Greg was outstanding to work with. He was very patient and personable. Todd was great as well with our trade-in offer and finance talk. We did not even have to haggle on price. Nikole was so nice and patient and personable also. Erik was the best experience for purchase. I was an internet buyer from out of state, and was treated as if I had purchased from them before. Buying a Land Rover is not about price as everyone is identical, but about the experience. I also had a trade, and was quoted a competitive amount based on a photo and the VIN. I’ve had questions since the purchase and Erik still responds extremely fast. Nikole in finance had me out in literally 5 minutes. Erik sent me photos about the Defender on his day off. Great experience and am planning to go out of my way to service there based on the trust they have built up. Chicagoland has a large amount of dealerships, but none offer the level of service and response I experienced here just over the border. Thanks again Erik and Nikole for a flawless experience. The service foreman has even offered to meet closer to my house with a loaner when I need service completed. Top notch at all levels.

I was pleased with the customer relations during our last purchase. The sales representative was upfront and honest with out concerns. He did not over promised but he over delivered. We had some concerns with issues from our previous purchase. Our representative made the necessary corrections and assured us we not longer faced those concerns.

My mom recently sold them my dads land rover after my dad passed away. They told us they didnt have anyone to sign the check on a Saturday, but they would deliver us a check the following Monday. We said you dont need to deliver the check, just mail it to us. It has been over 2 weeks and still no payment. Last Friday they told me they hadnt had check signers for the last 2 weeks so they couldnt pay us, but they were writing a check that day and next day mailing it. Still no check. I see the car listed for sale on their website, but they still havent paid my mom for it.

I have been buying and having cars serviced for 57 years and I can honestly say that Land Rover of Waukesha was the best service experience I have ever had and I didnt ever buy my Disco from them. Everyone was extremely courteous and went out of their way to make sure any questions I had were answered.... even the man who delivered my vehicle out front didnt know the answer to a minor question I had... he took me back to a tech to make sure I go the correct information. Now that is service above and beyond! The dealership also has followed up to see how things went... what a wonderful experience... Thank You Land Rover of Waukesha...

When you buy a 100k RR you wouldve expect to get the top quality and respect after sales.I called for an appointment for an oil change. Service advisor puts me twice on hold and she was rushing to hang up the phone call without even being patient to hear what services I needed for my RR.Finally she was the earliest appointment after 3 weeks !!! what a joke are you expecting me to run my RR for 3 weeks without oil change !I ended up calling for appointment Land Rover Lake Bluff Illinois which is 50min away from my place and all services was done right away the next day .

Service is unable to keep up with demand. If you are in a hurry to get something done, you are looking at 3 to 4 weeks out for an appointment. Unfortunately, you are stuck unless you are willing to drive to Lake Bluff,IL or Madison,WI.Update - Dennis and I caught up. He is now aware of my concerns.

I have tried all day to ask a service person a simple question about the cost to repair a Hatch. I called at 7am, I spoke to someone and they were going to have someone call me back. It’s 4pm and no one has called me I called again. Only to get the recording or the poor receptionist that has no control. Hopefully you will have a better experience because the Rating should be a negative 1 !!!

I went to the dealership to inquire about purchasing a Defender. The salesman was extremely helpful, but one of the sales managers wasnt . After expressing my disappointment with the offer for my car, I was told if I could get a better price maybe I should go there . I ended up purchasing the same truck at a better price for the truck and my trade in from a dealership in Chicago. They actually drove the vehicle to my place of work so I didnt have them walk me through the vehicle. I called land rover waukesha to ask about the wifi set up . I was told since I didnt purchase from them it would be $150 to walk me through the vehicle. Now I am wondering if I better off taking my truck to Chicago to do routine maintenance even though I live 10 minutes from land rover waukesha.

They are the worst. We browsed here a few times looking to buy a Land Rover - couldnt even get someone to come out and greet us. So my husband refused to spend a penny here. We bought our 2020 Velar at the Madison JLR. I have since called the Service department to schedule a computer update.. can’t even get a live person, left a message - it’s been a week and no one has called me back. Reading some of these other reviews I’ll probably just to get it service in Madison too.

Had an initial check engine light. Message was cleared by this dealership and then 1 1/2 years later the same error code popped up at another dealership (moved). New dealership presented me with $5,500 of problems saying the warranty is voided. They are telling me the initial problem was not taken care of at this Waukesha dealership which caused the $5,500 of problems. Called this dealership and they claimed they did not do anything to fix it, which there in turn didn’t fix the initial issue. Claimed they didn’t do anything wrong. Now I’m potentially out all this money because the initial problem was not fixed here and nothing was done to help me.

I recently came in to buy a Range Rover sport. I was assigned to work with the sales rep Alan. He not only sold me a Range Rover sport but helped me customize the exact one I wanted. I was told the car would be in after Jan 15th. He not only made the process seamless but also got me the car before Xmas. He was as excited to get me my car as I was to get it. The manager Mr stackhouse was awesome also. Buying a car should be a great experience but usually is never. This was a great experience from start to finish. If the cat lives up to the service. They got a customer again for years to come.

This is a great place to have your car serviced. They open precisely on time - or maybe a little early. Theyre carefully go over what they will do. No one pays attention to you when you walk in.. snobbery or something else?The gentleman I spoke to wanted to know where I lived, I suppose to ascertain if I can afford their cars. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new 2019 Volvo XC40 from Fields Volvo Waukesha. My sales person John Busse went above and beyond to find me exactly the car I wanted, and have it shipped from Georgia to Wisconsin in less than a week. They need to go back to McDonald’s and work the drive thru window and not a Range Rover dealership. Literally had to give my information multiple times! They have the most unfriendly receptionist you can find, lots of attitude on the phone and not an inch of courtesy.They are very nice and friendly at the Land River service department but it seems they are understaffed. It is hard to get anyone on the phone.In my first visit I also had issues. Unfortunately, it is the only Land River dealer in Greater Milwaukee Area.

One word PHENOMENAL! The entire car buying experience should be like this. Jim our initial salesperson worked out all the details over email/phone, including trade-in pricing and even going above and beyond to get an accessory for the car! Alexis, the finance manager, worked out all the special financing we requested and had all the paperwork ready to go and we were sitting in our 2013 CPO Range Rover sport within 15 minutes of walking into the dealership! No pressure about extra warranty, key warranty, paint protection---just simple no and we moved on! Even better, was our walk through of the car details with Tom. After buying 7 cars within the past 4 years, it finally felt like we were customers who were wanted and not just another sale! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely ridiculous experience. I have purchased two Range Rover is this same year one and autobiography and the other an SV. I needed to service my vehicle and the dealership could not provide me a loaner. I had not heard back from them for five days on the status of my vehicle. I called back today spoke to the service manager and ask him the status of my car he continue to ask me my last name multiple times and then indicated that they had not started my vehicle. When I asked him what would be done to rectify the situation he slammed the phone and said thank you. No idea what is going to happen to my car, I called corporate and I’m waiting to hear back from them. Even in purchasing my vehicle I’ve had the most difficult time with this dealership if I could give them no stars I would give them absolutely no stars. I have purchased Range Rovers from Chicago and have never had an issue. There is absolutely no customer service at this dealership and I would never come back here ever again.

It ended up taking three weeks but was most disappointing was their customer service. I ended up having to call mutiple times leaving voicemails and messages to get status updates. Service center is overwhelmed. Called EIGHT TIMES eventually just stopped in to get an appointment scheduled for five weeks out. Service guy Bob says hell call if there is a cancellation but when I follow up after two weeks he says if there is a cancellation hell use that time to get caught up.For my service appointment I needed a part ordered. The guy at parts was terrible. I asked him three times to confirm the specs on the special order part and he just kept telling me it is the right part, there is only one option until he finally looked and realized there were two parts and he was about to special order me the wrong one.I really hope my service appointment goes smoothly but nothing about dealing with this place says that is should....

My experience for the most part was not good, not good at all. You would think a place like LanRover would have better integrity in place people in the position to really get detailed on peoples trucks. $7500 later my truck still does it ride smooth, I went in for one thing and $7500 later I needed a new alternator all of a sudden my electricity was bad my auto lights dont work in my suspension still sucks. How can a suspension ride this bad when this truck has air suspension? They allow me to drive my truck away in which my suspension failed on me and I almost died on the freeway. So yes I will be seeing these people in court very soon

WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT on Earth. DO NOT BUY FROM FIELDS. We love our Land Rover Discovery and had an incredible experience through the buying process. However, every time we bring our vehicle in for service (even for an oil change) we do not receive proper communication and our vehicle sits at the dealership for weeks.Most recently, we brought our vechile in last Friday and said we were leaving on a trip to Colorado and needed our SUV by the next Fri. Bob is nice enough but when I contacted him to say we were leaving and needed our vehicle he said “he hadn’t had a chance to diagnosis the issue and have a nice trip”. He actually had diagnosed the problem the Friday before so I am unsure what is going on.We are leaving a message with Fields corporate because this is a pattern and rediciulous. We will be going to Chicago to buy our next Land Rover. We are done with Fields and will tell corporate Fields so.
