Also, the person who came out to do the carpet tear-out was wonderful and I cant express enough how grateful I was for his work. They taped up the carpet strips and took them to the garage until I can get rid of the old. Very happy!

Lets start with the good, carpet and floors look good. Not sure how the prices are in comparison to others, I went to them first.Now for the bad. Scheduled the carpet removal for the day before our trash collection day so that it would be picked up. Took off of work to be there for them to take out the carpet, wasnt until about noon when I called them since no one had shown up that I found out there was a truck issue and I wouldnt be getting the carpet that day, it would come the next day. Annoying, but whatever, I can deal with it. Well miss the trash pickup but Ill move it back to the curb myself the next week.The next week, moved it back to the curb. Half of the ripped out carpet wasnt wrapped in tape to keep it together, so trash collection never picked it up. According to the store, this is not something they would do during a carpet rip out, they just rip it out, put it outside and it is on us to take care of. Wasnt told that in the store when I bought it, was told it would be ready for pickup.Just be sure if you are getting the installation that you are aware of what part is your responsibility and which part is theirs, and double check your installation date.

Quality of installer was fantastic, great job explaining what needed to be done and communicating. Salesman on the other hand was exactly that...a salesman... Was told that my room could be installed with no seams. When installer came was told that I had the choice between six seams or three, after a conversation with the salesman I was told that there would be no T seams. Only to find out that that was also false. . Install guy did a good job hiding seems but at the end of the day they are still in a high traffic area and were not part of the original plan. Contacted the salesman after the installation and was basically told thats just how it is with no remorse over miscommunication. He proceeded to tell me that carpets are like bones and will grow to become one again over time! Unbelievable.. Would really recommend next time measurements are taken the person doing them communicates the layout of carpet and seams since it was known and noted on his drawing given to the installer. Feel like I got swindled and was just told whatever I needed to hear.. certainly will not be returning. consider yourself warned

Great help - but remnants are a fantasy. Single small room coverage by remnants only.

I had linoleum installed in my bathroom by Mark and Kyle. They were awesome! Very professional and the job was done beyond my expectations. My bathroom has a lot of angles and Mark and Kyle went above and beyond to make it look great! Im very pleased and would highly recommend.

They Measured wrong. Now have room half that’s unfinished. So much for sending out your measurements guy.

I couldn’t be happier with my new floors!! When I went into the Sheridan Drive store, Brent helped answer all my questions and allowed me to take my time picking out the 2 floors for my dining room, living room, kitchen and hallway. Brent was so patient and kind. I would recommend him to help out anyone interested in carpets or flooring.My installer was terrific too! Doug did a great job with the installation and took the time needed and didn’t leave any mess behind!I am so pleased with my floors from Kenny carpets and would tell anyone to go there!!

Received a call at 3 pm the day b4 the install to tell me that they forgot to order the rugs. NO help to expedite or find a solution, no price concessions. They told me two to 3 weeks before they could have the product in. They gave away my install date so I was not able to replace with what they had in stock (Cheap stuff anyway). I had the rugs out, furniture moved down stairs and the staples pulled, huge mess. Went down the street to Carpet Gallery, they had high end carpets in stock, 1 week install. Never buying anything from Kenny Carpets again.

We just moved into our new home and had carpet installed on our staircase today and Dave was our technician. He was there to get the job done and did a fantastic work. He was in and out within an hour and had everything all cleaned up and looking amazing. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. They were reasonably priced and fair.

Had a great experience with the guy at the showroom, but I am sick to my stomach about the experience I had with installation! I paid allot of money to have my whole upstairs carpeted and rug torn out downstairs. The fist issue was they pulled out the carpet downstairs and then started putting matting down for a rug that we did not ask for ! I stopped him and said I don’t want a rug down here and he told me that that’s what I said! I NEVER said that. So they had to take everything out and he left a mess ! Loose staples all over the floor! Then when they were done with the job the guy I paid was not very nice at all just basically took my check and walked out the door with out saying 2 words and no information on when my runner would be done. Then I went upstairs to look at the new carpet ... I was disgusted of the mess they left up there. Pieces of rug all over and also found two big staples and a screw stuck in the rug I will attach photos of what they left. I will never use this company again!

We were shopping for carpeting to do our entire house. We dealt with Gary and he was very helpful in our search for carpeting to fit our needs and budget. We set an installation date and the installers arrived on that date and in plenty of time to complete the job. They were professional and courteous the entire time they were here. I was concerned about several pieces of furniture as they were quite large and heavy. The installation team moved them easily and were efficient in the way they used our space to minimize the moves. The finished job was fantastic! We had minimal clean-up afterwards. I would highly recommend Kenny Carpets.!!

Very Unprofessional.Awful customer service.Gave a deposit to have our carpets installed. We were flexible with the install date, Told them thursday or friday whatever was better for them.No One showed up either day never heard from them.Contacted them and they informed us they used the carpet we picked out on a different job. Then told us we need to pick a different color. Asked them to send us pictures of different sample and Never heard back from them.Absolutely ridiculous. trying to contact them now for refund.williamsville ny store. transit rd

Excellent service, huge variety. Did not find what I wanted in an area rug. So therefore picked out multicolor remnant, had it bordered, and looks fantastic. dont think I could have done that well anywhere else. Prices were great, quality for the price was phenomenal. Also the price for bonding the carpet was very reasonable. Would never hesitate to return there for any carpeting that I needed. Are worker named Russell, was so helpful, as well as all the employees are friendly.

Excellent service!! Ryan was our salesman and helped us find exactly what we needed, and didnt try to sell us the most expensive carpet. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kept in touch through the whole process. He reminded us of our appointment, checked in during the install to see how things were going and also checked back after it was complete to make sure we were happy. I wish all companies were like this!The installers were extremely professional- arrived on time and did a great job. We are very happy with our purchase and glad we went with Kenny. We are finishing off our basement and will need carpeting for that soon, and will definitely be getting the carpet from Kenny as well. Priced out the same as Home Depot, but much more personal and educated service. Highly recommended!!

I wanted my family room carpeted, so I went to this place. Gave the agent my room measurement estimate, gave $100.deposit and chose the color. He came to look at the room and he set anorher day for the carpet installation. The two men came to install the carpet, very fast and professional. Beautifully done!

Very happy with Kenny Carpets. I shopped for months for hardwood floors for our new home. Kenny Carpets carried quality brands for the best price I was able to find. There were some slight issues with the delivery, but very minor inconviniences considering the money we saved purchasing from Kenny Carpets, as opposed to another store with the same product.

We worked with the Williamsville location to have new carpets installed throughout our house in August 2016. The salesperson sold us on a “stain proof” carpet and the “top of the line pad.” He assured us the pad would last longer than the carpet itself, so we justified the extra cost.The installation was okay - no scheduling issues and the crew was friendly. They left quite the mess when they left our house.. plastic strings and carpet fibers everywhere. Do they seriously not have a Shop Vac?Anyways.. we’ve been fine with the carpet except for two things: 1) IT STAINS! 2) the carpet and/or pad have ALREADY worn out in our living room. We aren’t able to pull the carpets up, but it is evident that the installers stapled a pad seam in the middle of our living room in the highest traffic area. We now have to avoid walking through the living room because there are small, round bumps that poke our feet when we walk on it!I’m at a loss right now. This carpet was supposed to last us at LEAST several years. With the huge pad seam in the middle of our living room we know the only option is to rip out the entire carpet and start over. This means moving very heavy furniture into a storage area we don’t have!Shame on you, Kenny Carpets. Your products are NOT as advertised and do not last. I’ve seen cheapo apartment carpet hold up better than this.

We shopped at several flooring stores for the soft step type of linoleum flooring and Kenny had by far the best selection and the best prices. We purchased a 12 x 18 roll for our new sunroom and we are very happy with it. They let us take multiple display samples home for a couple of days so that we could color match and decide which was best.

We did have a great experience with picking out the carpet and the sales department. However, when it came to installation it was a nightmare. They can not give you a time they are coming until that morning and the person they sent refused to install the vinyl we had picked out. So they have to spread it out over two days. When I called and tried to get answers the lady on the phone was not helpful and just basically told me to deal with it. We will never deal with kenny carpets again after the way I was just treated on the phone.

Carpet and install looks good. They left all the carpet cutting for me to sweep up?? Also can you tell me why carpet people dont were boot covers when walking on my NEW carpet. You think management would make it mandatory for carpet installers to were when coming inside and out????

Service was great! Met with Bruce who was incredibly helpful and very personable. Set up a quick check at my convenience for measurements, and by the end of the week the job was done. The installers were very friendly and did an excellent job, and later that day bruce called to check on how the job went and said if i had any problems to call him. Definately going back for all my carpet needs!

Not a good experience. Guy came to my house, but never called back with an estimate. I used a competitor up the road.

Fred was great to deal with at the beginning, but as soon as I started to have issues with the subcontractors they use, my calls were being screened and messages not returned. The contractors they subcontract to are sub-par. They broke a wall hanging that was dear to me. Irreplaceable. Also, broke my closet doors to which I, myself, had to arrange repair. The install was so large (3 phases which turned into 5!) that 3 different installers were used. 2 different carpet installers and 1 vinyl flooring installer. Daniel, vinyl installer, was amazing. Conscientious and hell bent on doing a great job. Both carpet installers bad. In and out as fast as possible 2nd WORSE than the 1st. Rude, abrupt and low class. I will never do business with Kenny Carpets again even though i like my floors. Install was a nightmare AND I share this info with everyone.

Overpriced forvwhat i got. Installers left me a huge mess and garbage all over. Jammed closet doors in in one room and left the orhers against new paint when i asked them not to. Hauled away hslf left me with the rest
