Fantastic experience. Linda took my order over the phone and offered good suggestions regarding bathroom paint. She called me back in 15 minutes to let me know the order was ready for pick up. Fast and friendly- I like it!!

I was having some problems with my cabinet paint and needed some expert advice. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and friendly lady who helped steer me in the right direction and provide me with all the correct supplies. Will definitely being going back here instead of Home Depot for my painting needs in the future.

Only paint store I use for my company! Excellent service and friendly staff from the owner down. Great products to sell to my customers I would always recommend using Benjamin Moore and this one in particular. If you have any questions they can give you the right answer.

I just moved to Walnut Creek and was anxious to make my house my home. I stopped at the store with a swatch of my couch and was told that the the color consultant could help me and that she would be in later that day. I called and spoke to Karen Schwab and asked if they offered an in home consultation. She said yes and offered to come the next day which she did. She brought her color pallets and we discussed colors for various rooms. She then shocked me by saying that the appointment charge was $125--she had never mentioned that there was a fee and I had not asked so I felt I should pay. She promised to send larger paper samples of the colors so I could get a better feel. I received no plan or list of colors at the time of her visit. Some days later, a few of the colors arrived and they were not satisfactory. I text her and she committed to send alternative colors. Those never arrived. I hired a painter and continued to contact Karen to get the samples so I could finalize the plan with the painter. Nothing arrived. She finally text me the color numbers which I took to a competitor only to find that they were worse than the first set. I ultimately went to Ace Hardware and received excellent service. Very disappointing experience and I would caution anyone if the store offers the color consultant to say no thanks as quickly as possible!

THIS REVIEW OF FOR THE IN-STORE COLORIST ONLY. Benjamin Moore paint, colors, and the Aura brand are amazing (albeit expensive). Go to this location if you would like to be PAINT SHAMED. Its alarming to speak with their colorist. Boy was she unbelievably critical. From now on Ill have a professional painter grab colors for us after looking online. Id rather have a root canal. Her overall rating is brining down a 4.5 star rating for the store. I posted about this on Facebook and other folks in the area has similar experiences.

DO NOT GO THERE, PAINT TOO EXPENSIVE, STORE TOO SMALL, THEY WILL NOT NEGOCIATE FOR ANY OF THEIR MISTAKES..

Im assuming this lady just doesnt like her job but easily the most rude service Ive dealt with in a long time. Ive purchased paint here for the past 4 years and service has always been hit or miss but this latest experience was the final time.
