I just called and she pretended not to hear me and telling me to come in person when I can only get there if I am traveling only. My grandson, who lives in Philadelphia, outgrew this cute Palm Beach alligator hoodie. Hes crying and I was trying to see if I could buy a bigger size for him but I could ever get a hold of anyone to answer the phone after she answered and pretended that she couldnt hear me. Please if anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it.
