I try do most work on my vehicle myself, but I had an issue that I wanted a professional to diagnose. I called and they got me in a few days later for a diagnostic. They pointed out my issue and helped answer a lot of my questions. I was more than happy to pay for an hour diagnostic but they would not even take a tip from me. I am in college right now so I could not afford to have my car professionally repaired and they were more than understanding. I normally do not write reviews but in this situation, I had too. People do not normally go out of their way to help but they do at Visalia Imports.

Chuck is fantastic! His work is great, hes honest, forthright, and affable. Hes been in the business for more than 30 years and it shows why hes still in business: taking care of you and your vehicle the first time, every time.

It was Friday of 4th of July weekend at about 4pm when our 1994 Volvo 960 wagon broke down outside of Visalia (coming up from Huntington Beach). By the time we decided what to do, everything was shut down for the weekend. We had called Viselia Important Service Center before they closed Friday, and they tried to give us advice over the phone with options for fixing it ourselves. We decided to leave the car outside their garage for the weekend. Came back on Monday and thought it was going to be a big repair, but Jeremy was super helpful and found just a leaking fuel vacuum line. Didnt charge us anything and we made it back to Huntington Beach with no further issues! THANK YOU!!

Chuck and his crew have always found a way and the time to fix any car problem I can toss at them. I am truly lucky to have these guys. I recently took my Honda Accord 2006 for AC service. Chuck was able to get my AC working again even though he had a fully packed schedule. It only took him a few hours and I was back on the road with my vehicle cabin back at a cool 72 degrees. Chuck is the most knowledgeable and fair person that I have met in the Central Valley for Volvo repairs. I am sure he is just as great with all of the other makes but my interaction is regarding a Volvo which is one of the most difficult cars I have personally ever worked on.

Drive to Visalia this morning from LA and my Volvo starting showing two warnings, tire pressure low and low oil level. Not knowing anyone In Town I looked up shops and called Visalia Inports Service Center and spoke to Churck who said to bring it in and he would take a look. I did and Churck was so kind and thoroug, adding air and oil where needed. I can continue my stay with no worries. Thank you Chuck!!
