Went looking for a used car and went too about 15 other dealers before stumbling upon prime. They were very personable and their financing program is by far the best, Ive seen.No credit check, half down and reasonable monthly payments.. thanks I love my new used car

I had bought a car from this place. I was in need of a car to obviously get to work and help out my family. Payment plans were terrible. Customer service was terrible. After I had taken the car off the lot. Two days later it wouldnt start. I took it to a mechanic and they had told me that this place gave me a completely wrong battery for my car. I replaced it. Car continuously kept having problems afterwards. This place offered to fix it for free. Once they had my car, they started charging crazy prices for something they said theyd do. Now they have put my car back on the lot. I do not recommend place at all. Terrible in every aspect.

I showed up after contacting the dealership in regards to a trade which they normally dont do but they were willing to consider it & told me to bring it in. After driving over an hour and a half to their dealership I was immediately told absolutely no trade ins and theyre minimum down was 50%!! They didnt care at all.

I have been trying to contact them for about 2 weeks now. Email, text, applied online for financing and when I call, if they answer, I get put on hold and no one comes back on the line. I was on hold for about 35 minutes before I just gave up. Due to my current work schedule I haven’t been able to stop by in person but now I’m not sure if I want to at all. Two stars in hopes maybe they’ll reach out to me. But pretty certain my business will go elsewhere.

Bought a car 3 days later had issues they Supposably fixed them yeah a week later same issues came back it would of been better for me to just to get my money back. Now Im stuck paying for a junk car.

Finding a car is tough and fining a good car lot to buy from is tougher HOWEVER; when it comes to Prime Auto, they are all about the costumer first which makes buying from them WONDERFUL. I have purchased two cars from Prime Auto and have been greatly satisfied with each purchase. I am always skeptical about car buying and Prime Auto helped that skepticism go away for 3 reasons: 1- They back up what they say and sell. 2- Their knowledge of vehicles is vast. 3- They are honest about every car on the lot. They also allow you to drive the car without a sales person. That is a benefit to me. This allows me to understand the car on my own without the pressure of a sales person sitting next to you. They are efficient workers and great with their clientele. I could have gone to other lots to buy from, but when you establish a good relationship with Prime Auto, it is difficult to go anywhere else. Their employees are bilingual in speaking Spanish and English fluently. I would highly suggest you look into working with Prime Auto. Get to know them, get to know their policies, work with them and they will take care of your best interest in car buying. This is an absolute honest review! Other lots want your money and ding you for every penny, Prime Auto was fair, honest and treated me and my family right. I highly suggest using Prime Auto over any other used car lot.

Horrible when my wife went to pay her car payment one of the salesman offered to take care of her in exchange for another favor if you know what I mean 😱👎 when she declined the offer he add on some extra taxes and fees to her loan and extended the length of the loan

Went looking to buy a car was treated like a scrub.

I got my car back in August of last year and I have absolutely loved it! I have since recommended some coworkers and friends to go to this location for not only a purchase of a car, but also for any repairs that may need to happen. The dealers as well as the mechanic are extremely honest and give a really good price for any type of repairs/replacements that need to take place. I knew at the time of purchase that the life of the battery for the tire pressure was unknown so I might need to replace sooner than later. Burt Bros quoted me three times more than what Miquel was able to fix it for me. So grateful I can rely on the Prime Auto team!

Just bought a 2nd vehicle from them so far so good, the only thing is they do NOT negotiate on price even if u have cash NOT even $100 also very difficult to get a straight answer when they agree to fix a few problems on vehicle but if your looking to buy a used vehicle for a good price would definitely recommend them! They also do not run out and hound u what so ever you will have to go inside and wait to find someone to help you Im not sure if thats a good or bad thing?Yes I do recommend however just a forewarning communication is VERY DIFFICULT!!

I bought a pt cruiser from them in October of last year. They informed me on the phone that it had a salvage title but it was better than factory built. We took it for a test drive and after they fixed the a.c. we deemed it a good car. We bought it and brought it home. Worst decision of my life. I have had to replace every light on this car. The headlights because the workers at the dealership took this cars lights to replace missing lights on other cars, the tail light I have had to replace three times as the bulb shatters after about three weeks as well as the faulty wiring in the car. Then the middle of last month my a.c. went out, and I had a burning hot liquid drip onto my foot over the gas peddle. Weird and painful. I took the car into a mechanic in town and long story short, he told me that the car I paid almost $2900 for would cost nearly $3000 to fix! I was told by the mechanic that this car should have been taken to a trash site and never allowed to see the light of day again. He also told me I would be lucky to get 100 dollars for my transmission. So now here I am stuck in a lemon of a car while I wait out my three year loan. Do not buy a car from Prime Auto. They are dishonest in their dealings and you will be swindled. Learn from my mistake. Take your business elsewhere.

Month straight also dont buy there warrenty they dont pay for it they pocket the monies .Alex praises the Devil and can not do good if he does good then he is being Godly .He prasies Satan

Very friendly salesmans and decent prices. My sister and i went in this morning trying to get her into a van, alex was super friendly and helpful. He offered a higher trade in value on our current car than any other dealership. The van we were interested in had the check engine light on and they had their mechanic fix the issue before we even talked about getting it. They were quick efficient and friendly and to top it off they put some gas in it for us to get it home. Alex was very professional and calm while dealing with an irrate customer. If im ever in the market to get a vehicle myself i will for sure be returning.Thank you guys again. And especially thank you to alex for helping us out we appreciate you guys.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! I will never buy a car here again. You call for a question on day then you call back they always have different answer. I bought a Toyota from them they was suppost to fix some of the issue on it when I agreed to buy it. They only fixed half of it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

First they want a huge down payment for crappy cars second they sold us a car that the suspension was bad 2 weeks after we bought the car the suspension was completely ruined we bought a extended warranty through them and there warranty wont even pay for it to top it all of the mechanic we took it to wont even let us pick up the car
