Can I do less than one star. Louis needs to find a job someplace else where you dont need to know customer service ..... What joke .. I wish Sprint would have never merged with this company. Horrible. Looking to change now after over 12 years of loyalty as an add on ... on 9/20/2021 i received a response from Steve Ford asking for ways to contact me so we can discuss the issue. I wrote him with my two email addresses and my cell number ... here 5 days later i still have issues and havent heard a word from him... I think he responded as he did not to try and help a bad situation but to look good on this review .... he succeeded

My husband is a Sprint customer and weve tried unsuccessfully at other T- Mobile locations to get help adding me to his account now that Sprint has been purchased by T- Mobile. We tried this location since other stores couldnt figure out how to help us. I would recommend talking to Luis because he definitely knew what he was talking about. He worked for Sprint before the take over and knew how to successfully navigate the convoluted process of getting me added to my husbands account. He also sold me on a new Galaxy flip phone and Ill probably be going back for a watch because his sales skills are a little too good 😂

Came in to pay off phone and talked to Kevin. He was so friendly, helpful and he even asked if I wanted to check plan. When I told him no he was still friendly & helpful. I was happy he did suggest a case for my phone and he provided why it is a great case and how it protects from falls. If I had the cash I so would of. One thing I love bout this store Kevin and Luis are nice and great reps for t-mobile. I also like a person named Jordan there very friendly and care for customers!!!

The service was terrific! The technician continued to work on my wifes phone until he solved the issue with the service. He was very easy to work with.

I’d like to believe that honesty still exists, but my experience (4 hours of b.s.) at your store only added to my frustrations and distrust.Your staff nearly convinced me to spend $5k on unnecessary phone and watch upgrades, stating our devices wouldn’t work with T-Mobile vs Sprint.LIES.It’s appalling. Please work on being be a decent, honest human, and get more training on your products, promotions, and how you should treat the customers who keep you in business.

The workers there were super pleasant, they were able to help my wife out real quick and also told us about the new T-Mobile internet option for $60 of unlimited internet!

The store manager at this location was the best. He helped me find the right phone for me after having a bad expedited with the new 0ne plus 9 pro. He even waived some fees and threw in a free charge!!! I want expecting him to go above and beyond but I would definitely make sure to go to this location and especially talk to Rowland I believe his name was.. the store manager.

My husband and I were loyal Verizon customers for over 15 years, but we had to check out T-Mobile after hearing about its generous deals for new and current customers, as well as its reputation for excellent Customer Service.We scheduled an appointment at this location (90th and Redwood), and met with Christina, who was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Once we confirmed that we could get SO MUCH MORE bang for our buck and great customer service, there was no justification to stay with Verizon. We now have the newest phones, and enjoy unlimited talk and text over a 5G Network, and personalized Customer Service for a fraction of the cost of staying with Verizon on a limited 20 GB a month over a 4G Network. Compared to T-Mobile, Verizon is extremely overpriced and it no longer offers any valuable incentives for customers to stay.We could not be happier with our decision to switch. We also highly recommend this location. Christina, Luis, and all the staff there are very friendly and helpful. You wont find better deals on phone and services anywhere considering its current promotions. Trust me: I did my research. We LOVE T-Mobile!

Christina and her colleague (I didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond for my company and I today. She dedicated a couple hours setting us up and her colleague had to run to another store to pick up our phones. This location has amazing customer service and we received the products we were looking for(4 new phones.)

Roland at the West Jordan location off 90th and redwood was awesome. We went in to the store with a problem with our new device and he gave us zero hassle to return with NO restock fee plus he gave us a free charger for our hassle with our new device! Highly recommend him if you’re ever at this location

Went in to get a new phone after 2 years, so I was super excited and it all started out great. Until the phone I was told I was paying $90 something for also required a $100 additional payment. Would have been fine if I hadn’t specifically asked about the extra payment while making the phone selection.So I didn’t get the phone I wanted. Big deal whatever. Still an upgrade right? Wrong. This guy was so distracted literally jumping away everytime a customer came in (even though there were 3 salespeople) and in the end he jacked up my screen protector and didn’t even help me set up and install my phone. I’ve been sitting here for 4 hours trying to figure out how to get it work, but nothing. I’m just bummed. Everyone was nice enough but, I’m out two phones with service and basically stuck with hunks of useless junk.

I had a very positive experience at this T-Mobile store! The customer service was helpful and not pushy. They answered all of my questions and gave me time to make my decisions. The process to transfer a phone number is unnecessary difficult, but I really appreciate the representative patiently stepping me through the process. Further, despite a very busy store, they gave attention and care to all customers.

I recently came in to switch carriers and unknowingly it was the iPhone 12 mini and Pro Max launch day. It was later in the evening and it started to get busy. The employees were great they had a lot of customers and it would have been stressful to be working and then short staffed. They kept smiles on their faces and were great. They called in a couple of co-workers off shift to come help and they were there in 15 minutes no problem. I will go back to this store if I ever need anything. Great first experience with T-Mobile.

Went into this store the other day to get a tablet for my son. The store is incredibly clean. I noticed them sanitizing frequently. Wearing masks and gloves and practicing social distancing. Its awesome to see familiar faces. Im so glad this store has had the same manager for so long! I followed her from her old store on 900 East here. Shes always made sure I have a great experience and it really makes me feel safe and comfortable when Im in her store.

Excellent experience here. The staff was both courteous and professional. Taking the time to answer all my questions. The store manager Brandi was professional and attentive. Patty was awesome at setting up our new phones and getting the billing straightened out. All of the employees here were attentive and answered all questions without any sign of annoyance or losing their fun attitude. Thanks for making this usual pain in the @$$ a pleasant experience.

Awful customer experience. The sales associate had 2 separate groups working at the same time. During this the 2 sales associates involved were blatantly talking behind each others backs. Once inquiring about switching phone numbers they offered no help other than to call *2. Overall very rude and blatantly talking behind customers backs. Where to start, the staff at this location are world class! I have been a loyal T-mobile for over 14 years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. They helped me track down a Samsung smart watch in another state so that I could have exactly what I wanted. They also went to 2 different stores to track down a phone for me, simply because they are the best! I HIGHLY recommend going to this store. They treat you with the respect that you deserve with a touch of family to boot .

Just came from a great experience with Dean Peterson. I have about 20 phone lines with T-Mobile and had a long to-do list of account maintenance things I needed to do. Dean was very polite, capable, and quick and he and I were able to knock out all of my to-do list items with my account that needed to be done.I admit that my previous experience at this store left me pretty underwhelmed, but Dean saved the day today and I vote that he should be promoted.

Poor customer service- Im sure all the employees arent rude. But my husband and I went in to this location, I was super excited to get a new phone, I made an appointment and everything. I walked in and we were the only ones, then an employee said just a minute. We waited a long time. Then another one came in and asked in an annoyed voice how they could help. They didnt even know I was coming. They didnt listen. They werent even happy to be there, I felt awkward and not valued. I had a terrible experience. We ended up leaving, and we went to the Midvale location that we had been there before, and it was SO much better.They all looked like they were waiting for us, greeted us smiling, asked what I was looking for, what I didnt like about my old phone. They worked together and helped us. They really listened. Then they celebrated with us. I felt valued. Listened to, and so much more. Such a WAY better experience. So Im gonna definitely reccomend Midvale T-mobile.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Roland, he asked how he could assist me, so I let him know I was shopping for an SD card. It didnt matter that I wasnt going to be a big spending customer, he took the time to explain all of my options and benefits, and helped me put it in my phone and start transferring files. He was pleasant, thorough and efficient. I got everything I needed in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be returning to this location for my T-Mobile needs.

Brandi is awesome ! She is great & the team is awesome and nice ! This is the only store Ill ever go to. They really take the time to get everything done. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience there.

Don’t go to this store, they have the worst costumer service and after they messed up on your account all they will tell is is “I understand your frustration, but there is nothing we can do” We were told that we were paying in advance when we opened our account, then when I canceled a line we have to paid for an extra month cause we were lied to. We weren’t paying in advance, we were paying a month behind. Sure they have to trick people to get them into get an account with them. Then I went to the store and confronted them, and they say, sorry I don’t know who told you you were paying in advance but that’s not truth and there is nothing we can do. Then every month I was being charge 5dlls extra on each line of my account cause they were “taxed”, again when we opened the account we were told that taxes were already included. I took several months to get it fix and the fact that I had to called them 6 times and every time they said We will take care of it and fix it for you. Then next month again same problem, I was charge again. Have to called again and faster 4 months they finally stopped charging me. Then, I trade in my old iPhone for the new IPhone XS and I was told that I would get $300off with the promotion. Then they emailed me that it will be only $187, to which they charge me those $187 first then make and adjustment as if it was the credit applied to the trade in value, but in reality they just refunded me for the $187 they charged me in the first place without reason. Again I went to the store, I was told to way another month (two months already), but that there was nothing else they can do and so I called the costumer service on the app and was told that since the guys at the store processed the trade in, there is nothing they could do either. Seriously don’t go to this store, they will make you waste your time, your money and won’t help you anyway.

Brandi,Brandi,Brandi.... Hands down the best manager at T-Mobile. I have had nothing but problems with the location in Tooele the manager out there does nothing but lie and jack up peoples plans to make a commission. Brandi notice right off the bat what was wrong on my account ( instead of an extra line be added on my account for a promotion I got on I was being charged $75 for each individual line) and then immediately proceeded to resolve it. Im going to be speaking with Brandi on Monday she needs to call the corporate office to get this resolved but I am confident she will do that for me.T-Mobile I highly recommend giving Brandi bonuses that you may give to her because she goes over and beyond to make sure that your customers are happy. I will be going to this location and making purchase from now with Brandi. I live an hour away.Thanks Brandi for making one less obstacle in my life a lot easier.

They up sold us a promotion for a tablet that was free with a new line. Except the rep gave us a deal that was expired so we were given the option to either return the tablet (a month after we had taken it home and started using it) or just pay the fee because tmobile is completely unliable for any mistakes made by their employees.

Had a rough situation and Dean went out of his way to help me! Thank you for helping me solve the issue and going above and beyond!

Absolute worst T-Mobile store I’ve ever been to. I came in last Monday due to my sons T-Mobile Revl having a short in the phone charger port they ordered me a new phone came back tonight to pick up the new phone and was informed they could not swap it out due to physical damage not an internal problem with the phone l, they forced me into an upgrade not to mention the 30 minute wait to even be acknowledged
