If you are a women and ur alone don’t go here. One of the guys working there is really creepy and wouldn’t stop staring at me while my mom was in the store. So I locked all the doors lol. Don’t go here. It was really scary

I went in to pay cash and use some rewards. Started the transaction as normal, handed him $40, told him pump 8, and swiped my rewards card. The screen showed that I had .30c off a gallon. I was about to walk out and he said hold on. The screen goes back to the normal screen like when I approached, and he said lets try again. I did the same thing over, and this time it said welcome and that I only had .05c off a gallon. Then again the screen goes back to normal and I said whats going on? He said I had to void it I couldnt get the drawer open. So one more time, and again, 5c a gallon. He said number 8? I said yeah, but I dont have my .30c anymore. He goes what? I said, I had 30c the first time you rang me up, now its gone. He goes, I dont know what youre talking about, thats not up to me. I said, it was there but you voided the transaction. Now he says, no, you must have done something wrong. I said, you just said you voided the transaction, thats probably why its gone. He just says no and shakes his head like he doesnt know what Im talking about, but it couldnt have been more obvious he understood what I said but just denied it and blamed it on me. Then he says alright so you want $40 on 8? I say, not if I dont have my rewards anymore. He just had a look of disgust on his face and tosses my $40 back. Then I just walked out of there. A few people were in line behind me and heard the whole conversation. The looks on their faces as I walked past seemed to show even they understood what happened. When I got to my car I immediately called the number on my rewards card and got a representative right away who was very helpful and apologized to me, and re-applied the 25c to my account. (I had a 25c reward plus the gold status 5c that gets added) And this isnt the first issue Ive had with this clerk at that shell station. I wont be going back there again.

Mechanic tried charging my wife $20 to jump her car. She had to walk home to get me there to do it. Luckily a customer was kind enough to stop and help me real fast. Will never go here again. Merry Christmas jacka** I hope you get blindsided with karma

This Station is always friendly, caring, and well maintained. The clerks are helpful, cheerful, and considerate.. in these days thats key! A smile and hello can change someones day!!Jason- the mechanic has done AWESOME work!! Not only on my vehicles and the family, but many friends!! His great work and low prices are a win for a small shop like this.. he will put all effort and knowledge into your vehicle making the best decisions for yourself, also while keeping the budget low if needed.

Allowed false credit card charges from customer living over 3 hours away!Wonder how this happened?Good luck with investigation!Hope they prosecute!

Got water instead of all gas. Messed up my classic car engine and had to have it repaired. Avoid

Love the gas station Shell 13 Mile and Schoenherr always fast friendly service quality gas and products they even have a service department for your car

The people are nice the gas is a deal for E85 and their bathroom always smells good

Shell shop has one of the most experienced mechanics, and the only mechanic i trust!

Its fine. Can be difficult to get in and out of it, depending on the way you are coming/going.
