Process was easy and straight forward to book online. Admin called me minutes after booking to make sure I didnt have any questions and scheduled a follow-up for after the move in case I needed anything. Went and picked up my key right at the locker. No need for in person contact at all if you dont want it.

Only needed my unit for a short period of the time but my experience booking online was seamless and everything was readily available when I arrived. Very impressed by the service and Justin was a great deal of help when checking out. Would recommend to anyone in the West Chester area.

They were booked when I first called but Andrew Werner at the Downingtown Pike location in West Chester was very friendly and informative. He called me when a unit was available and helped me every step of the way. It was my first time renting a storage unit so that was very helpful to me. Not happy that charges went from $286/month to $332 within four months...

I had a great customer service experience with Ben. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He also made necessary adjustments that I requested. I had this storage unit since 2014 and just moved my things out this July. My only caution is that prices are not fixed and will raise. They do notify you, but I would recommend reviewing your contract prior to signing. I had leased at another storage unit for several years and the prices were never raised.

Super easy, clean facility. Ben was easy going and very thorough. I was very happy to be keeping my stuff here and felt that it was safe. They offer locks there which look pretty sturdy. Everything went smoothly. Everything I needed in storage.

BEWARE!!!! They will increase your rental rate within a few months of being in their unit! They increased my rate from $76 to $92 after a few months (with the new online rate being the same $76 offer for 5x15 unit). I could understand if the unit rates went up the same across the board,but they gouge you after they get you!. To add, This unit is an indoor unit with NO lighting. Youre just getting space no drive up convenience. Rent elsewhere!

He also took much time with me as I walked in very emotional about my mother being sick. He shared great advice with me all the while was completely professional.
