle seat back to the company that sold it to me from this Staples. I lost the receipt with the tracking number and now the item is lost! UPS says that they never received anything going to the address that I sent it to from this Staples. So the people at this Staples apparantly took my $100 package and threw it away and because I dont have the tracking number, Ill never get anything for this, so the part is gone and Im out $100 for the part, $12 for the original shipping and $20 for the return shipping for a grand total of $132 all because of some mistake from the staff working the counter here. They said that it isnt their problem.

Unfortunately the card reader software is apparently unable to run a debit card as a credit card. I was forced to drive to Office Depot to get my paper, their card reader was much better programmed.

Why I give Staples a one star. I went in to the Westminster store 120th and Sheridan for their Black Friday deals, they were really good deals. I purchased almost $1000.00 in electronic, two 7” tablets, two laptop computers, two Kindles, two pocket chargers and some other miscellaneous stuff, all for Christmas gifts for my son’s. Christmas day comes the boys love their electronics, they played with the tablets all day, but when we went to charge one of the tablets the screen started flashing on and off and would not turn on or charge. So I did what every customer would do I called the store and asked them if they would exchange the obviously defective product, because it is past the 14 days, 14 day which they spent under the Christmas tree wrapped as a present not knowing it was going to be defective had passed, they said no…unless I purchased some sort of trade in warranty. You would think a company like Staples would extend their return policy during special circumstances such as this, but they don’t. I would not recommend shopping at Staples because they sale product they know are defective and that’s why they offer the trade back warranty.
