I had gone to a main stream bridal shop and had a horrible experience. Here, I mentioned a few things and my budget and I was AMAZED by how many of the gowns I LOVED!! I even found THE dress for my big day!!! Great price, great selection, and great customer service!!

They had an amazing selection of dresses! The staff was so helpful and I felt like a shining star. They gave me their absolute undivided attention during my private appointment. I picked the most gorgeous allure gown and it was completely affordable! I will have all of my engaged family and friends get their bridal gowns from Couture Bridal!

If you’re looking for a customer friendly experience, I do not recommend Couture Bridal. I was so excited to be able to make an appointment with them last minute for a Saturday morning (less than 24 hours before the appointment itself). I and another bridesmaid needed to try on dresses for a wedding in June. The other bridesmaid and her young family became ill the night before. So I called the next morning (the day of the appointment) to cancel. It was at that point, and that point only, I was made aware of the cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. I was told the owner would be able to make a decision on whether or not I would be refunded, as I explained that I had not been made aware of the cancellation fee when I first made the appointment. When I got in contact with the owner, I explained the situation and was told that the woman I had made the appointment with was claiming she had explained the cancellation fee. I told her that if I had been aware of the fee I would have either not made the appointment in the first place or would be gladly giving them my $50. The owner decided to think it over, she said she would get back to me by Tuesday. On Wednesday, I hadn’t heard from her so I called to see if she was available to talk. She wasn’t working that day, so I left a message with a woman who sounded less than thrilled to be hearing from me again. On Saturday, I finally heard back from the owner. She told me I would not be given back my money because the woman I made the appointment with and another woman working that day (who I never spoke to, she just happened to overhear the conversation) both said I had been explained the cancellation fee- they said the same thing, and apparently did not have time to talk to each other about the incident before the owner questioned them individually (in the weeks’ time this was taking place). I did not appreciate being left to wonder for a week when the owner didn’t have the slightest inclination of giving me back my money. She said during both our conversations that she could keep it as a credit on file for when I came back, despite my explaining after this experience I will not be returning. It is not my fault she does not have a policy set in place for emergencies or illnesses. At the end of the conversation I was told her decision was final and nothing else could be done for me. The only advice she had for me was to try and get my money back through my bank. Apparently, the customer’s word does not count for much at Couture Bridal.

What a little gem of a shop! We found them through a Google search and even though the had a private client they made time for my daughter and I to help us find a dress for her dance, without compromising the other shoppers experience. They have a broad selection of dresses for various events, reasonable prices and service is amazing. All three women were so attentive, knowledgeable and kind. They explained dress styles, asked questions to help us make the right choices and made my daughter feel like it was her wedding fitting. They dont carry duplicates so you wont end up wearing the same dress as someone else to your event. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you!

I cannot leave a positive enough review for this place! I worked with Tara, and she and her intern were absolutely wonderful. Beautiful selection, and surprisingly affordable! I didnt end up purchasing my dress from here (The one i wanted would have taken too long to come in - my fault, short engagement), but after I did purchase my dress from somewhere else, the first thing my mother said was that it was a shame we werent able to buy from Couture after everything these ladies did for us. Definitely make an appointment here, you wont need to go anywhere else!

Brought my aunt here to get her MOB dress, she had tried on over 75 dresses and I was hoping she would find her choice here! This place and the two woman that work here did not disappoint, first dress she tried on was it! Thank you for an awesome experience and thank you for sparking the light in my aunts heart!!!

Five stars are not enough for this fabulous Bridal salon. Experience and the personal touch shown to me was fabulous. I also rented linens, chair covers, and bows that helped make the venue unique and different. Thanks to the owner and staff of Couture for such a fabulous experience!!!!!! One stop shopping here!!!!

A ton of beautiful, quality dress choices here for every body type! The staff is all about making the finding the perfect dress experience a special one. Also, the private bridal suite is truly an extraordinary sight to see!

Recently visited my out of state daughter and had the opportunity to go dress shopping in her home town. Had a wonderful time watching her try on a number of different style dresses before she found “the one.” The staff was wonderful and patient and my daughter never felt pressured to purchase. Their selection was extensive and definitely of quality. This was our first shop and our last shop and we both would recommend them to those looking for their dream dress !

Great place to find bridal gowns, bridesmaids, mother of the bride, special occasion dresses etc. They also do linens and chair covers for your wedding/events as well as invitations. Annmarie and Ashley helped my sorority sisters and I pick out dresses for our spring formal about a month ago. We found dresses quickly and within our budget! Highly recommended.

So much fun trying on dresses, with lots of options and every style, and lots of help choosing the right one! I also rented linens and chair covers for my reception, they do everything! Could not asked for a better more enjoyable experience! I recommend Couture Bridal 100%!!

Her appointments allow you to have a one on one experience, therefore you have her full attention! She listens to what you’re looking for and gives her all into finding what you are looking for!

Went to a food Tasting at Quidnessett Country Club there over 200 people there and tough to get through to vendors. We liked the linen picked out what we wanted and called to make an appointment when I was told they wont honor the price from the tasting as I needed to buy that day .

This place is AMAZING!!! They give undivided attention to every bride, and know their business better than ANY other store Ive ever been to.

Had several interactions with the main lady here -not sure if owner. Overall was disappointed. Phone conversation was always hurried, terse, and ended before I got all my questions out. In person for my personal experience she was always running off to answer the phone, the door downstairs, etc. Nice selection of (pricey) dresses, but the experience brought it all down. Id also prefer to shop somewhere where Id be allowed to take pictures - one dress I really loved, and debated later if I wanted to get, but had no evidence to see it again and working with anyone anyone there to get another look at the dress seemed to exhausting since the lady always seemed burdened by my presence. Ill take my money elsewhere where my customer status is appreciated. Also, on the way out the door, they provide you with the scam of if you buy 3 things from this list here, we will pay for a trip to any of these locations! Great, but I can buy all these things elsewhere where Im not treated like a burden for much less and have money left to go on an even nicer trip! Nice selection of dresses, but the experience leaves much to be desired.
