I cant remember the last review I left but I had to with Rob. Rob ordered my washer replacement pump and had it in the shop less than 2days and was out to my house the day it arrived. Rob Cyr has been an appliance repair tech for 30 years. Hes humble, passionate about what he does, totally reliable, and extremely affordable. He came to my house on short notice, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered two parts, and installed them a few days later. Parts and labor were $133.30, a real bargain. My washer is working fine and got his ultimate compliment-- my older unit will outlast anything made today.

I live in Houston, Texas but I own a property in Maine. Today around 3:00, my tenant reached out to me to let me know the washer wasnt draining. We contacted Cyr Appliance Repair. I called Cyr Appliances at approximately 5:15pm my freezer in my garage wasn’t working properly. He told me he could come this evening. I was shocked. He stated he had a few other calls but he would be here this evening. He came and fixed it and it’s working great. I was amazed he came on such short notice. Plus his prices a very reasonable. Called this gentleman this morning, left a msg n promptly called me back stating he could fit me in in a couple of hours. He is professional, honest and just a very sweet humble man that knows his appliances!!! His prices r fair n reasonable considering I couldnt do the job myself....I will definitely be calling him again for any and all future appliance repair needs!!!! Robin has serviced our, Refrigerators, Stoves, washers and dryers for over 25 years. We had many SOS calls. I wouldnt have anyone else . The best appliance repair you could ask for. On time, I called on a Saturday morning and Robin had my dryer going that night! A true pleasure to do business with.

I called on a Sunday afternoon with a dryer issue. Rob spent 15 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions and was able to help me resolve my issue with some simple testing I did at home. He was very friendly and personable and I will definitely call him again if I need someone to come out and fix my dryer or other appliance.

A couple of days ago I had the unfortunate experience of having my refrigerator stop working properly. I called a couple of repairmen and Rob Cyr was the first person to call us back. He knew what was wrong with our refrigerator before he even came out to look at it.Because he keeps commonly needed parts in stock he was able to replace the broken part right away and get our refrigerator up and running in no time at all.His price was very reasonable and I was pleased with the service he provided. 5 stars all day long.

My LG front loading washer was making a ton of noise spinning. I called Cyr Appliance & spoke with the most knowledgeable & nice man. We discussed the problem & he was up front & honest about my situation. He didnt make a cent off my call but took the time to tell me my options. He could have easily made money steering me wrong, but he didnt. I wont hesitate to call him for ANY appliance needs. Good people like this are hard to find.

I was really pleased with his service!! I was so worried when my washer made this horrifying noise and then started acting weird, righttttt before Christmas with three small kids (you feel me). Turns out I didnt need ANY parts and just one hour visit, I had a nail poked through the bottom of the washer into the tub it sits in, which required some actual heavy disassembly. He was super friendly and nice and I cant wait to refer him to my family members and friends. Shop small, hire small!!! Keep your money local.
