Was informed this location had been under new management not too long ago, I needed a Christmas present for the mother in law! WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! All employee’s were following covid guidelines and the store manager Dulce went above and beyond to understand the warranties and all that came with my purchase! Even during the holiday madness it was a pleasant experience and I did not feel rushed or pressured what so ever. HIGHLY recommend!!!!! Will be shopping here again and much much more often!

Went in about a month 2 months ago just looking at options and ended up making a purchase with Cindy who was very friendly and patient. She didn’t rush me or force me to buy anything but gave me options for financing which I for approved for and was very happy. Went back today to make a possible purchase and Sharon was just as pleasant and ended up getting approved for a credit card. Dolce is very knowledgeable and was patient with my indecisiveness, she personally made me feel valued as a customer. The Mrs LOVES her necklace!! We will definitely be back! I would never consider returning to Kays after my experience over the phone with Jessica. The management and associates at this location are unbelievably rude. It is appalling and embarrassing that the treatment I received is representing Kays as a company. The demeaning attitude and consistency with their poor service has made it incredibly obvious how incapable the staff here is. From now on I’ll just shop at Jareds. There they make me feel like family, where at this Kays all I’ve ever experienced was blatant disrespect.

WORST experience ever with the store manager! She is Loud, extremely unprofessional and doesnt allow for time to pick out a piece that you love. Ive had many issues at this location several times but this weekend was by far the WORST. Doesnt speak to her employees politely when they are assisting a customer and yells at them when they are researching history to find warranty and inspection information! My husband and I were basically kicked out because we were in front of a case and another customer wanted to look for a ring in that case. Instead of asking us politely to move over she said these people know what they want. I am disgusted with her manner and WILL NOT RETURN to this location!

Absolutely worst store. Do not buy at the Kay store in the outlets. My husband and I have spent close to $7000 at this store just on both our rings. We sent his in for sizing, only 3 days after purchasing. They told us it would take 1 week and we would be notified when it is ready via email and phone. 3 weeks later, after calling a million times, someone at the store picks up to tell us the ring has arrived but the engraving is missing from the inside. I paid extra for the engraving and no one told me that by sizing the ring, the engraving would melt off. She proceeds to tell me that she will engrave it again this time, no charge, but next time I will have to pay. As if I they were doing me a FAVOR. I accepted and a whole week later, still waiting on the ring. After 30 times of calling again, they pick up and say it’s ready but hang up on me while I was asking a question. Absolute worst customer service, go to a different jewelry store and don’t give them your money.

Every time I went to this location for an inquiries on an amethyst stone for a ring I have, I kept getting the run around from all their employees except Erica. The first time I went in she was extremely friendly and helpful. However I was informed she moved to another location. I asked the gentleman for help and he told me to call another store for help because he doesnt really know anything about that isnt that what you do? Help people with their jewelry? Terrible customer service from this location.

WOULD NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM KAY. THEY MADE MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING RING WHICH HAS NEEDED TO BE FIXES 3 TIMES. THEN THEY REDESIGNED THE RING THE LAST TIME TO MAKE IT STRONGER TAKING AWAY THE ORIGINAL LOOK OF THE RING. THEY DID THIS WITHOUT PERMISSION. ALSO CHIPPED THE SAPPHIRE STONE AND WHEN CONFRONTED ABOUT THE WORK THEY JUST SHRUGGED IT OFF. DAUGHTERS WEDDING IN 2 WEEKS AND ALL KAY WOULD OFFER WAS TO LOAN HER A RING SET WHILE THEY WORKED THINGS OUT WORSE COMPANY EVER

Bought my girlfriend a diamond ring here and had a very hard time getting it sized through them. They first didnt size her correctly and then didnt have a quality repair done the second time. After the 3rd sizing she was promised a refund. The manager still tried to make her pay for it, denying the claim of free repair and saying that doesnt sound like something we would do. All in all it ended up being over 40 days and multiple headaches before my girlfriend received her properly sized ring.DO NOT bring your jewelry to this location. Not sure why they fail to communicate with each other and provide quality customer service. A little bit on sincerity and a smile would have gone a long way.

Fraudulent scammers do not never buy unless solid all the way thru gold. I purchased a white gold wedding band it turned green and black withing 30 days. It cost around $2300 and on sale for less to me. What a scammer place the junk they sell never ever never never never ever buy nothing thats not 100% solid . Junk gold this place sells you are better off buying from Walmart theres a machine in front pit 35 cents get a plastic fake ring be happy with it for two days or make it last 30.

This store ruined my engagement. Long story short after months of them sending my ring back n forth to be repaired with no communication/ updates from them, I had to contact corporate for them to tell me they shld not have sold that ring to begin with because the diamond was too big for the setting. Meanwhile im still getting emails that my ring is ready to be picked up... So here I am newly engaged with no ring. Had to get a refund now my fiance has to shop elsewhere for a new ring. A time in life that shld have been so special turned out to be a nightmare!

So livid with this location! I went in for my yearly inspection for my warranty and to send my jewelry out for resizing (everytime I go there is a lose diamond) to find that after two weeks being told my ring was sent out it wasnt! Never will I ever do business here again!

Went there to get my ring inspected and they blamed me for their system being down. Couldn’t find my name in their system because their machine was messing up. The lady was rude and they talked in a condescending manner.

Do not get a repair done at this location dropped off my diamond mens wedding band to get repaired loose diamond & never got sent out because I was told someone put it on the finished repair door instead of the send out repair door no follow up that the ring was even in there done door until i called april 29th now im waiting to sat 05/06/2017 if im lucky ive always purchased here but i would never send my ring out again at this location. & they always got new people there like a training store my wife upset because going a month without the ring because i always were it day & night thanks for the terrible service
