Thanks Starbucks for the curdled cream! The picture I am posting is when I removed the ice cubes left to make sure what I was seeing was correct... how do you miss this when youre making coffee?????? Unacceptable.Not sure what has been going on, but for the last several years, all their stores have been going down hill.

I placed an order for pickup, just to find out the lobby is closed. The line for the drive through was just about out of the parking lot when I got into it, and I waited in line for about 25 minutes. Its obvious this place is short-staffed, and I place the entire blame on Starbucks. You need to be offering great benefits, including pay, to attract people to work for you. Maybe then you wouldnt have to cut location hours and close the lobby.

This Starbucks is rarely open any longer. They used to be very reliable and had a great staff. Now there is usually just a closed sign on the door and blocked off drive thru.

Frequently turns off order ahead, which is a pain in the morning. I’ve gotten there at times and they’ve randomly closed the indoor portion and were only serving drive thru customers. Really short hours lately too. One time I ordered ahead before I left my house 17 minutes away, the app said my coffee would be ready in 6 minutes but when I got there I still had to wait another 5 minutes. If you need something quick and consistent, dunkin is your go to.

Pretty much the most useless Starbucks. Right off the highway and in a shopping plaza you’d think this Starbucks would be open late… NOPE! This place seems to be closed more than it’s open. The drive thru line is always excessively long. Very unfortunate.

The entire point of going to a large chain like this is consistency. And this Starbucks greatest failure is a lack thereof. Theyll randomly have closed the inside or the entire Starbucks. You only find out once youre there and you see cones blocking the drivethru.I honestly feel sorry for the baristas there. Theyre obviously overworked with a ton of turnover (which then leads to more hectic days and more turnover). None of these issues our their fault. Once you can actually get your drink its made well enough. The issue goes beyond the employees.

Used to be my go to Starbucks.But recently it started to close super early. They do not allow any mobile orders or pick up anymore.Always huge line at drive thru any time during day. ( because no mobile orders and no walk ins)Besides this their closing time is 2PM.Overall, not a good changes.

Usually out of half their sandwiches and breakfast food. I strongly suggest calling them if you want food to see if they have what you are looking for.

Fourth time I come to this starbucks and it’s always closed. No drive thru no walk in! Google says it’s open.

Went thru the drive-thru. Our order was quick, right & tasted good. So it was a good experience. A bit pricey, $10. Each for a breakfast sandwich & a drink. Id never been to a Starbucks before.

This Starbucks is very beautiful and has amazing customer service. Busy store but they still keep it friendly. Live 20 minutes away but I will still come to this Starbucks. The experience was out of this world, you should definitely try this Starbucks out!!❤️

Most of the time orders not ready long lines, they always concentrate drive through customers some time packing to go orders very poor

LOVE their white chocolate coffee with extra pumps of white chocolate! Tastes like the perfect dessert!

Used the drive thru, and due to a mix up in the order of the car in front of us, we sat waiting for almost 12 minutes while the car in front of us got 1 coffee. The counter person wasnt specific when we asked what happened, but gave us 2 gift cards with our order to make up for the wait. A pleasant surprise. Top marks for her. Our order was correct and promptly delivered. I was going to give 3 stars because of the wait in line, but changed it to 5 stars because of great customer service

It was close just drive through…

The staff who works there is so slow. There is always a line. You have to wait for your order quite a bit. The cashier one time was rude and when I asked her to scan my app, she used my points but I did not ask her to do so. I asked to return them because I was paying with my card. Instead, it took me 10 minutes to solve the issue and finally to get my coffee and my points back. Not recommend this place.

Weird schedule and only drive through

Order was fine but getting credit for a promo continues to be iffy. Cant fault the store staff for a faulty system.

Super sweet baristas, Im really impressed by how kind they are. I mean, customer service in the best of times can be pretty soul crushing. Being so fantastic during a global health crisis cant be easy. Tip your barista.

Nice place to have a morning coffee. They have friendly staff and offers small portion of pastry sometimes.

The drive thru finally didnt have an absurd amount of cars in it- so swung by to pick up a couple if treats. The drive thru staff was efficient and pleasant to deal with.

I live close to this place, so every morning I order coffee and pastries here. Satisfied with the service and the quality of food and drinks.

When I get the chance to come I get so happy I jump with joy. The employees are so nice and helpful and weirdly attractive. The employees always make me feel special and always make my drinks with joy. I had the chance to come during the pandemic they are really on top of their stuff yes the wait may be long but they do get it done and make it yummy.

Good coffee in a somewhat random location

Spend $5 per latte and get 2 cups of ice $10 later....literally 4oz of matcha latte, seriously?? I feel like I got robbed!

This starbucks is opposite my house, so I come here anyway. Im a lazy coffee lover, Im looking for something closer and I cant go without coffee. And in this place all my requirements are combined: close to home and have coffee :)

Slow service and always a long wait. Average coffee with a burnt taste. Do not get a croissant, it is not tasty and is too pressed. Passion fruit iced tea is barely passable.

What I love about this location is the parking. There are lots of parking spots and the drive through is very quick. Indoor and outdoor seating available. The place is ways clean and employees have a smile on their face. Very busy location but wait time is less. Love the location, coffee, employees and parking

New hours are a nuisance, no way you can close at 3pm and expect people to keep frequenting this location.

This is my ‘go to’ Starbucks. Service is almost always fast, and when it wasn’t, they told me ahead of time and also compensated me for my wait (although I didn’t even feel my wait was that long).The staff is also super friendly - they know my order and always greet me by my name.Best Starbucks there is around!

No idea how to make coffee. Every single time same coffee tastes different and in a bad way

One of the worst Starbucks Ive been to and Ive been to many. Wrongly made drinks and slow service are the norm. The location and drive-thru is convenient.

This has the same good coffee and other items as all the other Starbucks, but its rather small and has a colder, more sparse feeling than others ... or so it seemed. Doesnt make you want to stay long. Servers were great though, as usual.

Waited more than 30 mins. for mobile orders with my son and husband. The staffs werent ready and just said just wait. After 40 mins, we couldnt get our orders and got refund without any apology. Even the manager was not helpful...

I dont like Starbucks to begin with. I like coffee that isnt stale and over roasted. Thats an endemic problem, but Im attempting to be as neutral as possible, and look at this shop as though it were in a vacuum.It has a decent study area and a Cover, so thats a plus, but the staff is a mixed bag.There are a handful of very competent espresso machine operators, and those who appear to be in more managerial roles seem extraordinarily good (though, I admit, this may merely be in comparison to the level of their underlings)Unfortunately, the customer-facing side of the whole affair just doesnt make the same grade, and that matters to me.

Nothing wrong with starbucks. Coffee is consistently sort of bitter. Iced coffees actually taste like coffee which is more than I can say about the sugar milk or watered down coffee at dunkins (black hot are fine). drive thrus are very convenient. baristas are mostly very nice and quick. I would never go to starbucks over any local coffee shop because they always have bad press. maybe hire who ever works at dunkin donuts because they seem to stay out of the news.

This Starbucks has a perpetually long drive-thru line. Your best best is mobile order and pick up inside. There arent particularly many seats so dont plan to sit down during busy hours like the weekend. Additionally, the parking lot is a dizzying display of do-not enter signs. However, none of this is Starbucks fault. The service is fast, the staff are friendly, and the drinks are done perfectly. Thats what counts!

Always busy and always ready to serve. Very best and excellent ice coffee (unsweetened). Great.

It’s never open!

The guy was too busy flirting to remember my whole order, but what I received was pretty good.

Other than the cashier, who was great, they had a ton of staff yet werent paying any attention to in-store orders. Another customer finally asked which prompted someone to look at more than mobile and drive thru. Took over 15 minutes from walking in to exiting after only a few orders before mine.

Clean. Spacious. Efficient and friendly staff. Convenient location.

Love the convenience of the drive through, usually very speedy service everywhere, but mornings can be rough. Like any chain not all the service is the same, but there are some really great people working here.

Always get order ahead breakfast here. They are fast and make the drinks really well. Ive never had them make a mistake on my order and Ive been here dozens of times. Employees are really nice and friendly. One of my fav starbucks locations! Wish there was a drive-thru but Im assuming that is a town limitation since the Dunkin across the street is also walk-in.

Unreliable speed of service, alright atmosphere, unreliable irt non dairy milk, so pay attention to your drink if you medically cannot have dairy. Do note that there are doors on both sides of the building, so theres no good warm area to sit in.On second thought and after 24 hours of suffering, no, you get one star for serving dairy when non dairy was explicitly ordered. Not doing something with the potential for causing death is rule zero and this location broke it.

The relatively newly built outfit has a drive through and it is a stand alone building with outdoor seating and its own parking. The interior has a good amount of seating bit it can get pretty crowded.

I wish it was bigger and had more seating. Very nice and convenient location for surrounding business.

Previously I said the service at this Starbucks was terrible, but over the last few months Ive really noticed a change. Baristas have been friendlier and considerate. Finally have the Nitro that I love! Im happy to come back.

They dont have high quality coffee, bitter after taste. Great environment but many Starb has bad service.

Lady was nice, never ordered from Starbucks but she got me right. Chicken bacon biscuits alright. Line was long and intimidating but Went rather quick

I ordered a chai from the drive through, and pulled over to have a sip before driving away. They had made me a green tea chai rather than regular, so I went inside to have them make me a new drink. They apologized, replaced the drink, and without even discussing it, handed me a gift card that said Your next one is on us. Does Starbucks do that everywhere or was this just a particularly well-run store? Either way, I left very satisfied despite them initially getting my order wrong.

I always get frustrated at this Starbucks. They tend to be slow - both at the drive through and indoors. Theyre not so friendly - its like they forget about customer service. Problem is, I continue to come as its conveniently on the same lot as my grocery store where I visit weekly.

I agree with the two other reviewers that the Waltham (near Market Basket) Starbucks had about the worst service anywhere for an extended time. But finally Im starting to see improvement. Lately the most recent set of staff members has been very pleasant and professional, and theyre getting the drinks right most of the time now.

Slowest Starbucks in the area unless you order from the drive thru, and then dont expect complicated orders to be correct. This location is in desperate need of better management. Nice enough staff, but things are done in terribly inefficient ways and accuracy is off.
