This is a small Ace Hardware store, but they have everything. Great people, everything you need at a hardware store, unique items...it is a fun place to shop. The location is perfect, not only is parking usually available right in front of the store, it is right next to great restaurants, grocery shopping, and all of your shopping needs. What I most like about this Ace Hardware Store, is that when I shop there, the staff is so helpful that even if I cant find what I am looking for, the staff is right there to help me locate even very obscure tools or items. It is a great store.

I love that this ACE has very helpful employees and the checkout lines go by very fast. The associates go out of their way to help you and are always friendly and knowledgable. In the past Ive purchased 10 bags of potting soil and one of the younger guys didnt even bat an eye. He welcomed the workout. Today, I went in for simple duck tape and was assisted immediately. I dont ever need to go to the big box store unless I need lumber or more plant selection.

I wanted advice on the range of Weber BBQ. Doug, the manager, was excellent in explaining the range, and pricing etc.I ended up buying from the Weber Spirit series, and absolutely LOVE my grill.The BEST thing, other than their friendly service and expert advice, is that they assembled it free of charge!Doug himself, along with Ben(also a great friendly guy), delivered it personally, attached the gas supply and explained how to use it.Thats what I call service!I love shopping in this store because they are just so helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to help you out!

This year they have done a great job of accommodating for the Covid Era, adding the household item we need now and adjusting the store operations to make us all comfortable. This Ace Hardware store have a very knowledgeable staff that will help you figure out how to make your home repair. I helped my sister fix her fence and was happy to find out that this Ace store sells wood at the back of the store AND can cut it to your desired length. They gave us some advice on the screws to use and the paint we needed. Here is a photo of one of the places we fixed. The cat was not amused.

This place is the best. I have been coming here for years. Sometimes I will go out of my way to come here, passing other hardware stores, because their customer service is consistently outstanding. They have great products, too. And the employees have helped with quite a few answers to my questions. Just one of my favorite stores all around.

Quintessential neighborhood hardware store. The might not have everything but they quickly help you with any project that I have ever had. This Ace hardware store is always my first stop for any new project.

An Okay hardware store. items are over priced and can be found for cheaper at a nearby Home Depot or Lowes. Staff is accommodating and knowledgeable to a degree. If you need to grab something quick and dont mind the added cost then this is the place. Otherwise, your better off going to Home Depot or Lowes.

Every time I go in here, the people are very friendly. I came in to return a curtain rod that I had bought that was too long and it turned out they were out of the smaller size. I didnt want to buy a different style because it wouldnt have matched, so one of the employees had offered to cut it to the right size. I was so relived and thankful that he was willing to go the extra mile to help me. Very wonderful experience!

The service and level of friendly helpfulness is SO OFF THE CHARTS at this store that I will go out of my way to shop here. Might it be a little more expensive than Home Depot? Maybe on some things....but who cares? These people are the best in the business and I go there for everything possible. Been shopping with them since moving into the area in 1995. Cannot recommend a business higher than this one.

This is a decent hardware store. The Ace Hardwares very a lot as they are all independently owned. This one is a little bit hard to find things because its very cramped. But since Orchard Supply has gone out of business theyre not a lot of choices for Hardware nearby. Home Depot and Lowes are not around here.

I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly and available to help you find what youre looking for. The only downfall for this store is that its on the small side in terms of stock, but perhaps thats why you never have to seek assistance. Having said that, if they dont have what youre looking for, they have no qualms with pointing you in the right direction.

Last night was my first time into Ace. I had about half an hour to kill before meeting someone at the Whole Foods Cafe next door, so I figured Id meander inside and look around. I was really surprised that they have so much more than just hardware. Theres an entire animal section, and a garden section too.I work at a law firm across the street during the day. Theres a little plant in our office that has been in the same, tiny, plastic cup it came in for YEARS. Its on its last leg. I have recently popped into a couple stores looking for a new pot and soil, but without luck (its not really gardening season right now). So I was really excited here at Ace to find a beautiful ceramic pot ($30)! I bought a couple planters for my home, as well. Mission accomplished!This morning when I began the replanting process, I realized we would need more soil (we had a little in the office but not enough). So back I went to Ace! A nice girl working saw me carrying both a large and a smaller bag of soil and offered to help. (I bought the big bag for home and small for the office plant). The store manager, Doug, was at the front as I was paying for my purchase and HE carried my bags of soil out to my car for me. Talk about customer service. Really nice gesture and not what I expected at a hardware store. Incredibly nice staff on both visits. Going to be back soon as several of my home plants could use re-potting, and the prices were great!
