Several times this month, 2 separate doctors sent prescriptions in to this location. Staff says there is no prescription. Yesterday, Urgent Care sent a prescription in for an antibiotic, it was later in the day, so when they said it wasn’t ready yet, I went to get it today. “We never received it”. Called doctor they sent it again, verified address of CVS with me, then they called CVS to verify the address and that they received it. CVS said “YES”. I waited about an hour and a half so there would be time to fill it. Went in. “We didn’t receive it”. Went through several staff and the pharmacist and it seems to have vanished. If I hadn’t heard the phone call from the doctor the pharmacy myself I might still think they could be the problem. But I heard the pharmacy confirm they received it myself. I don’t know what’s going on here, but that’s it. I’m transferring all my prescriptions to Walgreens.

Pharmacy is so unfriendly. The pharmacist Ancy is so rude and unprofessional. Shes terrible dont go there if you need any assistance with your prescriptions.

Normally have a good experience coming here but today my boyfriend and I were standing up at the counter for 5 minutes with no cashier. Another customer called out for someone to come up and no one did for another 2 minutes. Was not given any sort of apology

There is a young man and a young woman who work here and they are always so pleasant and kind. I wish I wouldve gotten their names. The young man was working tonight. I originally went to Walgreens since it was on my way home but stepped out because the workers were openly complaining how they hated their job and how badly they wanted to go home. Its nice and refreshing to know you have good employees at this location. :)

The Manger Jackie is a sweet girl. Very helpful every time I have been in there.

Didnt have prescription ready a few times. Blamed the doctor. Called my doctor he stated it was phoned in. Reason for a 3 instead of a 1 because it hasnt happened in awhile. Must have new boss.

The friggin pharmacy is never open! Yesterday and today they closed at 5pm. Its a goddamn Friday and Saturday. WTS?
