Absolutely horrible service! I ordered curbside and arrived when I received the notification that my order was ready. I followed the prompts and waited 10 minutes, nobody came out. I called and was assured they were on the way out. I waited an additional 15 minutes before walking inside 9 months pregnant with my 2 small children. Don’t offer curbside as a service if you aren’t able to fulfill the service of bringing the items outside. Absolutely ridiculous!

This place has it all.The inventory is fantastic.It doesnt have to be a special occasion to go there.

Party City has every kind of theme in balloons, party items, decorations, sports, and holidays!! The place is very clean and spotless also!! The associates are very friendly and polite. Located in an area where there is plenty of parking.

This business used to have a lot to offer with the shelves stocked and lots to pick from. With Covid however service is lacking because of lack of workers. Be ready to stand in long lines as well. Not much to pick from. The ballon selection is plentiful however.

Called about an item because online it said they have 4. Associate confirm there was multiples there. I get there absolutely useless people inside and there was not a single one of what I asked about. The store looks like a tornado went through it and not a single person even tried to go look and see about what I asked about. Terrible customer service and they were sitting around playing on their phones.

I enjoy shopping at this location I live in Pasadena and I Work in Leauge city but. I refuse togo to an other location. This store has everything I need and more.Excellent customer service very Knowledgeable in every aspect of party planning all of the employees are very helpful although I have one Lady (ANGELA) I seek out She is exceptional at decorating She comes up with amazing ideas I could never come up with this on my own she definitely has a gift .

Slower than molasses, only one person working the checkout, and most of the shelves on cake decorating aisle were empty/sold out/somewhere else in the store. Im disappointed every time I come here, yet I keep coming back. Ill check Amazon next time.

Went there to do inventory and one of my old bosses was the manager. Surprise. Michael keeps a neat store and all the employees were very nice and helpful. Gonna go back just to buy something next time.

I always love coming here, they have such a great selection. So far every time I have gone, they had exactly what I was looking for. They are not the cheapest but they arent expensive either, most stuff is reasonably priced. They are the go to place for Halloween costumes!

Customer service lacked. In my opinion over priced but I was over all pleased with how the items I purchased there came together with my Amazon and Walmart purchases.*on the website it showed cat themed party favor boxes that I thought would match my theme puuurfectly. When I asked an employee for help locating them, she seemed annoyed and said we havent sold these for years maam. Sorry I asked about something on your website.

The two people who helped me were super patient and helpful. I couldnt find what they directed me to so I asked again where it was and they helped me. I had no idea what I wanted in a balloon bouquet and they helped me out so much with suggestions and ideas. Very patient.

Wonderful staff at this Party City. My son is coming my home from being deployed for a year to Japan. The store didn’t have any banners or other stuff for welcoming my soldier home so it was very upsetting. One clerk though, Angela, took extra time to help me find items in the store that would work. She even went to the back of the store to dig through boxes of stuff that hadn’t been opened or stocked yet. The store is bringing out a new line of decorations that are for this kind of welcome home celebration. She made the trip to Party City awesome. I really appreciated her personal attention. Horrible customer service. Got my order wrong twice through curbside. I went in to ask for help and nobody acknowledged me or anything. The workers saw me but went off to do their own things without even bothering to see if i needed help. To top it off they helped the people behind who werent waiting that long either. I just left, im never coming back

Came here to buy two (2) foil balloons for my toddler to play with. Great customer service, clean store display, and we were greeted warmly upon entering the store. It was on a Saturday, so they were busy filling a large balloon order for a childs birthday party. For those who prefer to be in/out, call ahead to check if theres a long wait.

I ordered One balloon for delivery for my brothers birthday and the driver rang the door bell to say it flew away. I completely understand accidents happen But the girl who was in charge of delivering said she did not know what to do & did not try to find a solution and of course I didn’t either as I am not a party city employee. I called the store and they said I had to come in to get a new one or a refund, which completely defeats the purpose of me ordering delivery and paying a delivery fee! I go to the store to get my balloon explained the situation & the employee still asked if I was told to get the ballon free of charge!! I’m very disappointed at this store since it is my go to for all my party supply needs.

So with the age of online shopping Im really surprised this place is still in business. Given the stock prices plummeting its even more of a miracle that they are still in business. Despite those downfalls the store was organized and very clean. They had stuff everywhere and Im sure theres something for everyone. I was really surprised at the range of party goods they had. Prices seemed fair and the check out was rather fast.

I placed an order online. Balloons were ready for pick up when I arrived. Definitely saved time thanks guys.

Took balloons that I bought off another website to get inflated as well as ordered additional balloons. Service was great and the staff were extremely helpful, even while training other staff.

Added 2/7/21 and a star removed: Used their curbside service for a balloon order. Sign says to click the provided link or call. I clicked. 15 minutes later nothing had happened. So, I called. They didnt seem to be aware of the online system. Someone brought out the balloons and loaded them. I got to my destination, and one balloon was completely missing (ordered 7, was given 6.) And one of the balloons was only partially inflated an already sinking. (Must have been for sale/already inflated when they passed it off on me.,)I will do my best to buy elsewhere from now on.Always a bit disorganized. They never seem to know whats going on with online orders, but they eventually come up with what I need.

We’re doing a Gender Reveal, We wanted to fill a balloon with Confetti with the corresponding gender color. To do this I asked the lady if she could open the envelope revealing the gender because is going to be a surprise for my wife and I. The lady was very rude and with a unfriendly attitude told us that we needed to fill the confetti inside the balloon by ourselves defeating the whole purpose of the Surprise.-I drove down to League City’s Party City explained what I wanted to do and they even got excited and helped me with my project.I’m disappointed because the night before a diff employee said I could walk in and they could have it done for me.

Last time I checked it was 2017, or is it still only 1917?

Ive on,y been to this store 3 times but this will be last. First, I went to get simple Birthday supplies, ie banner, decorations, etc. and they barely had anything in stock. When I asked the employee, all I got was a “yea, we are out.” Second time, I thought well maybe their stock has replenished since been an entire 3 months since the last time I went in. Nope still barely anything in stock and I saw one employee the entire time I was in the store. Third time, I went to get some balloons inflated (red, blue, and white) simple, right? Nope! They were out of blue and white balloons. Really? I mean this is Party City.... how are you suppose to run a store when you never have anything in stock! I will just go support the local mom and mom party store down the road where I know I will get quality service.

Went to Party City this morning at 9am to get a few latex balloons and the lady told me that you have to pre order their balloons. The earliest I could pick up was afternoon. I have gone to several Party Cities in the past and that has never been the case. There was no one in store and no line for balloons. I strongly recommend that you hire more staff so they can perform their job.

I was doing a Gender reveal for my wife and I purchased some of those little poppers that they have with the graffiti inside of them and I think it was like 12 and a pack and we went to pop them at the party only two function correctly the rest didn’t work this was heart breaking for me

Dont waste your time at this party city. No employees to help, all the stuff on the shelves was everywhere mixed up. They only had 1 of this or 1 of that. Couldnt find what I needed or anyone to help.

No matter when you get to this store, it is understaffed. The line was so long with only one cashier, several people walked out. Better to order online and pick up.

Just left the Webster store. Stood at the banner maker for 20 minutes all the while asking the woman behind the counter some questions. She didnt have a clue about much and was unfriendly and not helpful. Completed my order and then stood in line to pay for it. I wasnt sure the one other girl behind the counter would be able to answer my questions about the banner so my husband went to find the only other person working in the store. By the way, we were sixth in line. They never have enough staff. The third woman came over and I asked her a question about my order. She informed me the banner maker was out of order. I dropped my few items and walked out. Too few workers at this place, they are rude when you ask questions and obviously are not very well informed on the products they sell.

I found great party supplies for my granddaughters birthday (that I havent seen anywhere else, I might add). I also witnessed poor employees being harassed by an angry customer who was in the wrong, but was treated with the utmost respect. It is for that very reason that this location will always be my go to place for party supplies in the future.

I come here every now and then and every time its a bit of a hassle. The store is clean and everythings well organized, but the folks that work there always react like Im there purely to ruin their day.I realize that things get busy and hectic especially close to the holidays, but theres really no reason to make snide comments about folks waiting in line when theyre right there.

There was only 1 person that I saw working. I was trying to place a balloon order so I stood down by the balloon section. The girl working the register saw me standing there but never actually acknowledged me. She checked out 4 people who came up after I did before I finally went to her to ask how to place the order. She did not seem to have much knowledge at all. The store was very messy and just kind of dirty looking. I was quite disappointed.

TERRIBLE experience. I had one of my nephews with me it was his birthday today June 2nd 2019. We wanted to buy a single balloon cashier say it was going to be a 45 minutes wait because they had to finish this order.... unbelievable! No wonder it looks like they are running out of business..

I entered the store on a mission to get a few party items for a birthday party. However i quickly left the store after 10mins because this location only had 3 out of 10 items the website said they had. Which that was fustrating but okay life happens i can move on. However the checkout line only had 1 cashier working at 11am on a Saturday, the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend and lots of College/High School graduations. A line should not be wrapping around the queue and into the aisle of merchandise.

I needed a specific color for a party I was having. No other party city seemed to have the color, I called this location in advance to save me a drive. Asked a couple of questions to whoever answered the phone. They confirmed they had round table cloths and streamers in this color. Im assuming this is without checking. I drove over in the crazy Bay Area boulevard traffic, get there. The staff is scattered all over I couldnt find anyone to help. When I finally did I asked the same questions about the 2 things I needed. A lady who helped me seemed to not be interested in the slightest. They had none of the things that they confirmed they did. I really was disappointed with the selection, and the staffs misguidance and lack of care.

The staff here are slow and dont know how to prioritize customers. Only 2 people working up front on Mardi Gras weekend and 1 is only doing balloons while there is a line of customers. The cashier was answering phones while cashing out customers!

I went to this store earlier today, about 5 o’clock or so. & i just have to say that although it was short staffed the people working worked so well! they worked as fast as they can while handling a rude customer. while i was there there was an AWFUL lady complaining & being VERY rude & so i decided to say something. she threw a huge fit said i had never worked in retail & that it showed(i’ve had 4 jobs in retail) she also told me its my generation that’s wrong with the world disrespecting the old. but as far as i’m concerned, you need to earn my respect. & when you stAnd there & harass & are rude to someone trying to do the best they can do it’s disgusting to me & i won’t just stand by & watch it. so to whoever was working there today i just went to say YOU ARE AMAZING. YOU DID AN EXCELLENT JOB & ARE SUCH A GOOD WORKER. & PROPS TO YOU FOR KEEPING YOUR COOL BECAUSE I DEFINITELY COULDNT.
