I paid $100 for them to determine the problem with my dishwasher. They said drain pump and ordered the part. 2 weeks later, they called on a thursday saying the part is in. I told them i had not yet decided if i was letting them install for $260 or buying the part from them for $185 and installing myself. Plug and play install so decided to do myself. Drove to west monroe to pick up the part the following week, but they already shipped it back! Whatever. Got the part number from them and ordered myself (for $125 btw). New part arrived. THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG PART NUMBER! I’m $250 in the hole without a working dishwasher for a month and now have to order the correct part. I will never do business with this company again.

Needs to be open at least 1/2 day on Saturdays. I work Monday through Friday, I have had a washer and dryer go out recently and they are closed when I am off.

I called to see If y’all had a basic washer and dryer set available and the price and was told that “we don’t like to give prices over the phone” and not offered anything other than that statement. While I understand your inventory changes daily, I am looking to buy a set today or tomorrow, and don’t have time to go shopping around store to store. I just wanted to leave this review to make you aware... and 2 other similar places were able to give me an estimate based off what they had on the floor at that time.In response to the owner response: Sorry, but you should still offer to give an estimate based on what you have in stock. I bought another set elsewhere moments after and purchased over the phone.

Great customer service!! They were fast and friendly, plus the prices were great!! I honestly probably would have paid more for the service after dealing with the Big Box stores, but luckily I didn’t have to!! I waited for 20-30 minutes to ask a question Home Depot and Lowe’s, plus it would have been days to a week before my new dryer was installed. Northeast appliance beat me to my house to deliver and install it!! I could have saved half my day and lots of headache if I had only gone there first!!

Jeffery Watson is one of the very best; a fine Christian man.He came and repaired my washer; the coupler between the motor and transmission had stripped out.He had previously replaced the ice maker in my Samsung refrigerator months ago and have had absolutely no problems since then.He always explains what he is doing and the reason it needs to be done.He is very prompt, professional and reasonably priced.Definitely call them; you wont have any regrets.
