When I was younger I would drive by the shop all the time after finally being engaged I went in one day after already having bought my dress pre Covid. Just to try things on for fun. I left with my dream dress feeling like a princess, with no pressure from anyone, and amazing customer service!

I had such a bad overwhelming experience week prior to going to this bridal Shoppe with my girls for bridesmaids dresses & I decided to make an appointment & Donna emailed me back so quickly & was so amazing & positive with my story about my bad experience with David’s bridal…I went with two bridesmaids & randomly a few more decided to stop in & what a wonderful experience we had! Donna was so calm, not pushy, relaxing & SWEET as pie. Everyone loved her! More bridesmaids went in for fitting (because we found beautiful dress for them) and boy they all text me with amazing things about their brief fitting! Donna thank you for making this seemless and so easy going, I found exactly what I wanted and can’t wait to see the dresses when in! Best place -small cute has everything plus some! Definitely recommended 100%!! Thank yo so much!

I had an awful experience here over the weekend! This was my first time shopping for a bridal gown, they had such great reviews I couldn’t wait to go! Don’t waste your time. When I walked in the consultant didn’t even take the time to look at the pictures I had for silhouettes I wanted to try on, she just kept handing me dresses and kept making me feel like I was bothering her. I told her I did NOT want anything covered in lace or heavy since I’m eloping and having an outdoor wedding. She brought me all lace dresses and got annoyed when I told her that’s not what I wanted. When I would tell her I didn’t like the dress on me, she would go out to my family and say “it’s a no again” or “now she’s changing her mind on the silhouette”. Isn’t that the point in your first appt? To find what you like? I only tried on 5 dresses total. Then I found a silhouette I liked and wanted to try on more in that style and she said “I don’t have anything for you”. Worst customer service and not what I pictured my appointment to be like. On my way out she said “if you change your mind again and decide you like lace come back and let me know!”So rude. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I was so pleasantly surprised when I went to The Bridal Shoppe. I not only found my dress during my first visit there, but the service was amazing. I felt like the staff was genuinely invested in me finding my dream dress for my wedding. I never felt pressured or rushed which is what I have felt at other dress shops. And when my wedding had to be postponed due to Covid, it was such a simple experience to change all my fittings. I can’t say enough about them.

I absolutely love The Bridal Shoppe. The staff is so nice and friendly. The owner and one of her colleagues helped me find a maid of honor dress, and they made it so fun and easy for me. They are super empowering, give their honest option and make it a fun experience. This is not my first time shopping with them and will not be my last! I recommend anyone looking for a dress, a great place to go- dresses are great quality and they do alterations!

Donna and her team are prompt, kind, hardworking, and dedicated. I called to see if they had a particular dress in stock and although it wasnt in stock at that moment, Donna hunted it down. She called the manufacturer and got back to me with options. Im so appreciative of her efforts. This store is an absolute gem, they have a beautiful wedding dress selection. I received the BEST advice and had a wonderful private shopping experience at The Bridal Shoppe - I think of Donna as my spirit stylist because her wisdom completely resonated with my priority in making my wedding about something bigger than myself. The Bridal Shoppe has a lovely selection of both lace and silk dresses. I give all the credit to Donna for helping me find my confidence in eventually picking my perfect dress - my one regret is that my perfect dress was at a different shop. Thank you Donna!!!

Rose and Donna are both amazing. Rose found a dress for me that I didnt look twice at, but once I put it on, I knew immediately it was the dress for me. They are a magical dream team that put you on that step with all the mirrors, dress you up with a veil, and then BOOM you feel like a bride. This was the easiest dress shopping experience. Highly recommend.

Donna was SO helpful, and very patient. Every dress I tried on, she made sure to point out what would be tailored and how so I wouldn’t base my judgement off of those pieces. Based off of my inspiration pictures, and my descriptions I gave her, she found my *dream dress*. There is only room for you and a few people to bring with, and I really liked that I didn’t have to see other brides trying on dresses, and I had her full attention. In general Donna is probably the nicest person I’ve ever met, and I wish I could have given her a hug at the end of my appointment because I was so happy. I cannot recommend The Bridal Shoppe enough.

Donna is the best! Half the reason I went back to retry a dress was because of her!! Not only did she guide me through to narrow down my style, but she brought up a lot of good points that other bridal shops did not touch on. Its obvious she loves doing what she does, and makes sure they are happy with their decision and doesnt force you one way or another. I went here today as part of my sister-in-law’s bridal party looking for a bridesmaid dress, and I can honestly say I wish more than anything I had gone here for my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses a year and a half ago. I went to a bigger name brand store for my wedding, and I can say first hand that the service and experience here was FAR superior. The store is beautiful, there were so many options to choose from, the prices are beyond reasonable, and the atmosphere allowed us to look for ourselves and try anything and everything we wanted on. The woman who helped us was maybe the nicest person I’ve ever met, and she was so incredibly helpful, complimentary, and accommodating. I without a doubt recommend The Bridal Shoppe to anyone, I can promise you won’t be disappointed!

The bridal company I ordered the bridesmaids dresses changed the way they take new dress orders...leaving 3 of my bridesmaids without dresses!!!. After going to the BIG BOX place, I decided I needed to try at least one more place before making my decision. In reading the reviews for The Bridal Shoppe, I decided wed go there next & Im sooooo glad we did! The overall experience was so much less stressful & the women working there were wonderful, sweet, professional and helpful. On my 2nd trip there, I was helped by the owner, Donna, and she was an absolute pleasure, reassuring me on every question and concern I had. Ladies, skip the big place & come here instead, you wont regret it! There are plenty of dresses to choose from & Im beyond confident that my dress will fit like a glove once its finished.

If I could give them a million stars I would. The staff here is wonderful. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and they made it happen and in such a timely fashion (seeing as how we only had a few months left until the wedding). This is by far the most helpful, efficient, warm and welcoming place Ive gone to since starting to plan our wedding. They keep their promises and have your back for sure. You can tell these ladies know what they are doing! Not to mention how incredibly nice they all are.I came in with my nerves high and I left feeling calm and excited! They didnt have what I was looking for because their dresses where more for weddings and I just needed a party dress but the service was great! The woman still took the time to show us what she did have, made recommendations for where my daughter and I could try to find what I needed, and was so sweet welcoming us and wishing my daughter well for her event. We will be back for a more upscale event.

This was one of the nicest dress shopping experiences I had while searching for my wedding dress! The stylist I worked with was very warm and friendly, and listened well to what I wanted and what I said about the dresses. The shop is clean and the dress trial room is well designed with mirrors, a chair, and a side table with all the things you might need when trying on a dress. The store isnt huge, but the dresses are well cultivated and beautiful. I didnt end up finding my dress here, but I wish I had because I would have loved to give them my business. Ill definitely be spreading the word to the brides and bridesmaids I know about this place.

Our experience was beautiful! Donna and Marge were magnificent! They worked tirelessly to get the dress of my dreams in the time frame that I needed at the price that really worked for me! I was so excited and relieved that I literally cried. The staff was warm and friendly and their years of experience really showed. They treated us as family with integrity, honesty, and consideration. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. This was our first shop and we ended up coming back and purchasing here! I am a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl. I am awkward, and had no idea how I was ever going to pull off being a beautiful bride. Well, let me tell you. Half of the battle is the right dress, and I never would have gotten mine if it werent for Donna. From the moment I walked into her shop, she put me at ease and turned a very stressful experience into one of smiles, laughter, and comfort. There was so much hugging I forgot that I had only met her an hour ago. She ultimately chose the dress I fell in love with, after several failed attempts on my part. I trust Donna 100%, she is a true professional and she knows what you need sometimes before even you do. My fittings and alterations were done by Marge, who has the best attention to detail I have ever seen. My dress was pretty awesome right off the hanger, but Marge made it PERFECT. Every time I went back (I think I had 3 fittings) I fell a little more in love with the dress, to the point where I really never wanted to take it off. Everyone in this shop is so warm and easy to work with, I was actually a bit sad when I picked my dress up knowing I would probably not be back (they do also carry special occasion gowns, so maybe Ill need one of those someday). Please do yourself a favor if you are looking for a wedding dress and just go see these ladies. I promise you will not regret it.

After showing them my inspiration they found me the most perfect dress, well within my budget, and had it custom made for me with changes to the bodice that I requested. The ladies are so sweet and genuine and give you their full attention - I believe that they truly do care about their brides.They also do everything they can to make sure your dress fits perfectly. I had several appointments for alterations, because they wanted it to look flawless. Though I was nervous about always pulling up a strapless dress, they made sure it fit like a glove and I did not need to adjust the dress ONCE on my wedding day.I would recommend The Bridal Shoppe to anyone :) Theyre the best.

I was referred to this Bridal Shop from word of mouth, I was told this shop is best due to Donna the owner. I am the bride and was being tough picking out my dress, I chose one and then a few weeks later changed my mind and wanted another dress I found. Donna was so gracious and ordered my next pick for me and treated me with such care and I am so grateful because planning a wedding is a lot of work and stress when you are a perfectionist. Donna the owner and her colleagues are true down to earth people, they will make you feel welcome and that you are number one and your day is number one to them. You are not just a sale, they care for you, and treat you so great. Without Donna I would be so nervous. My dress is coming in next month and I cant wait, she will have me covered. One of my friends will be getting married in 2018 and I will be sure to have her go here!!!

The ladies at the Bridal Shoppe are outstanding! This was the first place that I visited when starting the hunt for my dress. They had the designer and style that I was looking for but after trying it on, it simply wasn’t for me. I had explained the type of dress that I was looking for and they grabbed a few dresses that fit the description. The first dress that I tried on was the dress that I fell in love with. Even though I had gone to several other bridal shops and tried on other dresses, I could not get this dress off of my mind. The customer service is amazing, they made me feel like I was their only customer, giving me as much time to try on my dress and address any of my questions and concerns. Seemed disinterested in helping me. Had no dresses in my size. Trying the dresses on was terrible nothing to close the back if the dress was to small.

This store is exceptional in every way!! My daughter and I have dreamed about her wedding day and trying on wedding gowns for years and together we would watch Say Yes To The Dress dreaming of her one day Kleinfeld experience. We planned to go to New York to look for dresses, but I also encouraged my daughter to look up some more dress shops in CT. And RI. She came across The Bridal Shoppe in Warwick, RI. She called and made an appointment. She was so excited, saying how nice they were on the phone... So, the big day came and it was time to start our search for the perfect dress. I have to admit, when we first pulled into the parking lot of this little shop, I was a little skeptical. Having that Kleinfeld experience in mind, this store was not grand, nor fancy. But my daughter kept telling me to keep an open mind. The dress selection was not huge, but the dresses they do have are gorgeous. I settled down and decided to enjoy this once in a lifetime moment with my daughter. She came out of the fitting room for the 3rd time and the dress she was in was absolutely stunning. It was her dress. Then, I decided to look at the price tag (didnt think to do that before) I couldnt believe it, it was so reasonably priced...no where near the absurd prices you see on TV. And it was a designer, couture gown. The lady helping my daughter was amazing. She gave us her undivided attention, and was so helpful and nice. Fast forward several months the gown finally came in. It was more beautiful than we remembered. The seamstress at the store was exceptional as well. She created a custom bustle for the gown that is absolutely beautiful!! This store went above and beyond our expectations of a bridal shop in every way. Absolutely delightful. If we had to do it all over again we would have ordered the bridesmaids dresses from this shop as well. My daughter has a delightful experience for her once in a lifetime moment. Dont let the exterior of this shop detour you, because the people and dresses inside are gems.
