Went here with my husband and nephew. Asked for a banana split, out of bananas, asked for a hot fudge sundae, out of hot fudge. No owner, no manager, just a bunch of young teens running the place and screaming in the back room.

I placed an order and got up there that was fine but once I got at the window bunch of these girls were laughing and goofing around and when I got my ice cream she waited by the window and when I pulled away she screamed out loud on purpose scaring myself and my kid Who cried the whole way home! Not Happy I called the place right away to talk to a manager but these girls answer the phone and they said that there’s no manager on site so I’ll be calling back tomorrow!

No chocolate chip, no rocky road, the young girls didnt seem to know what a sundae is, did not listen when ordering, had to repeat, 3 times. Never go to this one again.

This location is a dumpster fire.... employees are horrible and don’t care. Never have a good stock of ice cream. Avoid this place. Yet to have a good experience here. Than again, I have only lived by it for 8 years.... 😂

I go to this location all the time and they always out of stuff that I want to buy this morning I went to buy a cappuccino blast they told me they were out, I went home and order through Uber eats and what do you know they were lying. Won’t be going back to this location not sure what’s wrong with them

The associates are always very nice. One day it was one employee at the time. Though she was doing everything she still had a good attitude. The guy thats usually these is also nice. Place is always clean too when Im there.

Got a shake it was great. Service was fast, well dine

Every time I go to this location they are out of a majority of the ice cream flavors. They also give you mushy melting ice cream when they do have it. I dont know how it is as a Dunkin Donuts, but as a Baskin Robbins it sucks!

Wish I could rate it no stars. Waiting in line with the drive thru attendant being incredibly rude, short and terse. Never gave the total, and he wouldnt have spoken up unless we we asked him what his deal was. Nor did he applogize and state his reasoning in a calm and polite manner - instead he was once again short and terse. I know Im not going back.

They are the closest to my house but I dont even go there anymore. They give you stale munchkins when you order assorted, this has happened 3 times, theyre supposed to be open until 10pm, however twice I visited and was told the registers went down so they closed early, it was around 930pm. Second time in the drive thru, theres 3 employees doing stuff inside, no one answers the drive thru, I wait, a minute, then go to window, they still dont answer, its like 940pm, all the lights inside are on, I finally beep, they come to window and say were closed, I said really? Cuz, all lights are on, drive thru is open, sign says open???. She saysOh we close early if no one comes in.. So, needless to say they dont care about their customers. They should just change their hours, it get better employees or better owners. And heres why I say that. Over two months I took in a DD commuter mug I bought at that location, I brought it back because it was leaking coffee and filling with water when I washed it. Obviously cracked somewhere, no damage, we dont have a dishwasher so I didnt abuse or misuse it, I took it to the manager, he said they hadnt had this style in two years, I explained I got it @ a reduced price and was just hoping to exchange it for any other same value commuter mug. He explained he had to speak with another manager or whomever and took my information and never heard a word since. The End.

Worst B&R ever. Always out of stuff and when they do have it, they cant make right.

This was on the Dunkin Donuts side of the combo venue. They charged me for 2 coffees, I only got one. And since I paid with a dd card app on my phone, I didnt notice until I got home, 45 minutes later.

Horrible service at drive up window! Worker kept telling us to wait 10 more minuets, before even asking us what we wanted or bothering to greet us. Wouldnt recommend this location! Very unprofessional.
