Terrible customer service by Zoe, she was the cashier today at the market. Not friendly at all, she had bad attitude and on top of that she couldn’t even said how much was my total, she pointed to the computer screen for me to figure out how much was it . Zoe, if you can do your job please go home, there’s so many people that would happily take your position and do better.Thank you for Nothing.

Loved this market, the prepared food is beyond delicious and the baked goods are just as good. Great produce, meats, and deli. Friendly and helpful workers and plenty of parking space.

I dont understand why theres people in the deli when they never want to help? I could stand there for 5 minutes and nobody bothers with me. I had a manager walk past me twice and not even ask if I needed help. The ONLY reason I finally got anyone to help was because a maintenance person went behind the counter and told the deli people that I was waiting. Very sad and extremely disappointing most of the time

Great customer service. There was a mistake in one of the gift cards I bought for my parents. The staff was very polite and helpful. My dad mentioned that he hasnt been treated so good never before. Oscar, Laura and Jazmine are awesome! Also the guys that collect the carts are super nice and polite. We, customers appreciate that. Thank you!

The customer service is good and had no previous issues. However this recent time my family purchased some food from there the smell was so rotten! We couldnt even eat it because how nasty the smell was. Very disappointed with their quality

I love going here because its usually so welcoming. Its never too packed to the point where the lines take so long, and the cashiers smiles make the rest of my evenings. The groceries are always good quality. All in all this is a great place I like to buy my groceries at!

I really appreciate the quality, fresh produce selection here. Bread options are pretty good too, especially since they offer a variety of bagels from three different local bagelrys.

Their is no sign saying I cant get my own sweet bread I was rudely disturb saying Im not allowed to be getting that, that someone needs to be getting it and because nobody was their I still wasnt allowed to get my sweet bread so I went somewhere else where I can be respect better

I utilized the deli counter. Fast friendly service. We opted for the family dinner with chicken. VERY affordable. Says it feeds 3 but its enough for my family of 5. Plenty of other options with great prices. Ive eaten their food many times and its very delicious and authentic tasting.

A good Market for just about all your food and household needs. They have a order to eat in or to go food and freshly made Mexican food service area. They have delivery service. There is handicapped parking and access and public restrooms.

Wow. This store has everything. Unique Mexican inspired grocery store offering both freshly prepared and traditionally packaged items. If you enjoy Mexican and Latin food this is the place for you.

FYI, I just left your store because your on-site female manager would not be lenient with me in regards to a promotion that you were running. Even though I was purchasing almost double what the promotion required. Good luck returning all your Deli food back to the display. Remember next time that the customer is always right. Your competitor definitely appreciated my business and even matched your prices and in some cases even beat them and even offered me the promotional difference. I guess they were hungrier for my business than you were. Northgate... You may want to train your managers in better customer service when dealing with your customers.

I have been going to this market at least 3 times a week as this market is near our house. .I approach any guys or ladies working in this market when I need help on any products I need, and he or she working at this place is very helpful, they show you where the item you need, any questions on prices they explain to you too. That is why this market always have a lot of customers.

Love the quality of service that is given...the employees for being young adults are very polite and attentive to customers...not to mention the quality of food, freshly made on daily basis...store is maintained very clean and organized...enjoy shopping at store location..

I ordered a cake from there bakery I got the image from online an the cake came out excatly an even better ... Neverless the taste it was so moist an the whip was not sugary at all Im 100% satisfied... I really recommend there cakes!

I love a lot of things about this store, fresh roasted chicken, warm corn tortillas, lots more yummy food,,, but they need to have more employees theres a long line only 3 registers open on Wednesday 6pm😏.

I come here for all my Mexican needs! Fresh bakery, good chili, amazing tortillas and great marinated carne asada! Also they have great prices on Watermelons during the summer! I would not for the life of me tho buy any type of milk here. They dont refrigerate their milk which causes it to go bad only a couple of days after you bring it home.

Everything is so high priced I rather shop at food 4 less. 2 of the employees are rude a short Mexican and a fat cashier are just rude not helpful at all other than that fruit is fresh and the management is great

The worst place ever to shop!!! It’s a very dangerous place to go. People get robbed there. My wife’s mom got robbed there. A guy in a wheelchair hangs around there and helps rob ppl. Please be very careful when going there, there are drug addicts around and when my wife’s mom went in there to ask for help after getting robbed they didn’t want to help! The manager there is worthless and they claim their cameras were not working!!! That manager rodrigo is WORTHLESS!!!!!

Terrible place, this is the second time here and this time I got the chicharrón en salsa verde. All I got was salsa and a couple of pork rinds asked the guy what the hell is that he said it is what it is. I just left it at the counter and left.
