This was my first trip to Hobby Lobby. I was amazed at the selection and size of the store. The sheer volume of products was over whelming. I found what I needed, and got a few good ideas for future craft projects.

I love hobby lobby so much! I really like the way they group all their theme decorations together and provide such great ideas. I need a bigger house so I can buy and decorate more stuff. They also have a fabric section and all the craft supplies you need at reasonable prices. This store is huge and is located in a mall with plenty of parking and close to a freeway for easy access.

Why cant I leave zero stars? As an artist and craftperson I had been a frequent customer at hobby lobby for several years. I have literally spent thousands of dollars over the last few years with this company. I went to the valley fair mall location to purchase a couple of items that I needed to complete two projects I was working on. While there I found several small items on clearance in the beads and jewelry making area. These were SMALL items that I could not securely place in a shopping cart without them falling through to the ground. I had chosen more items than I could actually hold in my hands so i decided to also purchase an inexpensive little tote bag to carry these items to the register. Before heading to the register to check out I totaled the cost of the additional clearance items and discovered that I did not have the required cash in my pocket to purchase these items. I DID, however, have the means to purchase these items in my wallet. My wallet, (which contained more than $500 cash) was less than 30 feet from the entrance to this awful place, contained in the glove box of my car. I placed the bag containing the clearance items together on a top shelf in the same isle so that I could them after obtaining the needed cash from my vehicle. I did NOT place any item in my pockets or even attempt to remove the items from the area where I found them. I purchased the original items I had went there for in the first place and proceeded to my vehicle intending to get the necessary cash in order to immediately return for the items I had placed on the shelf. As I exited the store I was stopped by a two employees that I assumed to be security personnel. I was immediately told that I was banned from this and all other stores with the same name, and that I would be charged with trespassing if I made any attempt to return to any location. What was their reason? I did not steal anything! Nor did I even attempt it! I paid for the items I was holding, and had my receipt for in hand! I was Accused of stealing or attempting to steal items that were not even removed from their assigned area. Mr. Idiot security guy(s) were completely out of line with no legal, logical, or moral basis for their ignorant harrassment. The suspicion is that I concealed the small items in the small tote bag in an attempt to steal them. It was not possible to use a cart or shopping basket, because being beads, small charms and pendants, they would simply fall through the mesh. The bag was needed because I only have two hands! All of these loose small items required a container due to the fact that I also had the original intended, and larger items to carry. I am insulted and disgusted by this humiliating experience that was totally out of line. I expect no apology from ignorant and incompetent employees such as these. A complaint to Corporate office Was given the respect of a pile of feces, and basically supports the ignorant accusations and disrespectful actions of their inadequate servants. ZERO stars for disgusting company behavior!

One of my favorite places to go to and dream of all the DIY projects I can create. Prices are very reasonable, employees are very friendly and helpful.

I was hoping to find Halloween items, unfortunately all I found was paper plates. A lot of Christmas has taken over half the store!

I could get lost in this store for hours. It’s very inspirational! Prices are high so a lot of times I find myself asking “can I make this myself?” And other times I just pay the price. But they really are like a super upgraded michaels.

So, Im completely new to shopping at Hobby Lobby. Ive always just gone to JoAnns and Michaels. I ended up wondering in to the H.L. on Constitution Blvd. the other day & was shocked at the size, it is huge compared to the other two!Theyve got pretty much everything and more. The prices appeared to be about the same as the other two on most of the items I was looking at. I noticed the beads and jewelry making supplies were slightly less expensive.I understand they have their own coupons but I believe they also accept competitors coupons like JoAnns does. (Like Michaels used to.)I will absolutely be back when I have more time, I can only assume ill be there quite often in the future. It was clean & bright & friendly.

Always good home decor items, bring your wallet or purse/sachel. Youll spend more than you need here. Worrh the visit. Easy handicap entrance as well as parking.

A little on the expensive side but really nice products. There are some products you can find at better cost at places like Wal Mart and dollar tree. Some are just as good in quality as hobby lobby but some are not, so its best to do your research before you buy. If money is no object, Hobby Lobby has many, MANY options, not only stacked on rows in aisles but also groupings of particular themes to help decorate a room or assist with a project. Warning: If you are a craft person or DIY person you will likely spend over an hour wandering the store. It is that big, with that many options. 4 stars for variety. -1 for pricing.

Not the best Hobby Lobby I’ve been to. It’s a little on the dirty side (dusty shelves, trash on the floors, and no hand sanitizer or cart wipes). Since it’s the closest one; I guess it’ll do.

Lots of cool stuff and lots of Christmas stuff

I like this store for the variety of craft supplies and the unique home decor. But I have never had good customer service here. I get stared at as I walk in instead of getting greeted. And nobody really cares to help when Im looking for what I need. One time, I even heard an employee tell her boss that she didnt want to work up front and sassed him in front of other customers and the boss just let it happen.

Great place, has stuff you are looking for but you dont find it all in one place. You have to wander around the store to compare which item is better! Lol

The worst customer service is at this location. We were waiting in a long line (8 or more customers) waiting to check out. While waiting the cashier called for 2 extra cashiers by name twice, but nobody showed up to help. There was also a manager or team lead of some sort up front. She was in the phone and her walkie talkie a couple times while we were standing in line. She called twice for 2 additional cashiers as well. Finally, after 10 minutes and 4 pages, 1 showed up. Meanwhile the line is still just as long, 4 behind us and 4 in front of us. We asked her why she couldn’t open a register. She said “as long as I’m wearing this lanyard I can’t cashier”. Then a customer comes in and asked this same lady about a problem with a purchase... she told the poor lady to get in line. After waiting in line 15 minutes we gave up and walked out without making our purchase. A manager should have the ability to problem solve beyond asking for additional cashiers, that don’t show up.

Little tricky to find things if youre new to this type of store. Asked for assistance finding a certain item but given general directions to the area it was located. Store was clean even though Employees didnt seem to care about a group of teens running amok. Model rocket selection was pretty good though! Definitely coming back for more!

I’d like to see more crafting books at hobby lobby. The selection of books available was scarce. This location needs some work.. I’ve been to several HLs across the country and this one seems a little blah. There were gaps in the displays, items aren’t labeled well. In the yarn section things looked mixed in, if I was looking for wool yarn, it would take me more than 5 minutes to find them.

Amazing place. Ive never been there so it was a trip that needs more time to look at all of the different areas and whats available. Definitely a place to take the kids to that like doing the different crafts, drawing, painting as well as other fun stuff to help past the time.

This place has something for anyone making art or craft. Your imagination is your only limitation. When I was here last the staff did a great job at the checkout area, opening extra lanes when the lines began to lengthen. I also witnessed a staff member dealing with a difficult customer in a very professional manner. Covid-19 has made it difficult at times for them to keep some things in stock but that is no fault of the store staff

I love this store. The location is great. They have a great selection of items, including decor and craft. The fabric is in the pricey side, but they have darling styles and choices. Only downside is some of my interactions with employees have been less than stellar. But, most have been fine. I will definitely continue to shop here.

This company has garbage values, and theyre pricing on some items (particularly faux plants/florals) is pretty bad. You can find good deals on many supplies though, and the people at this particular store have always been really nice.

Love finding Christmas markdowns here that are unique from chain stores. Good framing department, decor, books, calendars, yarn, fabric, scrapbooking party supplies and floral arrangements.

You could wonder for hours, such a fun way to keep your creative spirits happy 😃. They have everything you could ever need.
