My five-star rating is more for the staff here. Each time Im here theyve always been friendly and helpful. Sometimes they dont have what I need but at least its nice to know that people are willing to help you find a separate solution if possible. Its always been clean and organized as far as they can keep it that way when customers move objects frequently.

I love going to Michaels to get ideas of my creativity.

If something goes wrong, youll be in good hands. I purchased some fabric, and when it came time to cut out the pattern, as I was laying everything out, I found I didnt have enough space. I measured the fabric and found I was a yard short of what Id paid for. I was worried Id be in a bind since I had no way of proving I hadnt cut off a yard, but when I called in, they were super nice and helpful. Fortunately, they still had some of the fabric in stock, so they set it aside for me, already having it at the cutting table when I got to the store. They sent me home with the missing yard and a little extra to make sure Id have enough to cut out all my pieces. I got the pieces cut today, and it worked out perfectly. Thanks to the extra fabric they gave me, I was able to cut everything out without the break in the fabric causing problems.

Very nice store and they had fantastic sales and items on clearance that I couldnt believe the prices. $3 for a awesome raw wood birdhouse that I get to paint. The size of it and the quality cannot be beat for $3. When Im done with it I will upload a picture. Im going to try and make it look like The Addams family House.

The isles were well marked. I found what I was looking for very quickly. The customer service even helped me match my colors.

First time shopping here. I live in a small town and if I want to go shopping I have to drive over a hour just to get to a store. So I decided to check out Michaels while I was in town for a event. I ended up spending over $100 on stuff I really didnt need buy had to have. For now on when I come out this way, I will be coming in....I even hurried and downloaded their app to get the coupons too.

It was great my amazing partner needed some yarn for a project they been working on. I was easily able to locate it and got it with ease. At the register I was able to show them a coupon for some extra $ off but they were already on sale so it didnt allow more discount. It would helpfully to make that more clear but overall the experience was good.

It has mostly everything you need to do crafts awesome place

This 1 star is for the frame service inside that Michaels partners with. We took a very expensive original painting to get stretched. Took them 2 weeks to get it back. Upon receiving the painting we noticed they had attached part of the signature to the border along with about 2 - 3 inches of the painting on 2 sides. They also didnt stretch the painting tight enough so there are waves all the way across. They also didnt even secure it with a cross brace which should be standard with any stretch. Very disappointed.

Had the yarn I wanted on sale for about half price. Got more than I needed because its a good brand and joanns was selling it for full price 🙃 glad i trusted my gut and looked elsewhere. Cashier was super friendly and nice. Didnt get asked if I needed help by anyone, but that doesnt really bother me because I shop with my music playing through my headphones.

I loved there sales. And most employees were very nice and helpful but one of the girls stocking was very rude

I just needed to return a couple items. Since I had made the purchases, however, Id been issued a new card by my financial institution with a new number, so it wasnt as slick as it usually is. But the cashier was great to get it worked out as quickly as she could and I really appreciated her efforts, especially since the two items were from two different transactions and she needed to get an override twice. Great service!

My children like to go there to find good supplies when they want to do some painting.Specialy when they have good sale!

Horrible experience! I asked for help finding some nails. The young woman who works there wouldnt answer my question because I wasnt wearing a face mask. She also hid her name badge from me when I asked for her name. I spoke to the manager, and she said the employee doesnt need to show me her name. They wouldnt service me, even though I AM NOT SICK, so I left and I will not shop there again.

Michaels is always fun. I found adorable little ornaments there. Just not the thing I needed. Thats the trouble you always find cute stuff that wasnt on the list.

Just getting a few things to make some gifts.

Pretty disappointed. Just spent $200 to have them frame a picture, the frame looks great but I was told they would be mounting it on a backboard to get rid of the wrinkles from when it was rolled and shipped to us. When we got it back we realised the wrinkles are there in full force, along with a scratch in the print. When I called about it they denied scratching it, even though the scratch is in the same corner we stared at for an hour and a half trying to decide what frame and matting to go with. Then they said they would swap out the print with a new one (we pay to reprint) for $20. So unimpressed right now. Going to just reprint it and swap it myself but this is definitely the first and last time Ill go there for frames. No accountability or willingness to fix their mistakes whatsoever. Other than that, stores pretty great I guess.

Michaels seems to always have the deals for me lately. I love to browse and get a deal but will pay full price if they have something I really want. They seem to have a taste for everyone. They even will scan coupons for me if I forget them or do not transfer them to my phone. Just walking around the store is my happy place.

Fun place to get all your craft items. They always have deals or coupons in emails or in the newspaper. I like Sundays coupons. A great place to take the little ones when they have a craft event. Look online or grab a calendar of craft events in the store.

Wheres customer service ever when I ask an associate to help me she act too busy sent me down the wrong aisle I went and asked her a second time She walked over to show me where the item was that I was looking for after huffing upset I needed more help and she just walked away I said thank you and she totally ignored me and I told her I said thank you and then she said youre welcome try to address it to the store manager wasnt any better when I told him she was willing to help a different customer but not me and asked if maybe she was racist he told me not to throw that card or I could leave and they would not sell me one thing so I chose to leave very unprofessional I did make the manager aware that I would be writing a review and he told me you can write all the reviews youd like I hope my review gets to hire management they were too busy taking care of the store which I understand they need to do but the customer is always 1st

They dont have much to choose from and their prices are marked up so they can put them on sale at regular prices to make you think youre getting a bargain.
