I usually love this store and have always had great experiences with the staff. I had a terrible interaction with Sheldon today however, and left feeling talked down to, stupid and like a general inconvenience to the store. I don’t know if I’ll ever be back.

Very rude interaction. Felt like we were bugging the main worker at the counter. While checking out she was very rushed even though no other customers were there. Rushed my grandmother with checkout as well. We won’t be back.

Stopped in looking for a limited edition bag which they sadly didnt have (I wasnt really expected them to) but ended up having a lovely time talking to the two employees. They even referred me to someone who makes custom pin bags which was super nice of them!

This place is amazing! Hot Topic and Spencers fans will fall in love! No matter what youre a fan of, theyll have something!

I found a selection of interesting pieces of apparel, though sadly they were sold out of my size. The employees that were present at the time were extremely helpful in attempting to locate my size and to direct me to the website due to them being out of stock. They were super informative and helpful making the experience very satisfying.

They do a lot with very little space! Most of the staff rocks!

Box lunch is always great. The items they have are high quality and nerdy. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. Everytime I stop at Mayfair I make sure to stop in.

I absolutely make sure I visit boxlunch on every visit to Mayfair. I absolutely love interacting with the staff, and viewing any new items. Its a great place to look around and buy something random. Highly recommend telling your friends about this boxlunch. Theres something there for everyone!

Cool stuff. great customer service. what can I say I bought a pack of Coco socks for me and a pack of Sailor Moon for my wife and got a 3rd pack free. .did I mention I like FREE!

The store is always crowded but the employees are always helpful and nice. The products are good qualityand the return/exchange process is painless. Its easy to earn the rewards too!

Pretty much walk in and say take my money love this place.... is a bit hard to get thru with a wheelchair but better then hot topic. Employee super nice. We will be back thats for sure. Store is very well kept

Almost every time we have visited, we have had very inaccurate totals ring out. We have had to point out their own deals as applied in our items for adjustments which shouldnt have to be made, shouldnt the system automatically recognize their own deals? Not only that, we have been told that for instance their gift certificates which are referred to as BoxLunch Money (given when you spend a certain amount of money) could not be applied in our purchases we wanted to make with them because of expiration. We had to point out the dates on the certificates and the employees would respond with Oh, it is valid! As well as having an employee double scan items for a totally incorrect sum in addition to a bad attitude. I would stay away from clearance, prices change in that area like a roller coaster. Last time I was there, had to take out my calculator app in order for them to see an incorrect total. Apparently math is a huge issue at this shop.No longer will shop here. Two stars for items we have gotten then.

This is a very quirky place to pick up some scifi items and gan art. They have a good selection with decent prices. The only draw back is that the isles are a little tight.

Customer service is pretty poor. When I always go, it’s closed during the “open” hours or the employees say they’re closed and to come back tomorrow .

Its nicer than many of the similar stores of this type! Definitely cleaner and has friendlier employees! But the selection is woefully lacking. Like extremely lacking. Its almost upsetting. Theres some fun stuff here and there, but most of it is repeats and things that I cant imagine all that many people wanting. Its definitely not a bad store, but its not great either.

If you love places like Hot Topic and Spencers then this is the perfect place for you to shop!!!

I was there monday afternoon the 14th, the gentleman there was very helpful and sweet. He grab down a fallout blanket and open up this tea kettle set for me. Thank you!!!

A better organized, brighter, cuter Hot Topic sister company. Friendly associates, bad company. Sometimes they close in the middle of the day for inventory or meetings, and the company routinely doubles or triples the prices on clearance and then labels them still on clearance or as a deal. Clearance same item - one week $7, next week over $20.

This was my 3rd. Visit to this store. Very pleased with clerks working at the time. Pleasant service and atmosphere.

Good store, nice employees, but the space is too small. Its hard to make it through without bumping into people.

So many amazingly unique options of everything nerdy. Would give 5 stars except they are ungodly expensive. They do donate to a good cause, which is awesome, but it still blows my mind that they charge so much for everything

This store is like Hot Topic but with a little extra purpose. Every $10 you spend there, a meal is donated to the Hunger task force of Milwaukee. The store carries all the similar products of Hot Topic but also carries a variety of Disney, Sanrio, NASA, Pop! Vinyl, and anime products. They usually always have some sort of sale going on so its fun to check in often. Theyre located inside Mayfair Mall on the second floor.

Such a cool store. Very unique selection, and fairly decent prices.

Pretty cool little store. They have all sorts of television series shirts like The Office and Rick snd Morty. They have collectibles of Marvel and Disney too. They even have ugly Xmas sweaters but they were a little pricey in my opinion.

The prices and selection were great when I visited this location.

Tons of great stuff however theyre a middle man I would go, take pictures, and find it on Amazon. They need to lower their prices and improve their supply chain because like over 20 for a tee is just nuts.
