I used to love this Speedway, but now I have placed it on my avoid lust along with the Gratiot store. This store has high drama at night. One employee glares and has a bad disposition toward me. No idea why. So unfortunately, I just will not subject myself to this sort treatment.

Customer service is above and beyond ... Its unbelievable the lack of kindness and patience of patrons. Your staff is top natch ❣️ Great mentality when you can say kill them with kindness... And mean it ❣️ Keep up the good work 😘😷

Its the only gas station around here that doesnt have separate prices for cash or credit. The gas prices are still competitive. The store employees are always friendly.

Best all around gas station for gas and quick snacks. The employees are also very nice and efficient. Gas price is kinda high though.

Store is always clean and very well maintained by the amazing and super friendly staff! They always have everything working and ready for customer use. They have people in and out super quick. The gas pumps are always working as well, along with the fountain drink machine and the speedy freeze machines. Love this location!

Usually the fuel prices are cheaper here than at other local stations. The only problem is that it is busy most of time.

Tall skinny dude with glasses is rude. Asked for my cigarettes the same way I always do. Got to the car he put the wrong cigarettes in the bag so I went back in to exchange them. I let him know I was given the wrong kind and he stated it’s what I got what I asked for. I’ve been smoking for 10 years. I ask for them the same way every time. Someone with good customer service skills would of apologized and got the right ones not blamed the customer. I’ll never go back.

The cashier was so friendly. I just wanted to share that. He was awesome.

Mobil 13 and schoenherr reccomended for a better quality of life... they dont force advertisements via tv down your throat for no reason. You feel more like a person than a walking piggy bank at any other gas station

Rachel C. is such a rude employee and unfortunately every time I go to that location, she’s there with an attitude and in a bad mood.. so unfriendly! I’m a cashier and I know how customers can be rude and difficult a lot of times and so I always try to smile and be nice whenever I check out just so that I could possibly relief the associates.. but whenever I visit that location, she doesn’t even bother to greet me!!Additionally, she never asks for my speedy rewards card (probably too lazy to scan it). I hope that you come across this because you and people like you need to know that a fake little smile for a customer who’s trying to make your work easier won’t cost you anything 🙂. FYI, I’m never going to visit that location no matter how much cheaper the gas would be.. just so that I wouldn’t have to see your frowning face again.To be fair, I have to mention that this location is always clean and the rest of the staff is friendly.

I was just in there and 2 out 3 of the workers didnt have masks on one was carrying around what looked like a snot rag n there was 8 people in there 5 not wearing masks or 6 feet apart which the signs on the door clearly stated no more the 6 people when brought to their attention of breaking the law the were rude and dismissed me

During this Pandemic cashiers are not wearing face covering or gloves

The person behind the counter was on something. My guess was cocaine or some sort of upper. It was jumping on displays pretending to shoot basketball hoops out of nowhere I couldnt even get my cash out fast enough and hes banging on the counter and say what else what else what else dot dot dot I was very put off and probably will never be back to that Speedway again. Speedway do you guys drug test? If not you should.

The manager yelled at me to get out of HER store because the dopey cashier was struggling with ringing up a couple sodas and a pack of cigarettes, they are So getto at this location and I warn everyone to go somewhere else where theyre more civilized!
