Wellington Pak Mail, service is Always great! 😷 But, in our Covid19 Pandemic, I have a big issue, to discuss. The service desk worker was Not wearing a protective face covering or face mask. In my casual discussion, with the worker, he said that he felt that there are more people dying from the flu. Well, I dont believe that! Just look at the news reports! I read that Coronavirus is 20 times more likely to cause deaths, than the flu. The CDC Advises All of Us to wear a protective face covering or face mask. I wear one, in public. So, why not wear a face mask, to protect yourself and others??? You could have the Coronavirus, and not even know it! Then, you could be Spreading it, to others! If you find the N95 mask too hard to breath from, like I did... You can use the lighter, blue and white disposible surgical face mask. They even sell them up n Publx. I bought mine at My Community Pharmacy. I agree, it is not fun wearing a face mask! But, it is The Right and Considerate Thing To Do! 😷

Never use this place for any valuables. I used them to send a very expensive knife to be engraved and it has vanished. Apparently it was never given to FedEx. I mentioned to the owner what it was and I guess he wanted to keep it. I went back to the store and confronted the owner and he said, its not here, they must have picked it up. When FedEx picks something up they scan it. It was never scanned. If you read the receipt you can tell they arent going to cover anything missing or damaged. Ill never use them again.

You can’t beat Pak Mail for your shipping needs. Everything packed extremely well at a reasonable price. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful.

If there was less than one star I would give it to these people there are the most obnoxious and rude people ever. They actually charged $30 to do notary. This is criminal. I would stay far away from this place.Do yourself a favor and read the negative post not the positive ones Im sure they put their own positive feedback. Theres no way in the world anyone would give these people a positive review

Horrible customer service. I would NEVER go back. Extremely rude to customers. I was charged for packages that were already labeled and paid for. It is worth your time to drive somewhere else. They ruined my day with the way they treated me. Unacceptable

Great Customer service, services that i would not expect a small store to do like crates and big international item shipments. The store is fully stock.

Charged $5 for a FedEx shipment that had a pre-paid label on it and sneered when I asked why. They clearly thought they were doing me a favor. I am going to avoid this location, and suggest you do as well.

Went there today to drop off a package, the package was already labeled and the person outside told the to leave at the counter, it seems I interrupted his smoke break, then when I told him I needed a receipt he told me I should take it to the UPS store. I gladly obliged.

NOT a FedEx drop site...they charge for every package you bring in, even if it has a prepaid return label! Extremely rude and unhelpful. Told me first package is free but then in next sentence said it would be $2! Ridiculous. Will never use them again due to the rude customer service.
