Professional employees dont exist in this store, customer service doesnt exist in this store bc they know they can change jobs now and may be more money.Now it seems tmobil doesnt give a shxx abt existing customers bc they know turn over is low. Theyre after new customers.

Last time I went to get my phone replaced nd some rude chick was opening the box very aggressive. Double checking my old phone incase im not scanning them. Takes the proctivive screen off. Doesnt set my phone up nd just throws it on the conuter. The next day my phones camera, flashlight doesnt work, and the screen had this fuzzy line going down. Its just funny how she took my new phone in the back to do something to it but it just seems like she took it to the back to mess it up, the rest of the workers were always nice just not the hispanic chubby gurl supposedly she was some assistance to the manager there.

I was so frustrated after going to 2 different stores and getting terrible service, but Daniela turned it around!! She even fixed an issue with one of my other lines. I will drive all the way here next time I have to visit a store. 10 out of 10 would go again.

Bad customer service! We needed a warranty exchange on 2 of our phones and spoke with the store manager and said he would take care of it. 5 days later he still had not submitted paperwork for our exchanges and refused to give us credit for the 1 week that we didnt use the phones! Never going to this store again. They have new staff now but I liked their old staff better.

I would give it a zero star but the only reason I dont its because Isaiah has always helped me and never had any issues with him. Unfortunately he wasnt there today. I was trying to buy a new phone but I was short a few bucks, I told the guy I would be back and get the rest of the cash from my house, which I live 3 minutes away from there, as soon as I arrived there was a few people there, he told me that I had to wait until they were all finished with every costumer that was there. I had to be some where at 6 and it was 5:30. All I had to do was pay the remaining balance. Then he charged my card after he said he didnt.

This T-Mobile on Hacienda in Vista is the best one in the area. The reason it is the best is because it is a Factory Direct Store. Meaning other T-Mobile stores are affiliates (kind of like franchise stores) but this store gets the best promos and gives the best customer service. Other stores and can tack on other hidden charges, mark up prices, have unprofessional employees, and even give you false info that is not from corporate. This store only does what corporate will allow them to do and the employees are held to higher standard. I come to this store for everything I need after I got ripped off by the one in the mall.

Be prepared to wait a long time to even speak to someone. No matter what time of day you go. A simple transaction of just paying a bill can take up to 15 minutes.

Pack a lunch....this is probably the slowest store in San Diego County. Customer service is crap. Rude people and they love to take their sweet time. The most attention you will get is when your buying a new phone......then after that ..your nobody to them.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Store is super clean and looks great. Maria, who helped us was awesome. She gave us a quote and explained us im detail the promotion we were inquiring about. Maria gives good customer service. Overall great experince at this Tmo location.
