We redid our entire house and this was one of the best companies we worked with during the process. Thru covid and all- outstanding service. Even stored our floor for us for months on end. Great advice in the store and over the phone. Did not try to oversell me. We did the install ourselves. Went with Coretec pro plus- Hobbs oak.

They arent terrible to deal with until you have a problem. One must have the patience of a saint, to get your floor fixed. It is infrequent to deal with such incompetence. The people in the store pass it off to the installer who doesnt give a rats ass. If you stay on them day in and day out you should see some satisfaction in ten to 14 days. It is mind numbing dealing with them. They are all to gracious to take your money....but when there is a problem....good luck. Like every other company out there.
