I personally dont shop at this store, but my 14 year old daughter likes to stop here. No complaints. Employees are friendly and helpful when needed. Never too crowded. Prices arent too bad although they can get high. I would recommend trying out this store.

Couldn’t tell who was an employee and who was a customer. Got rudely told to leave the fitting room area even though I was out of the way and helping a friend with picking clothes. Employees ignored customers waiting for fitting rooms. Don’t spend your money here.

The customer service was terrible. There were two females standing behind the cashier counter who refused to acknowledge customers in the store. I was one of those customers and so was my buddy.I was not greeted, I was not asked if there was anything I needed help with finding, but they did show me their backs for most of my bland shopping experience there.I would stay away from this store by all means. Perhaps the staff need a refresher course or an introductory course on professionalism in a retail work environment.Also the did not wear any name tags.Unprofessionalism at its finest.Hopefully the manager or owner can reveiw the cameras and initiate an investigation on this and use this incident as a training tool for future employees.

Terrible service. Stores closed before posted hours and refused to make a return.

I wanted to return an online item that was torn when I got it. I refunded it in store. They told me to do credit so that i would get my money back sooner. But, I have nothing pending since then from My return. Usually, they’ll tell me how long and send me some kind of confirmation including the time frame. I called the store, got a rude guy talking to me. I told him my story. He goes “so what.” Obviously I want my money back charged into my account. I told him that I always order from pacsun and never had this issue. He goes on saying “listen here, I’m not in charge of the return process so you can ask someone else about it.” What a douchebag. I’m not shopping at that location anymore. Still, have not seen any sort of pending return of money since cyber Monday and it’s been 72 hours. His name was Jordan

Store was pretty dirty, and no employees came around to ask if we could use help finding anything. For the most part, they just stood and chatted to each other. Clothes here were very meh, lacking variety or any real appeal even to the people in my group who were genuinely looking for clothes of that style. It wasnt terrible per se, but it sure wasnt great or even good either.

This particular location withholds information to customers as far as product release dates/times and procedures on how they sell certain release items. Call any other location and theyll be honest about how they go about their product drop release procedures.

Its an alright store they dont have much of a selection of clothes. Its almost like a little boutique, it used to be bigger than what it is now.
