My husband took his Ford F250 to Carlos. He kept the truck about a year coming up with excuses left and right on why the truck wasnt ready. My husband had to get the truck towed to take it to a real mechanic, the mechanic confirmed that Carlos never replaced any parts he charged us for. He has been trying to get Carlos to refund the money he spent on the supposed truck fix. He has called him every week and Carlos is full of excuses as to why he doesnt have the money to pay him back. He is not worth it!

Purchased from them. Carlos said I needed a new timing belt asked Carlos to change it. 2 months went to my actual mechanic to change breaks and did a check up on the car found out the timing belt was never fixed. My mechanic is a certified Honda mechanic. Got a second opinion from a family mechanic said the same thing. These are original parts and the cover has never been removed. Have been trying to get a refund from Carlos for a whole month now and all he has is excuses and has not been able to fulfil the full refund. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to anyone. No one is ever working it’s always closed, no one answers Facebook messages, no one is ever here and gave me the worst mechanical experience ever.Just to add on since it will not allow me to respond to your response. Youve literally gotten back faster through this review than any other form of communication. This issue is still not resolved with the mechanic. But hes been the only one there and no one else for me to talk to. He is inching my refund and still has all the excuses in the world. I would love to contact the owner and discuss what the issues are because Carlos is not truly handling the situation.

I bought my car there, a really good price, and the car was in really good conditions and good costumer service!!!!! I really recommend going there, you won’t regret it.

Don’t buy car from this place my friend bought Nissan Murano from here that car had so much problems he had to spend so money on that car when he called to shop somebody said oh we don’t deal with those problems now he ended up trading that Nissan Murano to dealership only got $800 he paid $5900 to that car so don’t ever buy car from this place

I bought a 1999 Ford f150 had 194000 miles on it I have had to change the battery and alternator a couple months after buying it. Which is to be expected on an older vehicle. Changed brakes and rotors just the other day due to wear and tear. Too be expected. Over all I checked the truck out really good. I new what I was getting. Have no promblems with them. Getting ready to buy another truck from them. Everyone complains about them on the reviews need to understand your buying a used car as is no warranty. Its your responsibility to check the car are truck out your buying are take it too a mechanic and have them check it out for you.

They dont know anything about cars and you would think if that was the absolute core of your business, you would want to know at least something about your product. When I tried to educate him about a vehicle on the lot, he really didnt seem to care at all. Would not recommend this place.

Bought a car from them a little over a year ago, and it has been nothing but problem after problem with it. Ive had to put over 2/3rds what I bought it for (about $2000) into fixing a car that wasnt even worth that much to begin with.What Ive had to fix so far:- First month, I had to replace the power steering pump and have the system flushed (apparently the fluid in there was nearly paste)- New tires, as the ones it came with were completely bald (and different than the ones that were on it for the test drive).- They said they fixed the airbag sensor before I took the vehicle home, the light stayed off for about three days and it has been on since.- Few months later, we swapped out brakes and changed the oil, which is usually normal care, except the bolt for the oil pan was completely stripped and it looked like it hadnt been changed in absolute ages.- The body control module had to be replaced, as every light in the car did not function right, if they worked at all (the turn signal made the headlights flash on and off).- A hole developing in the radiator which fried the ac compressor and prob caused more issues from the heat that Im going to be dealing with later- The speed sensor on the transmission is on the outs, making the speedometer wildly inaccurate (+- 20mph) at times. The car also no longer accelerates very well, as you have to put the pedal to the floor to get it to and past 70, and the gas mileage has tanked.Replies from reviews recently say that theyre under new management, but Id still be wary.

Bought a car from here in July. Two weeks later I paid 700 dollars for repairs. This week the car broke down and I found out the engine is blown and there were metal shavings in the oil. My advice, just dont buy from sketchy small dealerships that are only in it for a quick buck and dont care about their name or the reviews people leave them. Buy from a private owner who takes care of their car or buy from a big dealership that cares about their name and customers.

The car I purchased from this company should not of passed emissions and inspections, the battery was complete garbage, had to get new tires a week after buying it. Apparently the brake fluid and powered steering was out. Also my cooking system had two faults in it. Spent over 1,200$ in mechanical expensives since I got it back in May. Worst dealership to go to! Would never tell a friend. I hope everyone reads this post

There were a few problems with the car, but even though I bought as is they were kind enough to fix it for me free of charge. I would work with them again.
