Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. The workers just stand around with their arms folded and do not offer any help. I was the only one in the store and I asked if someone could help me. I had an item in my hand and asked if they had it in my sons size. She just looked at me and said that the boys section was in a different spot. And didnt offer any further help.

I came in about 20 minutes before an Indian wedding reception. I needed some fun shoes to go with my traditional outfit. The young lady at the counter listened to my needs and picked out a selection based on them. I was in and out of there in roughly 5 minutes. Amazing customer service. Not all heroes wear capes.

I went to Journeys and Rosali was amazing! From the moment we walked in and at checkout. The kids smiles were priceless when she offered them to put the crocs on after purchase. Always a great experience but today was extra special ❤️!

The girl’s that work at the warwick mall journeys are amazing... so sweet and considerate and nice. The service is impeccable. Highly request going they helped me so so so much.

Well, it did take several minutes before someone waited on me. Then, I realized that shoe store associates wait for you to approach them instead. I asked the girl for my usual size, I tried it on, didnt fit. She suggested the larger size. Which did fit. Rang me up right away. She suggested an email receipt, which I agreed. Thank God! I ended up leaving my wallet in the counter, they emailed me right away, I was able to go right back to the store to retrieve it!!!! Very Happy!!

When I go to other shoe stores they have ugly shoes,shoes not in my size and expensive prices. This store has good looking shoes, the shoes are in my size and the prices are reasonable. I recommend going to this store.

My favorite shoe store in the mall. They always have great selections and sales. And the shoe choices are always changing.

I heard a story about an employee questioning a military discount asking for further details as if it were her business. I’m not even close with those shoppers, however I am not shopping here ever again! That employee should be fired. And to know that they called afterwards and got brushed to the side shows you or the manager were trying to cover her butt! So unprofessional .. what happened to respecting our servicemen??!! If she isn’t fired,’I am calling corporate. This is disgusting.

I went here for a job interview for 12:00. I arrived there at 11:55 and the “assistant manager” (who looked like she was younger than me, and I’m 22) told me the store manager was on his way to give the interview and to come back in 10 minutes. I walked around the mall and came back 10 minutes later, and she told me that she would call me later when he came because he still wasn’t there. 12:30 they tried calling me twice, I didn’t pick up because at that point I said “forget this.” This store is highly unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend applying to work here.

Great customer service and had my size

I just heard a story of an employee here accusing a disbabled Marine Corps combat veteran of stolen valor. Shes a smug little boot in the National Guard who think she can acuse ACTUAL SOLDIERS AND MARINES, WHO ACTUALLY SERVED THEIR COUNTRY, of stolen valor, because she asked my friend for his DOD number and he wouldnt give it. Guess what little boot? We didnt use dod numbers. Our DOD number was our social security number, and no one should have to give their social security number to buy some shoes. But you wouldnt know that because you have been in the national guard for half a day and think you are Rambo because your boyfriend is a pog national guardsman too.You have these super duper war hero female boot national guardsman accuing a Marine Corps sergeant infantryman, who served in Afghanistan in 2001, of stolen valor, when the guy is just trying to buy some shoes.THIS EMPLOYEE IS A DISGRACE TO YOUR STORE AND THE ARMY. HOW MANY DEPLOYMENTS DID YOU DO LITTLE BOOT POG?
