Went in to drop off equipments for Direct TV. Sevice went well and woman staff was friendly. The place not crowed at all. Definitely recommend for drop off mail or shipping service.

FedEx driver always says Nobody is at home or business is closed. couple of times I waited outside of my building to see what is going on. he never arrived at my building but just making as no one is at home. I complained about that but sadly no one helped me on that, finally my Sandals from Italy went back to Italy. Honestly speaking, FedEx customer services need help too because they cant reach out anyone within the company by phone, they just communicate via writing.. nobody fallowed up my case up to this time.

Went in today around 3pm 11/8/21. The customer service lady, and I use the term loosely, was rude for some reason, made a face when I gave the persons name receiving a package. And was having an argument with a driver who was clearly not at fault. I’ll be going to UPS from now on.

Work out of town through the week and they have helped me out multiple times holding packages there, so not left at my door all week long.

We get our Bull sale catalog printed every year, this is the 8th year and have had great service and great product!

Attempted to ship a package valued at $150 a month ago. It is somehow lost, and this business is impossible to contact to get any assistance. I live far out of town and their phone service is atrocious. The only person I could get connected to on the phone admitted they had absolutely no affiliation with Fedex and couldn’t even provide a tracking number. I’ll happily change this review once Fedex shows any interest in solving this problem, but until then I am apalled by this company.

They dont answer the phone during business hours.

This Kinkos copies used to be a good place until they fired one of the best employees theyve ever had down there his name is Forrest. One of the most personable kind people who always help me with my problem concerning copies or emailing or what have you with all the services I needed at that location. My experience today was that one star at best. Some people just dont know how to recognize good talent and skills. And getting rid of forest was the biggest mistake the store could possibly make.

The staff is friendly enough, but they are sloooooow. If you need a box, buy it elsewhere. My package required a large box, they charged me $15 for a cardboard box! Yes I could have run up to Home Depot and bought one for $2, but I was on my lunch break and in a hurry. Reason for 1 star is service is slow, costs are high. The whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I will only use UPS or USPS from now on.
