Super rude girl at the register. First the girl rushes us to unload our basket when the guy in front of us isnt even out of the way for us to do so causing us to be all in his bubble unloading. Than before we are done unloading she asks who is paying. My husband, two kids and I were in there. I respond and say that my husband is. Than she says that he can stay but we need to wait by the door or outside. Mind you there was another isle open and the other lady wasnt acting like this at all. I felt very rushed and the way she spoke to us was like she didnt even want to be there. She didnt even give us a chance to look at the candy and stuff by the register which my kids were looking forward too.

It’s says at the door mask required and the employee at the cashier told the people without mask that is fine to enter... the people was willing to go back and get the mask they just forgot... but she said it’s fine... unsafe environment to buy...

I bought $17 dollar items like makeup face wipes much cheaper than elsewhere. Wild Cod 3.5oz filet for dollar also. How about frozen fruit with one ingredient for 12 ounces $1? Much cheaper than the horrendous cost of fresh fruits. Enjoy your day.

Dollar tree always has a good variety of home needs for the best economical effect on your wallet.

Its a great motivation tool for my kids. Have a good week at school and you get 2 things. They love it and its cheap and easy. Plus they have ice cream.

This store is clean and spacious. The selection of items is reasonably good and the shelves tend to remain well-stocked. The cashier did not greet me at the start of the transaction or thank me at the end. She also seemed annoyed that she had to give me $0.01 in change.

My elderly grandmother was in today, and was absolutely floored to hear an employee tell customers that theyre not enforcing Tarrant Countys mandatory mask policy. Absolutely reckless management. When she called to speak to a manager to voice a complaint, she was left on hold forever with no answer. Spend your money elsewhere. Meanwhile, Ill be reporting this location to the county.

While I love getting a good bargin. The checkout wait time ruins the experience for me. Today I went in for 1 item, and I had it in my hands and was ready to check out in less than a minute. But, of course there was only 1 cashier working and I was behind someone with over 50 items, and another with about 20, who announced that she wanted balloons after everything else had been rang up. So, the cashier, without ever even addressing me, just left to go do the balloons, with no concern about who was next in line (me). I remember when the store opened, if a person wanted balloons they had to go to the balloon check out lane, which was actually manned. Now, its extremely rare to ever see more than 1 person working. I wish this store would install some self checkout machines! So, people like me with only a few items, wouldnt have to spend so much time waiting to pay.

Hello I happen to walk into dollar tree today and while I was in there I was having a problem locating party decorations and when I asked this sir named dejuan where they were he greeted me with the utmost respect and made me feel as if finding those party decorations was his main job he was also so well dressed and stuck out from his co workers he is truly a leader and if he wasnt the general store manager he definitely should be as a regular at customer at dollar tree this was one of my greatest visits his strive and ponder should be greatly recognized keep up the great word. I once went to $Tree for crafting supplies but now they are virtually non-existent. The feel of the entire store has changed the past few months and not in a good way.

I cant believe what I witnessed today. There was an elderly woman attempting to ask a question to two associates that were standing in the back room with the door propped open. They yelled at her telling her to stop bothering them and slammed the door in her face. She then proceded to ask for a manager to a different associate and she was extremely rude and told her I dont know when hell be back and walked away. Then I went up to the register to check out and a woman was in line in front of me purchasing balloons. When it was her turn she let the clerk know that shell be buying balloons and walked over to the balloon area to show him which ones she would like. He ignored her and starting ringing my items up. I told him she was in front of me and to help her first. He turned around looked at her and said If you wanted balloons you should have stayed in line, you just lost your spot! He then turned back around and continuted to ring my items up. I refused for him to help me until she was taken care of because she was in line first. He then threw a fit and told another associate to help her. I cant even believe this kind of behavior happened. I will NEVER shop here again and I WILL be contacting the corporate office. I hope those two customers do the same.

I like Dollar Tree for two reasons. 1) Everything really is a dollar (or less), unlike other stores with dollar in the name, 2) Greeting cards! Why spend $3 or $4 (or more) on a piece of paper that is just (most likely) going to be thrown away? DT, is my go to place for greeting cards. On my last visit also bought a box of 8 (eight) thank you cards and also a box eight blank cards, for, you guessed it, a buck!
