Received as a gift. Im sure they get a pretty penny for these edible arrangements. Comes wrapped in a giant clear plastic bag which is covered in sweat on the inside. Plastic skewers with chocolate dipped strawberries have over ripe fruit falling off. It’s a big watery mess. I appreciate the gift but I would never send one of these. Was supposed to arrive yesterday. Prolly in a trunk all night.

They went above and beyond to deliver my arrangement that same day despite ordering very late in the day. Although drivers were no longer there, an associate was nice enough to call me immediately after they received my order and told me they would try their very best to deliver past their hours. He called me back a few minutes after and confirmed that my order would be delivered within the next hour! What a way to go above and beyond for customers. I will continue to order from this particular store, but I will keep in mind their hours.

My sis sent me flowers and strawberries for my bday yesterday and strawberries were completely soggy, wilted and basically old. Flowers were beautiful but yeah, fruit isn’t fresh and worth the price.

I ordered a dozen chocolate strawberries for my boyfriend for valentines and they arrived to his house in a beautifully packaged box with a cute balloon! The strawberries were very good quality and tasty and he loved it. I would definitely consider ordering them again.

Would definitely buy from again! Highly recommend. It was my moms birthday and naturally I totally forgot...yikes. I spoke with Valerie on the phone and she was nice, helpful and gracious in coming up with last minute delivery ideas. Ended up buying the Happy Birthday Delicious Fruit arrangement. Alfred was able to deliver it asap even though I ordered the same day, he delivered it in just a few hours and was super accommodating with the delivery time.Valerie and Alfred are awesome. I plan to order from them again in the future.

I placed an ordered at 8:24 am on 3/31/21, it is now 6:44 pm on 3/31/21, as of now my birthday order has not been delivered. Extremely disappointed in the service of the West Covina location. I had checked status throughout the day, it kept stating out for delivery. Thank you for ruining my birthday gift to my Aunt!

Excellent company, outstanding product, friendly staff! We sent a beautiful chocolate-covered fruit platter with a get well balloon to a relative who was recovering from an operation. It absolutely brightened her day and she LOVED the tasty treats! It was delivered on time, and we would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Bad service. Order was delivered without additional items added such as chocolate strawberries and a foil balloon. All they could do was give me store credit. For the prices, dont bother.

I am from the East coast and placed an order of a Best Birthday Ever - Large for my brothers birthday who lives in California. Ruth called me to inform me that they were not able to deliver it successfully because no one was answering the door due to the fact my brother have move to a different address just recently and have not gotten around to updating the address. I called back the store and spoke to Valerie- who contacted the driver and they were able to relay the change of address. They made arrangements and contact the recipient and was able to deliver it to the current address. Kudos for communicating and going beyond ensuring to deliver exemplary customer service. I highly recommend working with Valerie and Ruth in this location and their delivery service crew.. Thank you everyone for a great job well done.

Terrible service at west covina ca. Store. Order not ready when it was place hours in advance. Was told cookies were old and hard and they had to bake new ones upon my arrival. and we waited an additional 35 minutes. Then they forgot the balloon we were charged for. Irresponsible kids working there, with no people skills. Paid way to much to receive service like this. Will not return.

A friend of mine was so kind to send me an arrangement for my birthday. Well, due to an unforeseen circumstance (driver accident) it was not delivered on my birthday. It was brought the next day by Valerie (very nice). So getting to the issue...the fruit was not fresh. Mainly just the cantaloupe and honey dew melon had a very weird taste to them (not sweet; almost chemical tasting). The other fruit was tolerable but not the best either. I called the store and spoke to the owner via Valerie. I was told that they cut the prepare the fresh fruit daily. But Valerie also mentioned that what she pulled also seemed a bit softer than usual. Anywho, the owner said she could accommodate me in one of two ways neither of which was to remake the entire order or refund (which I thought would be best). I have chosen to pick up a box of chocolate covered fruit. If this fruit is up to par I will come back and change this but if not it shall remain.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I placed an order for an edible arrangement to be delivered for my friends birthday. They couldn’t deliver on that day due to the driver not having a drivers license. Now, I find this to be absolutely ridiculous. My friend lives in a gated community and in order to pass the gate you are only asked to show a drivers license. Since they didn’t have one on hand, the flowers were not delivered. What professional company allows their delivery drivers to be out delivering products with NO LICENSE. I ended up calling the next day to get a status and they completely lied about the flowers not being delivered saying “the recipient wasn’t home” and “we are going to attempt redelivery today but the recipient has to come to the gate”. So not only is the recipient receiving her arrangement late due to issues with the driver/company but the company lied about the reason for failed delivery and now she also has to drive down to the gate to retrieve them. Please avoid at all costs.

My son had an arrangement sent to my wife for her birthday on Monday (3-16-20) it was bad, the fruit was still green and was not edible we throw it away. I wood not and my family ever shop there again, it was a waste of money and not cheap. One star for looks.

Disappointed with the delivery on my order. I have ordered Edible Arrangements before and have had no issues. This time, however, I had scheduled a delivery on a friends birthday. I told my friend to be on the lookout for the arrangement but heard nothing. I looked at my email that night and had an email saying the delivery was unsuccessful. They were not able to find the location of the given address but then just let it go instead of calling me or checking back in. I called them back and they said they would then deliver. After a few more hours - nothing! So I ended up telling the recipient what it was (ruining all the fun of the delivery) so she could call them and give directions. They told her they would be there in 30 minutes and then NEVER SHOWED UP. The next day, I had to call AGAIN (3rd time) to which I looked up the address and helped them locate nearby locations to help them find the place. I gave them the apartment complex name and everything. A few hours pass and I hear nothing so I call again (4th time). They say the driver will be back in about 30 minutes and will then deliver. A few HOURS later, they call me saying they can not get to the apartment complex. I called the recipient to have him let them in and call them back (5th time) in which they tell me they were able to get in and the arrangement was delivered successfully.This delivery should have been a top priority after not successfully delivering the previous day but instead was delivered at 6PM. All the fun is gone in this birthday gift that turned out to be a huge hassle for both myself and the recipient and was not even received on their birthday. Oh and on top of everything, the mug is a plain, cheap, ugly mug instead of the one they advertised in the photo of the arrangement I bought. I will definitely never order an edible arrangement again.

At first I was disappointed so I made bad reviews but they are in the process of fixing the issue. So, if you have any problem they will work with you if you address the issues but delivering bad fruits should never happen in the first place.

I ordered an edible arrangement for my sisters birthday. The fruit she received was warm, mushy, and the chocolate had melted off. So, I called EA and filed a complaint. The following morning (promptly at 8AM) I received a return phone call from the location. The person on the other line was sweet Miss Carla. She immediately apologized and asked that I allow her to set things right by delivering a fresh arrangement. I offered photos and/or the return of the bad arrangement, but she declined saying she trusted me. My sister received a fresh and yummy arrangement just as Carla promised. I really appreciate Carlas excellent customer service and plan on taking my business to her again.

Ill start by saying that I love edible arrangements, but this store has horrible customer service and they lie!! I ordered a large (not cheap at all) arraignment for my husbands graduation. I made sure that on the day of delivery (Friday) someone was home. On delivery day they call me after six to tell me that no one was home for the delivery. First of all we have cameras, the delivery guy knocked 1 time, and didnt ring the doorbell at all! So of course my argument is that someone is home and I asked if they bothered to call the number. Their answer was no. I then proceed to ask for a refund because obviously its not my fault they didnt call or ring the doorbell. The girl places me on hold and says shes going to call her manager. She then gets back on the line and tells me that I cannot get a refund because they already made the arrangement and attempted to deliver. She tells me that they can deliver the next day (Saturday), so I tell them that I need to be the first delivery because we wont be home after 10 a.m. So then the girl tells me that they cannot promise that but that I can pick it up. So I ask if they will waive the delivery fee and she once again calls her manager who said no. So I ask her when her manager will be in the store and she says not until Thursday, what kind of a business doesnt operate with a manager for 6 days??? She then says that they can deliver Sunday, but I say I dont want 3 day old fruit. So the girl says that theyll make it fresh. Needless to say it was NOT fresh, this fruit is clearly the same fruit they attempted to deliver on Friday. I will NEVER order from here again!!UPDATE: They called to offer me my delivery fee of $14.99 back if I removed the update because they say they did use fresh fruit and remake the arraignment. Please go to YELP to see the picture of my supposed 1 day old fruit. Also, clearly I told them no to the delivery fee refund because honestly its the principal not the money. Id rather you all go to any other store than this one because they dont do business correctly or ethically.

They never answer the phone. I need to edit the delivery date that was unfortunately put in incorrectly and I’ve been on hold for over 15 mins without ever speaking to someone. Very upsetting and unprofessional.
