Love the arcade and hope they open it again soon. It is clean and monitored wonderfully. It is the best arcade in Houston.

Been here multiple times and have always had excellent service. Most memorable being the time the staff helped us find a toy to slip into a wine holder for a comical effect. Definitely visiting again before we move away!

Ive never been in here and been unable to find what Im searching for. They really do have pretty much everything, from costumes to movies, to toys, to you name it. The people working there are always helpful and friendly without crowding me (or my wife and me, if we go on together) or making us feel awkward or anything. The prices here seem pretty reasonable, maybe not as cheap as an online place, but not exorbitant for sure. They have a big parking lot and if you dont want people to know youre there they have plenty of parking behind the store as well. Highly recommend.

Horrible service I would leave no stars if I could. As soon as I walked in the associates nicely greeted me. My husband and I went around looking at products and an associate asked if I needed any help, I kindly said no. We proceed to looking at ideas. An associate comes to my right and looks at us suspiciously and acting as if she is busy and not spying on us. Another associate comes to my left and does the same. These associates were literally two arm distances away and still looking at us suspiciously. I work in retail and I know the protocol when an associate assumes that someone is stealing. I felt as if I had absolutely no privacy what-so-ever and felt as if every move I made was being monitored. I quickly left and did not give this company my hard earned money. Sad because I have been here countless times and have been given the utmost respect and privacy while looking at items. I will not be shopping here again.

Its a nice place good selections. However, every time I go in the store Im followed by an employee. Its quite unnerving. My fiance and I always go in the store together and we never walk out empty handed. So, why would an employee who sees me and knows how we are follow us?

This place is great! Two important things:1) Theyll let you try on anything, even the stuff in the packages (just not g-strings, obv).2) Biggest plus-size selection Ive ever seen. An entire wall is dedicated to plus-size.Great selection, nice, friendly service, not skeevey at all. Recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst experience of my life. The night manager, (Dowlia) or something like that, literally cussed my fiancé out and told him to leave because she thought he had an attitude when he was asking about shoe prices. When really, he’s just foreign and has a hard time understanding English. Some weird girl with yellow teeth.When I called the day shift manager or whatever she is, the lady was laughing The Whole time. Everyone that works there, they’re rude and very unprofessional.
