Ordered a cake 2 weeks in advance for my fathers birthday. They gave my decorated cake to someone else. They get 2 stars instead of 1 because they did give me a refund when they could not give me a replacement on a timely basis.

Hannah was our scooper. She was friendly and greeted is as soon as we entered. It was clean, well stocked and lots of cute cakes.. I would highly recommend this Baskin Robbins. The Watermelon Splash is Soo good!!

This is our favorite local. We have been visiting this store since we used to come and visit my son when he moved to Vista in 2008... Today I was attended by a smiling emplyee..(should gave gotten her name)... helpful, courteous and smiling...

Greatest place, staff was very friendly. And most important willing to go the extra mile. We were told Call us to have your cake custom made. We like to be challenged with what we make . From now on this is our cake place.We had gone to another one on college and Oceanside blvd and they wouldnt even fix a damaged corner on the cake.

The owner and his employees are very nice. The ice cream and shakes are delicious. As of September 2019 (I think) they changed owners. Ice cream is still good!

Ordered cake 24hrs ahead. Asked for writing to be put on cake. Arrived to pu cake and had to wait 20 min for one employee to help people there with a cake. My cake has no writing on it as ordered. Not waiting another 20 min due having to deliver the cake on time at a party.The employee just said sorry . Very poor service. No more cake from this place..😠😠😠

Just left, ordered a Sundae, my whole ice Cream whip cream and hot fudge was below the edge of the single scoop cup, my granddaughters single scoop was a normal scoop my husbands double scoop was what the one scoops used to be like... so disappointing. Because we couldn’t eat there I didn’t really notice before we left the store. Too expensive to not get at least what the advertisement pictures shows.

Last minute visit to baskin Robbins. They make warm cookie ice cream sandwiches. Not pictured flavor is mom making cookies. Super good

I ordered mint chocolate chip ice cream and got chocolate chip. Instead of correcting my order the shift manager didnt try to fix it and hung up the phone me. I cant recommend going to this one. BTW the first person who picked up the phone knew exactly how I ordered and when.

I dont want to get preachy here, but this Baskin Robbins trip was a religious experience. The customer service was transcending from beginning to end. Not only were there bountiful choices in ice cream but each morsel was more succulent than the last. Over all I think that my faith in humanity has been restored.

Best place place for ice cream. My bank card didnt work. The clerk paid out of his pocket for the ice cream. This was excellent. I did go back and offered to pay the clerk back. He said no was ok. I was touch with this wow

This ice cream shop is bright and clean. I cant say enough nice things about the owner and his employees. They are always smiling and happy to serve your favorite ice cream.

Great service, no lines, good selection of ice cream. I went on Wednesday night so no one was there. Still though, I loved it.

DO NOT GET THE WARM BROWNIE SUNDAE. The brownie is a microwaved puck as hard as a rock that tastes like a chocolatety piece of chalk. The Cherry tasted like pepto bismol. Staff was friendly. Completely heart shattering because I didn’t even know a sundae could be that bad.

Hannah was amazing when I had to order a turkey cake for Christmas, and even stayed late to help me on Christmas Eve!

I have been at this place once in Vista,Ca.I was hungry and craving just about everything on Oct 4th.and they were in my sight first thing. So I orderedlike little ole me have always done.thank you Baskin Robbins in Vista California on Hiecenda drive. The waffle cone was delish with the 3scoops (yum😁) inside..I will be stopping by on the 3rd after my court appearance with the all American superior court judge..if Gods willing and I dont go back to jail for trying to get my butt on track once again after 20 yrs... thx again..

Nice clean place, friendly owner and staff and yummy ice cream on a hot so cal day.

They were super confused at who was getting what with our order. They also forgot our ice cream on the counter and we waited for a few minutes and had to ask for the cup of ice cream.

Great blended coffee and the ice cream is always a good desert after dinner. Service was friendly too.
